Waited for over an hour from my tow, just to call and for them to tell me that they canceled it because they had my number wrong and then the front desk lady was no help at all had an horrible attitude customer service needs to be worked on
Recently had a repair done by this place .. They sent out a mechanic that was seriously overweight and had little mobility.. He replaced an airbag on my trailer took him over two hours and I had to hand him tools because it was painful watching him get in and out from under my trailer. So $1460 later I got to my delivery slid my wheels and out pops the airbag.. He obviously forgot to put the large nut on the bottom of the bag. So another road service $800 later but the job done right. Took the guy 30 minutes ..Case and point.. Hwy Robbery the overpriced fix lasted 1 day and I gave them the chance to redeem themselves.. Called them twice. I’ve heard nothing out of them.. PS will never use this place again nor should anyone
Got a tow from Andy, he is very professional. He called me ahead of arrival and got me a quick ETA. He arrived roadside and got me hooked right away. Friendly & knowledgeable chat on the way to the TA mechanic drop off. A very positive experience.
I locked my keys in my truck. The tech came out and within five minutes we were able to get my truck unlocked. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars from me is because it took 4 days for the tech to send me my receipt. I called him every day to remind him, and it took threatening legal action for them to finally send me a receipt. And they also charged me $240.

Service was satisfactory. 10 pm at night they got our Rv off the road by changing two tires. It was less than two hours, but charged us for two hours. We had no choice but to pay them $843 dollars!!!! Truly where the phrase Highway Robbery comes from.
They came out in the middle of the night to fix lights on my trailer. In a short time I was on the road. The guy was friendly. If you're in need in the area they're the ones I'd call.
My car was towed in a police situation where the officer falsified charges of no insurance and denied driving privilege. Only CDL is denied due to a medical issue with my CDL and no medical card. I was driving my own personal vehicle not a commercial vehicle. I have proof of both. I am allergic to insulin and my diabetes is untreated. I have my cell phones in my car as well as diabetic testing supplies and the tow company wont allow me the cell phones and my employers property in the car. with out paying fees. not trying to empty the car, this is crooked and i have documentation proving insurance and state code.
Technician arrived promptly and after a quick discussion of the issue went right to work. Unfortunately the repair couldn't be made it required the trailer being brought to a specialty shop. He was thorough in diagnostic of the abs system fault.
I was very impressed with the service provided, the device person was very polite and knowledgeable. He even showed up 60 minutes earlier than I expected. Great company to work with.
I want to thank Steve of AMS towing and repair the Saturday before last I accidentally put DEF in my diesel tank I was so upset and didn’t know who to call I found there number and called them. they came over in about 30 min. I had them take it to there shop. They were very kind, and the work was done quickly about a week. They did a great job. I would refer them to anyone who needs Diesel work to be done. Thank you Steve and all those working with him. It is so nice to fine a good honest mechanics shop.
From the very first phone call till the end,the service was outstanding. I got stranded in Idaho on my way home. My truck broke down while towing my trailer. Car broke down 3 miles from my home. Evan in truck #34 got to me in a 1/4 the time the guy on the phone said it would take, got my car up onto the truck in like two minutes and got it to my house in another 7. Extremely friendly, extremely kind and understanding, and extremely competent, for quite a decent rate as well. If you ever need towing from AMS, ask for Evan if you can. Great service and if all their drivers are like this then I'd highly recommend them.
I can’t say enough great things about this company. Charlie towed our big rig, with expertise, to the main company repair facility. Tino took great care of us. He personally diagnosed the issue, ordered the parts, and repaired our big rig in a matter of days. Everyone was super friendly and kind. Thanks, guys, for taking such great care of us.
They did an amazing job and took great pride in their work. They arrived when they said they would and were very fast and professional. They towed me 100 miles and even stopped and helped me deliver my load so it wasn't late. The tow driver even helped me fold tarps and unstrap my load. That's something even other flatbed drivers won't do these days. I couldn't ask for a better experience with being towed, made my day ALOT better, and, as you can see, it was not going great so if you need road side assistance they would be my first call and if I ever need help again I will be calling them.
Hit a pothole on I-15 popping both driver side tires. Called up AMS and they sent out a truck. Had good communication throughout and the process was easy. Morgan was a total pro and handled the stressful freeway roadside situation with his expertise. Thanks again!

I just had a really pleasant experience with Mr. Steve from AMS towing. I tell you, it’s 30 below, snowing on a mountain and he came out to get the job done. Not only did he do a good job. He also showed off some impressive driving skills getting down one of the tough Street in Utah. Like nothing I’ve ever seen. I even had trouble coming down in my 53 footer From time to time. He’s over 100 feet and still can do it with no problem. I will most definitely recommend Steve with AMS truck towing for your vehicle.
Well I messed up and sunk the front end of my truck and some mud in my own driveway at my house... Called these guys and 45 minutes later they were there and had me pulled out with it 20 minutes

AMS was called after waiting hours for another Tow Company that never showed up. Came by, diagnosed my truck issue and towed within the Hour. Austin and Bryce were awesome!
I am a first time RV owner and was trying to find a place to get emissions on it so that I could register it in Utah. Most places I called said it was too big to fit in their bays. However, the Kwik Lube next door said that I should talk to Tino at AMS. Tino was extremely friendly, polite, and helpful. Bonus it passed with flying colors! I would recommend them to everyone.

They replaced my transmission after it went out. They did a correct job of doing so. Problem is I had tools and subwoofers stolen by their employees. They admitted they would take car of it and nothing had happened. I was told I could not get reimbursed because I did not have proof of purchase receipts. This is very unacceptable and very unprofessional.
According to my office, they were awesome with everything. Communication to repair to pricing. If you're broken down in Utah, give these guys a shout!

April 14th , 2021 – Interstate 15 north at Brigham City , UT
Passenger front tire begins to smoke and move erratically in the wheel well of our Rockwood Ultra Lite Travel Trailer. We are returning home to Washington from a trip to southern Utah. We pull over and see that the tire is tipped forward in the wheel well and know we have trouble on our hand. We search the internet and find AMS Towing.
We contact them and they dispatch Jesus to us. He arrives and jacks up the trailer and the wheel falls off. The bearings had burnt up so much that it stripped the spindle on the axel. Jesus calmly tells us that we can limp to his shop in Ogden (35 miles south of us) on three tires. He will ride behind us at 35 miles per hour to make sure we are safe and park our rig in a safe place for the night. It took us 1 hour and seven minutes and Jesus talked us through it the whole way. Made sure we were good with where our rig was parked. Then gave us advise as to where we could find and hotel.
The next morning, we are in the mad hunt for a replacement axel. Rockwood works with Dexter Axel and has Torsion Axels under our trailer which are made specifically for the trailer it turns out and can not be purchased anywhere. We are due home by 4/18 and it turns out the Axels are covered by a warranty and must be manufactured and sent to AMS who will repair our trailer with them once they arrive. They must also replace a tire. This means we must leave our trailer with AMS and wait for the axels to arrive. Dieter Thomas works with us as well as Colleen in the front office to give us the courage and peace we need to leave our Gertie (our Trailer) there.
The axels arrive later then we planned and AMS worked with us to keep her there, they received the Axels and installed them as well as the tire and then worked with our transport carrier to pick her up and bring her back to Snohomish, WA.
There was is much more going on then what I am relaying here, but the bottom line is this. AMS is and Stand-up service provider that worked with integrity and expert professionalism in our dealing with them. Our deepest thanks to Jesus, Tio and Colleen and all the front office staff at AMS, Ogden, UT. Needed a tow that could handle my truck and 5th wheel. Tino came and took excellent care of getting me to an RV Park and then my truck to the shop. Everyone at the RV Park including myself were impressed on how he managed to navigate in and around RV sites. I should also mention that he did it all without any damage to my vehicle or trailer. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the service. If you need a tow ask for Tino, he’s the best!!!
We are an Over The Road refrigerated carrier who uses call-out repair services all over the country. It is unfortunate that many repair operations are usually expensive to the point of ridiculous for after hours road calls. We used AMS to replace an alternator on a refer unit at midnight & were surprised to find a carrier friendly operation that does charge a fair rate and does make good on any charging issues or questions after the repair. The office manager Autumn went to great lengths to insure that we were charged correctly and even called to say she was sending us a refund for a rate misunderstanding. THAT DOES NOT HAPPEN ! Sure is refreshing to discover this carrier friendly repair shop with after hours service in Ogden,UT.. Nice Job AMS ! And special thanks Autumn ---
