To whom it may concern, your manager is a long way from making this store function at the level it could be. Dean and the team from Bond's that were at the transfer could run circles around him. Justin sets the tone for the store and brings it down. Kevin and the other guys do a good job. In my option would do even better with a better leader.

The Hardwick VT location is always a wonderful experience. The gentleman at the cash register with glasses is always tremendously helpful. Go out of their way to ensure that you get what you need and are willing to go the extra mile to research the correct parts and proper installation
I've been going to this store for probably over a decade and a half. They know me well and always remember my name. I'm sure bigger chains might have slightly better prices but you won't get the personalized service in those bigger places. And too me thats worth it to spend a few extra cents.
Stuart at Oreilly Hardwick is knowledgeable and extremely helpful! He will look up what you don’t know if he doesn’t already know it, but he likely does!

Needed some common parts for a Ford. They would need to order them would take up to a week. Ordered on line had parts in 36 hours and I received all 3 parts with shipping for the cost of just 1 part with O'Reilly.
Staff are great, the company has a pricing 'matrix' which translates to a much higher price if you do not have a commercial account6. Yes, they have the parts but call around on prices, theirs are very high.
Not a fan, better staff when it was bonds, guy was just ruid have not been back in last 7 months I drive by it 5 days a week id rather drivd out of my way
I am giving a 5-star review because of one major change that took place when this store was purchased by O'Reilly's. They now rent out tools for most common auto repair tasks for free. Well, you put a deposit down on the tool equal to its worth, but if you bring it back within 48 hours you get 100% of your money back. Great service! Nothing super fancy, but the sort of tools they rent out allow the somewhat handy person to accomplish 80% of the work they might need done on a car with nothing but YouTube for instruction.
