Will post later with video and photos. While vehicle was in their lot I wasn't allowed access to it to get long pants, Carhartt jacket, socks and boots. I have been staying in a porta potty for five days now because I need to stay out of rain and wind. I am wearing only shorts, tee-shirt, flip flops. They have shown an interest in stealing my vehicle and have been reluctant to my interests in recovery. I would definitely not recommend this business to provide services to anyone. I am currently contacting an attorney to provide legal advice on how to proceed. Going on U-Tube next to expose these frauds.
One of the best towing experiences I've had to go through very responsive on a snowy day, very reasonable price and kind staff. Guy who towed us was named Mason and he was very helpful. Hopefully I don't need this service too often, but if I do I'll give them a call again
Legal plunder! They showed up, towed, and impounded my daughter's car from the accident scene, charged outrageous fees to get my car back. Since the car was a total loss, their fees practically forced me to surrender the title to them. Now they get to profit from selling the parts of a free car. How this is legal? I don't know...
They don't respect paying customers. We have (now HAD) a contract with IFS which they refused to honor. They refuse to tow cars. When a company treats its paying customers poorly, you shouldn't do business with them.
I live in Syracuse on the Antelope Drive Very heavy traffic there was a bag in the Middle of the road I was sitting on my front porch hoping that there will be a police passing by so he can stop the traffic and pick up the huge bag of the road suddenly there was a towing truck and his gentle young boy put his lights on then he pick up that bag from the middle of the road I need even know what’s name but I know it was one of the trucks because I saw the name was around like 8:30 PM on July 19, 2018 it’s so nice To see the people cares about things like that I’ll give him and the company 100% that shows that he loves his job and he cares and he have done very well to do his job
