Fair and honest fees for quality auto repairs. What more can you ask for? Everyone there is so pleasant and they take the time to explain everything to you. My 2004 Ford Escape has over 200K miles on it and still purrs like a kitten thanks to Shaftsbury Auto Center. (It should be noted that there is also a Shaftsbury Auto Repair further south on 7A with a lot of Saabs parked out front. This review is for the place a few miles north from there.

Fast and affordable service. The staff was pleasant. Best of all, they didn't have one of those cheesy, shrill "auto repair TV channel" things that some of the chains have!
The only downside I saw was that it was a bit messy inside the waiting area. I also didn't see anything for coffee. They probably could have set me up if I had asked, I just didn't want to bother. Not a big deal. Just keep in mind it's a working garage not a hotel.
They'll treat you right, get you in and out quickly, and won't overcharge you for the services rendered.
I was told by another garage that I needed a full brake job (the cost was $850). I got a second opinion from Shaftsbury Auto Center, and found out my car wasn’t in need of most of the repair the other place told me. I was able to get just pads done, and at a fraction of the price the other place was going to charge me. I’m definitely going to this place again!!!
