Great place, they have helped me out before in the past but today I really needed a new cap for my power steering pump as I had lost mine. I couldn’t find one at any of the parts stores like orielys and stuff, they just didn’t have one at all, like they didn’t even sell them or have them i their system and I’m sure they would have charged me an arm and leg. The cheapest one I could find online was $45 which is pretty wild for a plastic cap and I hate waiting for stuff to ship to my house because I’m impatient. I went to Crabtree and Eli I believe was the gentleman’s name was a huge help. Helped me find one in their yard and gave me a screaming deal on it. Thanks guys!
I called to ask if I could sell my old car here, and instead of just apologizing to say they couldn't, they offered a couple of locations that I could go to instead. 10/10 customer service.
TOP Notch. Super fair prices. These guys rock, not only had my part in stock but was able to get some last minute parts off vehicle in yard. Also have lots of wheels and engines in showroom.

I spend quite a bit of money at TransWest Auto in Orem who directed me to this place for a part I was after.
They had 2 low mile transfer cases for a 17 Ford Taurus. Came in to pick up the one with lesser miles and right their at the counter, I inspected the piece and told them, it’s no good. I left with the higher mile one cause that one I could tell was working fine.
First impression, not the best. But I will say that their stock up front and tagged ready to go is something I do like. Being able to see the parts up front before purchase is something I like.
I have been in a handful of times for items and just leave with a bad taste in my mouth. The attitudes of some of the "Salesmen" inside are just plain awful. Do better at interacting with everyone, I know you can do it since I heard you on the phone with someone else while I was inside.
Wish I could give them 0 stars. What a complete ahole. Don’t know the guys name, but he gave the worst customer service I have ever experienced. You shouldn’t have to argue with someone to get them to take your money.
The guy I dealt with was nice and friendly very helpful ! And to boot he did not charge me for the part ! It was just a wire harness! But in times let these we need nice and friendly! Thanks Crabtree! I will for sure be visiting you guys again!!
Originally I bought a donut spare for my new van and I didn't know the car had one under the front it was way under the front of the band excuse me and then I had a blowout on almost a brand new tire going to Montana and bought a used spare then I went to Crabtree Auto and they had a set a new set of 16 but they were just too big they were big 16 tonight they don't install the tires or anything like that but they sell they take red cars and take them apart and sell the parts basically but great place good salesman and he'd be surprised if they have an air for automobiles
When you call they sound like they dont want to help. All the guy said was "what kind of vehicle" at me twice. The first time my response "infiniti" wasnt enough information. I was then informed its only 2010 and newer they carry. Ive lived in ogden my whole life and this place has never been helpful. I guess I need a 2010+
These people are no nonsence. I have tried to buy from them over the years and they are just sharp and all buisness. Don't expect any apologies if they don't have your part or any help finding one. Prices are not ultra reasonable but it is a organized efficient operation.
they always have the parts i need or can obtain them very quickly! I trust the Crabtree family to give me a fair price just like they gave my dad and grandpa back in the dark and stone ages! Lol Great people, great service and a awesome company!
I wanted something weird that normally a place like this wouldn't be able to accommodate. I wanted a piece of a radiator and I felt like they really went out of their way to help me get it and when all is said and done they didn't even charge me for it.
Very over priced. I went for a power point (cigarette lighter), I was charged 35.00 for a part I could get at a parts store for 5.00. Even the dealer was only charging 25.00. Just awful pricing BEAWARE OF PRICE SCAM. BEST TO STAY AWAY!!!!
Wow. Just called in to give them a car and the guy was really rude about not taking 2007 cars. Only 2009 and more recent. Wouldn't be a problem if someone else there hadn't told me something different 3 weeks ago. Didn't argue at all, but he had a huge attitude out of the gate. Kind of crazy. People don't have to be rude and companies who can't be civil should go out of business. I get it that you deal in junk, but that shouldnt spill over to your attitude.
Okay I gave it one star because I walked in 10 minutes before they were closing to ask if they bought cars cuz I needed to get rid of or junk my old car. There were five employees standing at the front no one looked up to greet me. No one asked if they could help me I'm not sure what their issue was other than yours about closing time but they were still open so not sure what the problem was. I would not go there if it was the only junk Auto Yard around. Sad that many people at the counter they weren't even talking to each other but oh well I don't have to worry about them anymore.
Eli was awesome. Very friendly and helpful in making sure that i was taken care of. I have used them before and they are fair and reasonable. Would defiantly be using them many more times in the future for car parts.
I destroyed a wheel on my Buick out on I-84. I called Crabtree, and they didn't have my wheel, but they were helpful and gave me a deal on a Pontiac wheel in the same size, lug pattern, and offset. They could've just told me they didnt have the wheel, but the person I was dealing with came up with a solution for my family to get back on our road trip. They put it on hold for me while I figured out how to pick it up. Great price, great service. Thank you Crabtree.
I will recommend Crabtree Auto to anyone and everyone! Eli is the gentleman in particular that had created this positive lasting impression for me. Every shop I contacted quoted me OVER $300 to replace a window motor, so I decided it would be cheaper to just replace the whole door. Upon calling, I explained my situation and Eli told me he could get me a NEW window motor and regulator for $44.99 after tax with a one year warranty! Then referred me to J&J Auto Body (also a fantastic establishment!), to have Jeff install at a very cheap and fair price. I'm blown away by their service! They saved me about $300. It's so nice to know there are still people who care in this world, and aren't driven by money and greed!!
Bought a 2010 Ford Ranger, cup holder was missing..saw them online for $60+. These guys had it for $25.00 even went and found it for me. Pretty happy with this place..good service..friendly.
Great guys to work with, always able to help me find what I need. I live in Saint George and they can always even get what I need shipped to me. Eli has a ton of knowledge and is very helpful. If they don't have it, they find it. I would definitely recommend them.
Junkyards and pick and pulls can really vary. Some have a tight hand on what they have in the yard, while others have no clue and require you to do a little digging. Crabtree is definitely organized.
They know just what they have on hand, and will get items for you, rather than letting you pull them yourself. So if you need a part fast, this is a great place to go!
Like everything in life, that efficiency comes at a price. Parts here are usually the most expensive in Weber County, and the staff are not friendly or patient.
When urgency trumps personality and price, this place usually gas most of what you will need. They seem better stocked in newer cars, so if your car is over fifteen years old, you might be out of luck.
Sales Representative, Eli, was absolutely awesome with customer service. I have purchased two parts from Crabtree. They have blown away dealers, Autozone, O'Reileys, etc. when it comes to competitive pricing. This is THE LOW COST, DEALER QUALITY place to buy parts. Will continue to patronize. Amazing place!!
