Do not recommend! I called to get a quote for my car, they got back with an offer that I accepted, and they gave me until the following day to discuss with my husband, provide the VIN and formally accept. A few minutes after I got off the phone, I got a text from them saying "Sorry, I just got an update from our team that we cannot proceed with the sale. Sorry for the inconvenience." I then called to ask what was going on, and she just kept repeating, "we are looking into more details." I never got a straight answer WHAT they were looking at, I had given them all of the information over the phone. And, they never called back.
We had a great experiencing when removing a 20 year old car. They quickly informed us of the opportunity to donate, and a free tow was scheduled within 24 hours of my initial. They are fast, professional, communicate efficiently, and the service is so convenient. They also made sure to get us all DMV related forms needed for after the transaction.
