Do not recommend! I called to get a quote for my car, they got back with an offer that I accepted, and they gave me until the following day to discuss with my husband, provide the VIN and formally accept. A few minutes after I got off the phone, I got a text from them saying "Sorry, I just got an update from our team that we cannot proceed with the sale. Sorry for the inconvenience." I then called to ask what was going on, and she just kept repeating, "we are looking into more details." I never got a straight answer WHAT they were looking at, I had given them all of the information over the phone. And, they never called back.
My car was in an accident and was a total loss. They gave me a great offer and towed it away for free. I highly suggest using this service if you need a car removed.

You won't get a specific time for pickup, so you might have to clear a bit of your schedule for the day to make sure you can be around or at least nearby when you get the call for pickup, but the agents will keep and contact with you to make sure that the car has been picked up. I had a very positive experience.
