They will charge you for service that you did not ask for. And if the register your vehicle they will charge for the service and if you are soppose to get a credit from the registration they will keep the $$. I was soppose to get a credit and I never received it . Be careful if u buy from this dealership they are not honest
Very poor warranty service, will never take it to this repair shop again. Then I got to deal with a very rude and angry service manager who called me a liar for pointing out damage his technicians did. And on top of that the issue wasn’t fixed.
We recently purchased a 2024 Traverse and our salesperson, Isreal Diaz was very easy to work with. There were no pressures, questions were answered in a timely manner, and his support through the car buying process was one of the easiest, most comfortable ones we have ever had. Just had my tires changed over and I can't believe how friendly everyone was! They seem super busy so I had to leave a message but once they called me back they were so helpful and easy to deal with. Highly recommend!
Sad. Bad business. We reserved a car two weeks in advance of our visit, when we arrived they told us they did not have a car for us. They claimed they tried to call a couple of days in advance, but couldn’t find our number. We ended up stuck in the rain. Thanks Chevrolet - you suck! If you did this to us, you probably do it to others.
Bought my truck from the Langway in Bennington in 2017 brand new.vehicle alway had a vibration while driving and not braking.tires were out of balance from the factory,had them rebalanced around two times from the dealership with it not helping,was told it was the roads.just had them rebalanced,no vibration so this is how the truck is supposed to feel! Thanks to Depaula Chevy in Albany New York,great job Depaula,no thank Langway! And yes I’ve driven them on the same road in vermont with no vibration that Langway said it was from
