Jerod and Randy were awesome. My dodge diesel pickup broke down in rush hour traffic just north of exit 340 Riverdale.
We sat in the truck for two hours in 102 degree temps and finally a couple of young men got a strap and towed us off to the side of the freeway. A UHP trooper stopped, called you guys and these two gentlemen came to get us off the roadside. We took my dodge to Larry H Miller and placed my fifth wheel in the back of the Maverick station across from Miller's.
Jerod and Randy were gentlemen to my wife and our little dog who were about done in by the heat. They put her in the cab of the truck with a/c so they could cool off.

Whoever was driving the flatbed truck this morning was tailgating me on his way to their location on Reeves Ave. Not very professional when you have you business name all over the side of your truck. Will never use these guys.
STAY AWAY ! simple just stay away if you don’t want to get screwed over damaged my trailer refused to give any info . Held my driver up for 5 hours drained hours charged 1000 for a 30 minute job STAY AWAY
They helped us move a few pallets around on a flatbed trailer, due to an axle weight issue... More than fair on the $$$$ and had a good interaction with the forklift driver....5 Stars.
Had the humbling experience of forgetting to lock my e-brake and getting the call hours later that my car had rolled its way backwards through a parking lot and down into a ravine behind it. Worst nightmare for a manual transmission owner. When it was clear I wasn’t going to recover it on my own, I started researching companies that could handle my off-road recovery need.
Brett’s came recommended by experienced off-road people because they are locally owned AND have rigs equipped for the job. Customer service was awesome and response time was fast. Within an hour, two employees showed up and got to work. They assessed the situation quickly, yet thoroughly, with care to not exacerbate the damage to my vehicle and were able to recover it for me.
All in all Brett’s was great to work with and got the job done better than I could have hoped. Thank you to each member of Brett’s team I interacted with, you all made it possible to preserve some dignity in an otherwise very embarrassing situation. Accidents happen, and these folks are there to help us recover. Thanks again, y’all!
Very impressed! I locked both sets of keys in my car and these guys were at my place in about 20 minutes. Got my keys out quickly. Friendly and fast, highly recommend.
Was driving towards Ogden canyon on 12th street where the road goes from two lanes to one. I had passed one of their flatbed trucks while it was still two lanes (I didnt speed to pass him) but then the truck caught up and wouldn't let me merge in, even though I was still ahead of him. I was nearly run off the road before he finally backed off so I could merge in. The whole time he was laying on his horn. He then proceeded to tailgate me up half of the canyon.
I called the office to report the truck and left my name and number with their answering service but never got a call back.
This was very dangerous and unprofessional conduct by their driver.
The driver did a great job. I didn't have the keys for the car, and he was still able to load it onto his truck and get it to the mechanic. He was here in just 30 minutes after my call. Will definitely recommend Brett's Towing.
My son wrecked his car a couple of weeks ago. Brett's responded to tow the vehicle. Knowing most tow companies are dishonest thieves, I told my son to remove EVERYTHING from the car that he did not want stolen. Well, Brett's didn't make a liar out of me. The vehicle had been stored in their "secure" yard until picked up by my insurance company. Low and behold the aftermarket stereo and my license plates were already missing. Called Brett's, of course their employees "would never do anything like that". Thanks Brett's.
Hands down the fastest company I have had. This was three days ago my car shut down on the freeway right as the storm hit. I'm worried about getting slammed in2 by cars losing control So while waiting for my dad to arrive , I call Brett's Towing after we hang up preston ( from Brett's Towing) arrived. Brett's Towing & Roadside in Ogden defaced my car. Last Monday I was in a pretty bad accident and my car was totaled. Well today I went with my mom to go get any personal belongings that may have survived the wreck out of my car and it was filled with mud and old trash, I'll attach photos. Everything that was in my front seat that may have survived was now ruined by this. That includes a very sentimental keychain which included a hand crocheted keychain and a souvenir that a friend brought me back from Barcelona that was very important to me and I can't replace. I also had leather seats that were possibly in good condition that I could have taken out and sold but are now ruined because of the tow company. When we tried bringing this up to them they said that it was my own trash that was tossed around in the wreck. That was not the case as you can see in the pictures it was very obvious that someone just dumped a load of garbage onto my passenger seat. Also my car was spotless clean before this there was no trash. I also have a picture which shows the inside of my car right after the wreck that shows there was no trash in it. This car is still my property and Brett's Towing & Roadside defaced it.
I had my car towed through A.B Hadley, the driver Summer was amazing! She knew exactly what she was doing, was super nice and helpful, I’ve never had such a good experience with a tow truck driver! Also showed up within the hour of being called. Great service.
They did not notify of any yard storage fee. Did not notify me of a $195 charge just because officer called them in. They had no sympathy for someone in a unfortunate situation. They basically made me feel either pay them or I'm screwed. I will never use or suggest these con artists to anyone!
After calling 4 other tow services last night, I finally got down the list to Brett’s towing. The lady who was working in the office last night as dispatch was VERY kind, I informed her of my situation (blown out head gasket and troubles with other companies), she told me that she will be able to get someone out to me after a brief hold. She got back to me & already had my car information written down from before I was put on hold and had me in contact with a driver within 5 minutes, altogether she was very professional. The driver had some difficulty finding my location but we were able to work that out in a jiff, the man was very friendly and I wish I would have got his name. He didn’t have any change on him for cash payment so he took me by the gas station to break a bill at no extra charge. It is also important to note that I was only just passing through town when my car broke down, when we got my car to the shop at 1 AM he asked if I had someone to give me a ride to wherever I was staying for the night, I told him I was going to just walk to the hotel I had booked , he told me that he would just take me there as it was only a 5 minute drive compared to a 30 minute walk. Not to mention he made the ride to the dealership more than comfortable (even let me play a few songs of my choice) and he was able to maintain good conversation the whole ride.
I would recommend this company to ANYBODY in need of towing services. If I could rate 10 stars and tell the higher ups to give these two people a raise I would in a heartbeat. Very friendly, professional, and downright kindhearted. Much love and appreciation for the workers.
I really can recommend this company. I called a bunch of places after my tire blew out in the canyon during a snow storm. I am a Senior and had my service animal with me. Jeryn came in half the time as anyone else, plus he kept in contact to make sure my dog and I were safe. He was also more reasonably priced. His professional manner was A++. Pick him 1st and you won't regret it.
We have used Randy for long haul tow jobs for at least 8 trips now over the course of 2 years. Prices are the best around. Randy is really accommodating to all our special requests, which are usually numerous. The pick up dates sometimes keep changing and he is very punctual for every pick up and drop off. He always does an excellent job and we will most definitely be using him again.
Honestly one of the best towing companies out there! Can’t say anything bad about them! One of there drivers, Colby really helped me out when I was in a tough situation!! And HE DID AMAZING! And I can’t say anything more he left me speechless! He was a gentleman!

After our roadside assistance program contacted Brett’s towing they said they could tow our large moving truck to a tire shop offer blowing out 2 tires on the freeway. Larry showed up and said the truck he had was too small to tow our large truck but that he’d dispatch one of their heavy vehicle trucks to do it, so we left with our ride to go home trusting they’d follow through. We texted later that evening and several times the next morning to make sure the tow had been completed with no response. After over 17 hours with no response we finally got a text from Larry saying they couldn’t find a large truck to do it so they just didn’t do anything!!! Our truck and belongings sat on the side of the highway, unlocked for over 17 hours and they never even bothered to let us know they failed to do their job!! This is not acceptable and I will never do business with or recommend this towing service to anyone!
Working for a salvage yard out Phoenix, AZ, these guys have been phenomenal to work with especially since we're working in separate states. They are our first and only call when it comes to needing the best service they provide with loading and towing some gnarly wrecked big rig trucks for our yard. We love doing business with Brett's Towing and hope to continue working this partnership for as long as there is a need for a tow truck and salvage yard :)
Let me start with saying iv used Brett's towing in the past and had a great experience. Two years ago they towed my wife's car from layton to west haven for 43$. I called tonight to have them tow my daughter's car one mile home, the receptionist was eating very loudly on the call and could hardly hear anything I was saying, he said it was 75$ dollars for the hookup, and with fees it would be between 85-100$ for ONE MILE and it would be up to an hour wait. I called a competitor that ended up being less than half that price and was on site within 25 min. I will never use Brett's towing ever again.
Called them for a tow on a Friday afternoon. They were able to pick my car up within 2 hours. Driver was very personable. The whole process was very easy and hopefully don't have to call them again, but if I do need a tow, it's definitely Brett's.
My experience with Brett's towing was way way better than a previous experience with another tow company. Brett's was helpful by letting me ride in the cab and their fees were very reasonable. (İf you can call during business hours it is significantly cheaper). I could have been in a much worse situation if it wasn't for Austin (the office manager) and Brett's towing.
Brett's towing drivers are very professional and willing to help. Zack helped me get a very big truck through an alley that wasn't very wide. Their prices compared other towing companies is incredible and the same can be said about their customer service.
I had a great experience with Brett's Towing. My truck broke down on Hwy 167. AAA notified the Brett's Towing and they showed up 45 minutes later. The driver called to notify me when he was about 15 minutes away from where I broke down. Once Steve arrived he was very friendly and professional. I asked if he could take my truck to a local dealership to get repaired and he said no problem. I received a text from Steve an hour later to let me know my truck had been delivered to the dealership. I would highly recommend Brett's Towing. They have great customer service and outstanding follow-up!
I hired these guys to assist in loading a military cargo truck onto a flatbed trailer. They were professional, courteous, and even saved me money! They are by far the best tow company I have ever used. To put things in perspective, it cost over double for the same type of truck that Brett's used to get it offloaded. Thanks Steve!
I would like to let everyone know that Brett's Towing is the best towing company in Ogden. They are very nice and polite. The gentleman that I talked to on the phone said we will get you picked up in 30 minutes. The driver was their in 15 and very polite. Their trucks are always clean and the drivers are professional. I will recommend them to anyone anytime.
