Was very rude on the phone, like I was horribly inconveniencing them.
Every single time I called, they could never remember what car I had or where it was, even though I called 5 times. They said they would get the car on a Monday, which they didn't. I called on Tuesday, and once again, they had to be reminded of what car it was and where it was located. Then they insisted I call back later cause they were "really busy". Would not recommend.
People that answer the phone are jerks and don't even say what business they work for . Bad customer care won't help you if you are in need of a part on a specific car
Ray is rude and unprofessional, gets annoyed when dealing with customers. Will never answer your call but will call you back immediately after. Told me he would give me a certain amount for my old car and seemed excited to see it and then when the time comes for me to bring it to him he tells me he got one in better condition for less and that my car wasn't worth anything to him and he would pass. Seems like I'm not the only one with this kind of experience!
The guy who owns this place is a saint and beyond. He has been so generous with his time and has been very kind while we try to figure out the title issue. I'm so incredibly happy we went here because I don't think I'd find another place so patient.
Man on the phone was very unhelpful and rude. Was not professional in dealings and when asked a question about the shop hung up. Not impressed, and never more a customer
He missed my call because it was his cell phone and then he called me back had an attitude while saying he doesn't have what I'm looking for so I hung up then he called me again and I told him he already talked to me and said he didn't have what I was looking for so I told him to get a real receptionist so they could handle his calls hung up on him and he then texted me rude ignorant comments.... if I could I would give him zero stars but unfortunately I have to give at least one.
Ray is unprofessional and dishonest. I booked an appointment with him to come pick up my car on a Friday afternoon, and he never showed. No call or text that would inform me he wasn't coming. So, I called Ray and he said he was "busy" and assured me that he would come the next morning (he picked the time and day). Saturday morning rolls around, and once again, Ray was a no show. What a joke. I would never ever ever ever recommend this company to anyone. Ray doesn't deserve a star. I wish i could take away stars that he has received. Not worth your time.
DO NOT EVEN BOTHER!! At first Ray was very helpful. Called about selling my car told him the transmission went out and he said that was no problem and we set up a time that day for him to pick up. He NEVER showed and didn't call to tell me. We rescheduled for the next day and again he NEVER showed up. He finally came later that afternoon with no tow truck! And told me if the transmission isn't working he WILL NOT BUY! DO NOT BOTHER WITH HIM!
Had some problems with my 2000 Pontiac Grand Am and the repairs were going to cost more than the car was worth. I called around to get some quotes and this place took great care of me. Not only did they offer me 10% more than the other salvage yards, somebody came to my house to look at the vehicle, complete the transaction and tow it away. Overall I received great service!
