AUTOSMITH mounted my Bridgestone Blizzak snow tires with care and provided convenient seasonal storage. They suggested a CV shaft repair, but The Automaster Honda confirmed everything is sound—no safety issues—giving me confidence as a rural Vermont driver that both shops are thorough and honest.
Excellent service, been a customer for a few years. Very friendly staff that takes the extra minute to help you out. Snow tire season is always a busy frantic time. Today I came in with no appointment, (I did have an appointment scheduled for later in the week) I explained my changing schedule but told them, I was willing to wait indefinitely, in the event that they could squeeze me in. They found the time…..! So, if you haven’t tried Autosmith of Vermont, give them a try! Quality service!

On February 11th, 2025, after visiting Vermont for a month, I was about to leave for Mass. (a 3 hr. drive) and continue on to Pittsburgh, Pa the following day. I was very worried about a big chunk of snow and ice in my wheel wells especially the one on the right front side. I tried kicking at it myself to no avail, so I stopped into Autosmith to see if they could help. A young man was just arriving in a white pick up truck. He was in a uniform so I told him my predicament. He was kind enough to try kicking at it himself, but not all of it came out, so he went inside to get a crow bar. That did the trick! I'd like to thank Autosmith and particularly this young man for his kindness in taking the time to help an older woman very nervous about going on such a long trip with so much snow and ice in the wheel wells! Really trust the folks here - it’s hard to find a good place to bring your vehicle and know you’re not getting scammed. This place is friendly , fast and transparent when it comes to prices and completion of the job. Been going here for years and have always had a great experience.
These folks saved my butt! Woke up to a construction staple in the sidewall of my tire with no way to get to work. Even with a packed schedule, they managed to squeeze me in and get my tires changed over. Brandy was incredibly responsive and even stayed late after hours to accommodate my availability to pick up my car.
This wasn’t my first experience at Auto Smith. They also helped my dad out in a pinch when he was visiting from out of town and having brake issues. These folks are outgoing and reliable.
Charged my WIFE more for the same services than what they charged ME previously. Is this a conscious gender bias? maybe, maybe not, but the issue here is that the "problem" is their questionable integrity

I've been to Autosmith multiple times not just because they're local but always do a great job no matter what the service is. JD and his crew are always very friendly and accommodating. Free Wifi makes passing the time go quickly and helpful as I'm usually still conducting business while I wait. Waiting room is very clean and organized. Reasonable labor rates and very knowledgeable staff make the process painless.
