Came in for a dying battery and had it tested very quickly. Associate didn't try to upsale, he just told me the facts and wasn't condescending (which can be a problem when you're a woman getting stuff for a car!) They changed the battery in a flash. Whole thing took less than a half hour.
O’Reilly employees were professional, assertive, very helpful and hands on. The store was well organized, clean, stocked with auto parts and equipment to scan the car motor engine system to see what the issue(s) were, get the car parts needed, then fix the problem(s). Definitely recommend this O’Reilly Auto Parts store!
These people here are so uneducated they didnt even know how to open the hook of my mothers car, then while when my father went to get a new battery they gave him the wrong battery and it messed his car up. So now their car doesnt work and they blamed it on him for not checking the battery. They are the professionals my father is not a mechanic and they should be held accountable for their mistake. My father even gave then the old battery and then they should have been competent enough to know how to give him the proper battery. Now my father has to have his car towed to a mechanic and pay all that money to have the car fixed.
I was on my way from Dallas to Seattle and had a check engine code. I anticipated they would just tell me what code came up and leave me to google. WRONG! Orlando came out and did the test, then answered all my questions, concerns, and was extremely knowledgeable. This man completed a side quest about a broken feature on my gas cap, while solving the other problem! If you’re looking to get hired at this location, do your studies - they only hire the elite!
Nancy was absolutely wonderful to work with. While my car was broken down an hour away from home and I was looking at replacing my battery and alternator in their parking lot, working with Nancy made the whole situation better! When you go there, Nancy will take care of you!
The thing I like about OReilly Auto Parts is that all of their Associates seem to know what they're talking about. I've been in here several times and they always know right where to find the part that I'm looking for. And offer instructions on how to install it if I have questions.

These guys were super helpful! We needed to change our VVT Solonoid in the middle of a road trip to the west coast. They lent me some tools, pulled up videos and gave great advice. Would have rated it 6/5 if possible!!
I will never go anywhere else besides this O'Reilly. I've been here many times with zero disappointment. Today Darrin helped me get a new battery and even helped me get it installed in my car (in crazy hot weather). He was friendly, informative and didn't make me feel like a bother. =)
I’ve been a long time customer of O’Reilly Auto Parts and today I had another experience that just demonstrates why. Chase the associate that I worked with went above and beyond to help with something so simple as windshield wipers. Not only did he look up the correct sizes for me, he made sure I had the correct clips, and even came out in the snow to help me install them. They're right on my way and just by and I-15 exit / on ramp. Super convenient location. They had exactly what I needed and I only waited like a minute for other customers that were ahead of me. They seemed really quick and efficient. I've been there a couple of times and that's been the standard of service.

IDK, last time there I was sold a tstat that was put In the wrong box and.had to travel ALL the way back there to get the right one(same part number) didn't even get an apology.
