I had my truck break down and had called multiple companies explaining to them I had a trailer hooked up to it. because of the hitch on it alot of companies said they couldn't tow it ogden towing said yes and sent their driver John G to tow it. While it was being towed by John the tire on my truck got popped by the tow truck making a rough day for me worse. Most companies would have said "tough luck" and left me high and dry, but john with ogden towing took it upon himself to not only make it right but make sure I got exactly what I needed to get my truck ready for the road after its repaired, replacing the tires and setting me up with an appointment at a tire shop. If we could have more people like John in this world everyone's bad days would be turned around!

Last time I was in need because my Hyundai Veloster Clutch burned out and I needed a car tow. So I called AAA and they sent Mike from Ogden auto towing. He is the best. I highly recommend Ogden Auto towing! I was having a horrible evening with a broken down car. I called for a tow they then dispatched a driver. Right away the tow driver, Nick H, called and told me how soon he'd be there. He showed right up and immediately made my night better by explaining what he needed to do, got my car all squared away and onto the tow truck. He then gave me a ride to where I needed the car towed. We had a great chat and he really eased my mind. Car troubles are a headache and getting a tow can be frustrating. But Nick at Ogden Auto Towing made it a very pleasant experience! I had a blowout on I15 driving home after work and had to call AAA. I was told it was going to be about an hour wait for the tow truck to arrive. I was so happy and surprised when I received a call from Brandon Melendez with Ogden Auto Towing saying that he was on his way. He arrived within minutes! Mickey was FANTASTIC. So kind and friendly. Big smile the whole time. Got the truck loaded up fast and safely to the mechanic. It was in an awkward spot in the driveway but he was able to get it out and loaded up! I’m very appreciative of him definitely recommend him specially. Will Jenson was the driver of the Ogden Auto Towing truck that picked up my car in Bountiful on July 29, 2025 and took it to the dealership in Murray. Will did an outstanding, and efficient job in getting my car loaded as well as unloading it and getting it parked at our destination. I appreciated that I was able to ride with him to my dealership. Will was kind and helpful as I climbed into his large truck. He was very pleasant to ride with and truly a gentleman. He does his job very well and I am most appreciative!
There was a razor stuck in my car rental tire. Mickey came out almost immediately and assessed the situation. He changed the tire for me and got me back on the road safely. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He provided text messages on his ETA to the location. Would highly recommend working with him.
Brandon Melendez was a huge life saver. He was able to find my location easily and quickly during rush hour traffic and tow my vehicle 12 miles. He blocked rush hour traffic so my daughter was able to pull out safely. His service was above and beyond and it was done with a great smile. Definitely recommend.

Mickey had to extract my vehicle from a very difficult position. The ball joint had blown, and the front tire was at a bad angle. He took the time to be very careful to get my car into position to be loaded and to load it. I was impressed by how patient and expert he was in doing his work. If he had not taken his time, he could easily have torn off the fender or messed up the bumper, perhaps even caused worse damage As it was, he did a fantastic job! And, you kept me informed on what he was doing every step of the way.
Brandon at Ogden Auto Towing went above and beyond! My parents’ car died in a tight spot and we didn’t have the key, but Brandon still managed to expertly load it onto the flatbed without a problem. He then brought the car to their house, helped get it started, and even waited to make sure everything was running smoothly while I took it for a quick drive. Hands down the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. Highly recommend!
