Love this thrift store, always find the best stuff here. Underrated book section. Incredible prices. However, the chick who works the register needs an attitude adjustment badly.

The woman at the cash register is always sooo rude! She makes me not want to shop there.

They have everything and for like $2. You could probably live in here. The staff will take care of you

Treasures everywhere. Even interior paint! Slightly used kids' toys are a great plus. Always really friendly people to help. Plus, your money goes to a good cause.

Not the best second hand store around. Worth a look for fun but most things seem a bit like junk.

This place is perfect if you are down to dig for good deals. The staff are kind and great to work with. Excellent place if you are looking for cheap crafting supplies.

Wonderful prices and a treat to visit everytime, just to see what they’ve got in stock this time. I furnished most of my room for about $30.

I love this ReSOURCE location! Not only because the items were priced fairly, the staffs were really nice! Especially Chris, he is always very patient, kind and friendly! I have bought many items that weren’t priced and he inspected and priced it reasonably, and today he gave my daughter the toy she was holding at no charge! Regardless the cost of the toy, the happiness is priceless! Chris is truly a treasure for ReSOURCE!

New assistant manager decided to price things already priced once I was checking out. I was paying by C.C. as she continued to complain at me "customer" I then refused to pay for any item! She was very rude. Very unprofessional! If something is not priced they have a price sheet. She decided to ignore that sheet!! Then treats me like I'm a worthly human!! This is a business!! Not a NONPROFIT organization! Management has changed so much due to "pricing". They get items free. Then charge almost store price!! Only this store is that way! The new assistant manager needs to be let go already! She wants to argue with the customer. That's unexceptable. As she laughs at me!! Never been so humiliated....Ty ReStore!! SMH

Amazing Place. Saw a rug: it was machine loomed, large, and dirty. How much? $1000. This place has lost its way. Close down. You’re chasing money, not helping the community.

ReSOURCE Manager Carl is a wonderful manager, and an even greater human being! I cannot say enough about this young man. On his way home from work, he personally delivered my rocking chair...because the next two days ReSource would be closed, delivery was delayed and I really needed a rocker. (My doctor prescribed the rocker because foot movement when rocking, returns blood to the heart, relieving swollen ankles.)

All kinds of supplies for household projects. Good quality paint, very cheap. A kind employee carried my paint to my car for me through the snow.

Got a couple of free things. I got a *BRAND NEW* Halloween cat bed for my friend's cats for cheap and they loved it. Totally made my day! Got a few canvases for me to paint 8n and a free Tony Braxton CD

The prices are way too high now I don't know if somebody new is taking it over but before it was a place to go to when you income is not as potential as others and you're looking for something that is worth the value in the sense of what you're paying for the stores donated too I realize they need to make money but when you have prices as high as they do on some of their product it's just outrageous.

Used to be my go to for lumber, building supplies, and great deals on odd stuff. Now it's a junk store that refuses my junk when I want to donate. Ok for an occasional browse, but pretty much every other resale shop is better.

Amazing place Bailey a young redhead worker there has the best attitude and attention to your needs she needs to get promoted and get a raise, check it out for good deals and great service and ask for Baliey she is the best worker there

Great spot, but be careful with buying tools. Not all are tested apparently, and they do not provide refunds, even if brought back with receipt next day. Purchased a sander assuming it had been tested and functioning, brought it home to learn it was broken. My loss there. Love the idea of sustainability and using second hand tools, but this isn't a great approach in my eyes.

This location is amazing and my absolute favorite. They always have such nice things and amazing hidden treasures, the staff is super friendly and helpful, things are organized and fairly clean and I appreciate that so much. The other location in Williston is nice, but definitely more chaotic and less organized in ways.

I bought a table for $40 and was pleasantly surprised with the price. Yet, when I carried it home and placed it down, it immediately broke. One leg ripped off and two other partially detached. Several other pieces fell off as well. I caused none of the damage to the table, so clearly they either sold me a broken table on purpose, or they sold me a table that they didn't even bother inspecting.

It's great to support non-profits, but a 3 day return policy is too short, the goods purchased were missing several pieces- and paid about what it costs new- but I figure I'd give my money to a good community resource over home depot. Now, I'm just going to have to buy the same exact product at home depot. So now, I've made my sole donation, unfortunately. It would have been nice if they didn't seem so immediately defensive- I gather they get this a lot- they should rethink things a bit. I'd give it 1 star but- that's just bitter.

I found it. Resource has moved to Marshall ave in Williston from pine st in Burlington.. I tried to edit the address but wasn't sure how to. They also still have a small store on Pine st but not as much good stuff.

They have everything you could ever want plus everything you never knew you wanted. Also lots of cheap wood! Very nice! I like it!

These guys moved from Pine St to Williston. I just went there yesterday, and now that they're settled into the new location, the store has become really cool. Lots of interesting furniture and home goods. The back room has appliances and some building materials.

Wonderful little shop but a little difficult to find the entrance for it. Had some neat things with great prices and then others with wildly high prices. The one in Williston definitely has the better selection for furniture but the staff at both locations was kind and helpful (:

Staff are pretty unhelpful or downright rude but they're mostly bitter hipsters/ hippies. Generally there's nothing worth while there anyways.
Jul 24, 2018 -
Paid staff are completely rude to volunteers. They act like someone should learn everything and remember it after the first time they're taught, and get visibly annoyed when you ask for help. Paid staff got multiple breaks, while volunteers were expected regular breaks of a paid worker. They're a "non-profit" organization that makes you pay them to take your stuff then over prices it. I walked in one day and saw a $700 price tag on a dresser! A lot of books they put out tattered and torn but try to charge like it's brand new. And those mattresses, box springs and couches they say they treat for bed bugs? Think again! The store was always dirty and the bathrooms were completely disgusting. You couldn't pay me enough to step foot in that place again.

i have always had fairly good experience with rebuild. how ever they are not very helpful on the phone and pretty much told me there walk in business was more important. my experience today did not impress me!!

Always fast and friendly service when dropping off goods. Better (read: less exploitative/profiteering) economics than giving stuff to Goodwill, so I encourage everyone to give here instead of there.

A huge selection of easily used building supplies. Good deals and nice staff.
