I walked into the store in Plain City, Utah. A young associate was busy checking out a guest, yet she paused long enough to acknowledge me, big smile to let me know she'd be right with me When she was finished, she politely asked how she could help me. I replied "There is an issue with the trim on my car & I need to know what it will require to fix it, & if you have what I need?" She came out to my car looked at the trim, immediately got down under the front of my car (@ which point I noticed her name tag McKENNA (beautiful name) & she proceeded to fixed the trim piece. Wouldn't let me pay for anything because it was all there, wouldn't even let me give her a tip. This is the second time I've been in to this location & the second time I've received exemplary service. McKenna went above and beyond. I am 60, have been in some sort of Customer Service, Managerial Relationships for the past 45 years.. This young lady is an employee that should be cherished. These days they are few and far between. Congratulations on a valuable hire. Hang on to McKenna, she is a diamond. Sincerely; Colleen☺️

I went in there today for a simple task of changing my oil in my pressure washer online, it showed it was in stock. Went in the help, didn't want to help me. Told me to go to the aisle it should be on. Never came to help. Couldn't find the oil. I finally said I'm gonna go up to O'reilly's, and he says, thanks for coming in. See you later.

McKenna L at Auto Zone in Plain City on her lunch break changed my flat tire to my spare tire as I am 80 years old and could not do it. I was so flustered and she calmed me down with her expert help and kindness. I could not be more grateful. Awesome unexpected customer service.

The employees are very friendly and have helped me install wipers and batteries because my back is shot. The managers at this location are very helpful too. Whenever I have had any problem with one of their batteries,they have given me a new one without any hassle,unlike O'Reilly. This is definitely my favorite location.

Ryan gave me the wrong part number three times made my quick stop 5 hours longer than I needed it. It was a struggle to even get part numbers from him in the first place. Very disappointing this auto zone used to be better before there management switched up.

Went in for a headlight bulb. The store manager, Kim, and his associate Jackson, were incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond. True professionals and excellent customer service! Edited to add: obviously returned to the Plain City location for auto parts because of awesome customer service in past experience. Dax was extremely helpful and courteous today! Appreciate this location and their willingness to help and go above and beyond for their customers!

My aunt and uncles car broke down cuz the battery the guy walked all the way over to kents to help us he got the car going and sold them a battery and was very nice

They had the part I needed, and the line to get helped moved along fairly quickly.

Workers spent more time outside looking at a truck that being inside to help me. The item I wanted was up high, so I had to drag a bucket over to stand on to reach it on my own. By the time I got up to the counter, one worker came back in, but was sweeping the floor by the front door. I had to ask him to please come help me check out. They didn't seem very dedicated to wanting to sell things or provide customer service the evening I was there.

Great service from management and the employees. If they don't have it they find it for you. Also fantastic that they have loaner tools for just about every repair project you have.

This place is what I strive for an auto parts store. The people are friendly and make everyone feel welcome. When I order parts they remind me when it comes in and are fast. I'm rebuilding a few cars and they come in clutch when I need them. I'm definitely a happy returning customer.

Great store, convenient location, and the customer service was exceptional. The in store inventory is pretty good. There are a few things that have to be ordered in but I was surprised how much was kept in stock.

Able to find the parts I needed to repair my car at a price MUCH less than paying a repair shop to do the work!!!

My fiance went here today. There was an older lady working there. She was very rude and disrespectful. She definitely needs to receive more training on how to communicate with the customers. We will not be going to this AutoZone again.

My husband & I went to AutoZone in Plain City yesterday (Oct 5, 2020) to have a suspected battery problem checked. The employee who assisted us was knowledgeable & helpful! He checked our battery & alternator & determined we needed a new battery. Our car is running great again & we are happy customers of AutoZone in Plain City. Jack & Janice Smith.

I literally know nothing about cars or keeping them alive. My dad, on the other hand, is an expert. But as I am an adult, my father is not always available. The AutoZone in Plain City is hardly ever busy and I find that my needs are taken care of almost the moment I step into the door. The employees there are quick, efficient and polite, which really is all I need when I'm trying my best to keep my car chugging along.

Great customer service, within their abilities, average pricing, clean store, and CDC Guidelines followed. I purchased a serpentine belt with a1-year warranty, found a decent before installing it, and they gave my money back after seeing the issue. I ended up upgrading to the Continental brand belt (3 tear warranty), just to be sure. It was unfortunate, but the peeps at the store aren't at fault in any way - they aren't the quality control for their parts sources.

Don't rent a tool with your card and expect cash back! Even if an employee tells you to run it as debit. I rented a $200 dollar spring compressor 2 weeks ago. Along with buying balljoints, tie rod ends, loaded struts and cv axels. As you can exspect money is tight after the expense of parts. Today I dropped off the tool expecting a full cash refund like I was told by the employee. The same employee greets me at the door with a its about time you brought it back. Then she gets the refund going and tells me it will go back onto my card in 5-7 business days. She then tells me a ran it as credit. I remember very well putting in my pin! I will not be building my 83 ford deulie with parts from here nor will they ever get my hard earned money ever again!

Amazing service at this store. Manager helped replace my alternator in a windstorm, and got be back on my way quickly after getting stuck with a dead battery overnight. Definitely recommend!

First of all, it's Auto Zone, of course it's great! Need a battery changed? Don't pay crazy labor fees, just buy the battery here and they'll put it in for you. Plus, they do a great job and are extremely helpful with pretty much all of your needs.
