Rylie from love towing took care of my truck, got it towed to a repair shop, left my key and a note in the drop box and sent a picture. He is awesome and looked out for me.

You guys can’t even do your job right Imagine patrolling on the wrong lot just to get the wrong car Do better

Love Towing is operating in a way that feels predatory and unethical. They recently attempted to tow my daughter’s car under extremely suspicious circumstances. There were no posted signs indicating private property or tow-away zones. The car was legally parked, yet they showed up claiming it was to be towed. Here’s the disturbing part: Love Towing appears to target older vehicles, hoping to get them on their property. Once the vehicle is in their possession, they stack on excessive fees; often more than the value of the car. At that point, many owners simply give up. This lets them file a mechanic’s lien, take legal ownership, and sell the vehicle for profit. This seems like a calculated scheme to exploit people, especially those with limited financial resources. It’s not about enforcing parking rules, it’s about taking cars from people who can’t afford to fight back. If your car is being towed and Love Towing is involved, document everything, call the police, and know your rights under Utah towing law. I strongly advise anyone in Roy, Utah, to be wary of this company.

Rylee was so fast and helpful with our car. I’ve never needed towing service before but I will never call anyone else. So thankful and lucky to have found them.

A tenant called Love's Tow on the evening of 3/18. She fabricated a story that she was the manager & my truck was involved in a recent situation where my son preceeded to run a man over & to be parked in Reserve Parking. After speaking to Weber Dispatch, no such call/report was made, my truck had an unjustifiable tow, protocol was not followed, the manager didn't call, phone numbers didn't match hers. Sheila Smith made a false report & Love still towed. They charged me $295.15 the next day, is this common practice for this company? Is this how they make payroll? Is this how they get the collection plate for the Christmas party? I am now having to take them to court, it was a wrongful tow, they stated it was wrong & knew the caller wasn't the manager. Don't trust this company, the media has been informed, Matt Gephart was called. They did me wrong, they'll do the same to you.

Responded very quick in the middle of the night to getting my car towed. When the time came to pay was amazed at how affordable it was considering the distance to tow and the time of night. Riley was chill and great to work with. Thanks!

Do NOT go through love towing. They impounded my car (my fault I know) and then proceeded to wait past the 10 day notice I’m required to receive to let me know my car was with them. I then asked them how much it was to get out and they stated because they had had it for 22 days it was going to cost me over $1,000 to get it out. I then brought my title to them and asked to grab a few things out and was denied. The female at the front was rude along with whoever I spoke with on the phone. This company is not up to date with legal procedures. They don’t even understand basic customer service manners. Never again.

Terrible company. They will put a towing paper on your car when you haven’t even done anything wrong. I was parked in Visitor parking for less than 12 hours and I got a thing on my car saying I can’t park there for over 48 hours. Weird being that it hasn’t even been close to that. How is this company even still open????

Always a good experience with Love Towing. Tonight Tab helped us out and towed our car 700 feet into our storage unit when the rest of the towing companies in ogden refused to help us out. He was very nice and respectful and handled our car with care. We will always use Love Towing!

Yetttt another bad review for Loves fun fact ! They are not accredited by the BBB anddd rated a C (initially the supervisor tried to lie and say they were ) Had a fowl interaction with loves ! Whaaaat a shock ! Not even 10 mins of my car sitting in front of my place and they had it up Called the number as directed anddd spoke a “Bailey “ who could repeat a script and disconnect a call as she didn’t need “negative “ ,I requested a supervisor and was told to call the number , yet again I did , andddd no answer , after numerous calls got ahold of someone , claiming to be a supervisor(pretty sure it was the same unpleasant women as before )refused to provide a name and used profanity multiple times when I stated that was unprofessional she disconnected Truly the most incompetent, unprofessional bunch working for a company knowing all they’ve done speaks volumes Don’t think anyone every recommends but on the small chance your considering . DONT .

Needed my car towed today, and a normal tow truck wouldn’t work for my situation. They connected me with Love’s towing for a wrecker and was able to get my broken bad ass Audi to the damn dealership lol. Thank you guys for being super FAST, very thorough & affordable great service I experienced!

Had a tow from them awhile back, cost me 750.00 for the tow and lot fee for less than 12 hours. Horrible company that covers up their own dirty deeds, don't trust these people.

This is such a ridiculous company and i’m so surprised they are still in business. our car was towed a few nights ago, which is on us, but it took us hours just to figure out where our car was at because nobody knew where it was. they didn’t know where they put our car and had us call the individual driver to figure it out, and of course he didn’t answer his phone until hours after. On the phone he told us we wouldn’t be charged to pick up our car as long as we came the next day. when we went to pick up our car, the tow driver told us we owed him $350 after multiple attempts to figure out the math. this guy couldn’t even do simple addition and people trust him driving a tow truck? we called him out for lying about the price and he flat out denied ever saying anything about it being free. This company is full of incompetent idiots that continue to make careless mistakes, and it seems they have not taken any steps towards being safer and more responsible even after the ogden canyon incident.

(Before i go off on my own tangent i hope this company goes out of business and that it is tragic that people lost there lives via the negligence this company clealy repeats time and time again.) Atrocious company riddled with scandalized ideas for a few more bucks out of good people and to top it off horrible mannered people. I had called in regards to a debt that had been sent to collections for a billing total of 1,116.06. Already I had thought it ridiculous because the last time I called they had put the value to pull the vehicle out of the lot at 7,112.08. Immediately upon call the man on the other line answered with a harsh tone and a raised voice. I began explaining the situation in which the first time I called a day after the tow they had priced it at around 500 dollars FOR THE LOT FEE. At no point did they tell me there was a separate fee for the TOW. I was under the impression in both instances that the LOT FEE ENCOMPASSED THE TOW FEE, and that in order to pay for the TOW FEE I would have to pay for the entire amount. Now understand that this is a 2000 Chevy Tahoe with 345,000 miles that was no where near the value of 7000+ dollars. I was effectively lead to believe that I simply had to let it go and move on as no one in there right mind would pay 7000 dollars for Tahoe with that amount of miles. After explaining just the basics of the situation he cut me off asking me what the point was. Making it apparent that he no longer wanted to talk and after an exchange of choice words between us both the call ended. This place is a scandal, and the people that represent it are troglodites. I feel bad for anyone associated with them.

This company is the worst. They will salvage your title, sale your car and then still charge you a huge towing fee. Then when you call they will tell you several different totals and no one person tells you the same amount. At one point they told me over 7,000 to get it paid then it was $500. Then is was 1,116. They sent it to collections, mind you it has been over a year since we heard anything. So not only did they get the money for the sale of the vehicle but I also had to pay 1116.00 for the tow fee or at least that is what they are saying it was. Worst company ever and when you call the people are the worst, they will basically tell you oh well we don't care that we have given you several differnet amounts or that everyone has given different infomation evertime you call. This company needs to be shut down they are so shady and rude. If I could I would give it negative 10 stars.

If I could give 0 stars I would. First off 3 hours after I requested the tow I asked for an eta and the guy told me verbatim, “oh my god I forgot about you” real pleasant to hear in an already stressful situation. Then to top it off, the tow guy had a horrible attitude because we ruined his dinner. Horrible customer service and planning on their part.

Had a great experience with Loves. Michael answered our call after 11pm, I heard from our driver, Jesse shortly after. He quoted me under an hour and at a great rate. He was quick, helpful, friendly and communicative. I would definitely recommend him to anyone in the area.

Rick was so helpful! He was so quick to get our vehicle home, and listened to exactly where I wanted it dropped and made sure it was perfect for me. I appreciate how thoughtful, quick and professional he was. 10/10 recommend

I know most tow yards don’t care because they mostly get bad reviews from angry people, but I had the worst experience imagine having your car towed from the front of your house in private property in the middle of the night you have no idea then wake up think your car got stolen . These people came into a private gated community, towed my car in the middle the night for parking in front of my house on the street LEGALLY according to our community we allow on street parking any time unless it is snowing. It was not snowing and my car was towed on private property with no call. I contacted my HOA management. They said the tow yard had no right to do this. If there was any issue hoa would issue citations before they would ever call a tow yard, They contacted the tow yard and had conversation with them about my incident. The tow yard stated they mistakenly went in our place over another neighborhood that was similar. Then took my car mistakenly. They said they complied to getting my $387 back but still the inconvenience of all of this the amount of time and stress I can never get back especially when I didn’t do anything wrong? I also have to wait two weeks to get my money back through my bank I think their drivers need to pay attention more to details with calls not just take anybody’s car for no reason, especially on private property , that could be legal trouble for them .

Disappointing Experience with loves towing I recently had a rather disappointing experience with loves towing, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts to alert potential customers. My encounter with this company left much to be desired in terms of professionalism and efficiency. From the outset, it was evident that the staff at loves towing lacked the diligence and commitment expected in a business setting. Communication was a major issue, with responses to inquiries taking an unreasonably long time. It seemed as though there was a lack of urgency or interest in addressing customer concerns promptly. Furthermore, the overall work ethic of the employees appeared lackluster. It was disheartening to witness a seemingly indifferent attitude towards their responsibilities. Deadlines were consistently missed, and the quality of the deliverables was subpar. In addition to the lack of professionalism, there was a notable absence of attention to detail. Mistakes in orders were common, and rectifying these errors proved to be a cumbersome process. It felt as though the company was cutting corners and neglecting the importance of providing a reliable and accurate service. Overall, my experience with loves towing was far from satisfactory. The lazy and unprofessional approach to business left me questioning the integrity of their operations. I hope that sharing this feedback will encourage the company to reflect on its practices and make the necessary improvements for the benefit of future customers

Garbage company. I had my Sprinter towed by Loves and requested an invoice when I spoke to the gentleman the first time. The communication with the person answering the phone was challenging. The tech who did the tow had excellent customer service skills. I followed up and asked him for a receipt which he wrote up and texted me a photo. Apparently, the receipt from the tech isn't sufficient for my insurance company. I called the office to request a receipt. The gentleman informed me that the tech had been fired. It is unprofessional to discuss office politics with customers. I requested an invoice. The gentleman read the notes from my call, the correspondence between myself and the office then the office and the tech. Loves definitely did the tow and I definitely paid them. Then, the gentleman told me that I was scammed and he could not provide an invoice. What? I would like to be reimbursed the $900 from my ins company and he replies I was scammed and he cannot provide an invoice. Call someone else!

Michael was amazing! He rushed quite a distance to rescue us on the side of the freeway! He was patient, kind, considerate, and very skilled and knowledge! No one else in the area would help us get our toy hauler off of the freeway. The cost was very reasonable! A big thanks to Michael! You are a life saver!

There was no noticeable damage to my car after being towed. They made my driver window unusable by sticking more of the notice to the glass than necessary and I had nothing to clean it off with. Luckily, another employee assisted making my view safe enough to drive home.

They towed my car at 2am. If I could give this place no star's, I would. My back tires were hanging out of my driveway only a little bit, I can't fit because my driveway is so small. I woke up and went to leave for a job interview, and my car was gone. But I got my car back $320 later. We put pavers down to extend our driveway. This is Ridiculous. The amount they charge is Obscene.

We were in a pinch on a Sunday and they arrived to come pick up the car in leas than 10 minutes. They were very friendly and once our car was dropped off at the shop they sent us a picture letting us know it made it safe and sound. The price wasn’t bad at all either. Overall 10/10 experience.

Terrible company who doesn't know what they are doing and stuck a warning sticker on car window stating car would be towed within 48 hours and also specified "No tenant parking in visitor" when the vehicle actually does not belong to me and was a guests. Would never use this company and very disappointed with how much work it has taken to get the damn sticker off. 0/0 stars if I could.

My daughter was in an accident and the car had to be towed. When the driver arrived he wouldn't even talk to us. He just held up his hand dismissively and said he had to talk to the officer first. Then he quoted us a price of $250 to tow the car. When we arrived the price was $80 higher!! He wouldn't bill our insurance company, stating that we will get a check faster than him. Alright, I can understand that. When we arrived and he said it was going to be $80 more than quoted we objected, but he said if we didn't pay he wouldn't unload the car! He assured us that he would email a receipt so we could be reimbursed. It's been 5 days and we still have no receipt to turn in to the insurance company. If this is the way they keep their books it's no wonder they don't get money from the insurance company! The driver was rude and surly throughout the already difficult experience, lied about the cost and then threatened to keep the car if we didn't pay, and didn't provide a receipt. Anyone else is better than Love!!
