I have bought a few used trucks at rocky mountain truck parts and always been impressed by their word and treatment towards me., they will treat you like a brother and with much respect!., i am very grateful and i can say that i have not been treated like that anywhere else., Shan is an excellent human being and jerry has being really fair and helpful to me!, also Noal and Todd and the rest of the guys that work in there!, YOU ROCKY MOUNTAIN PARTS!.
This place is the worse, I been in business for 7 yrs and I had call not less than 20 times, not ones they have even try to find what am looking for, not ones they have returned my call, and I he one time they said they could find one part it was the same price as the new one at the dealer. They are unprofessional, very poor customer service. I rather driver 3.5 hrs to Idaho than having to deal with this useless people, and the medium duty one is even worse they have a “lady” that’s has no idea what customer service means.
Very disappointed poor customer service 10 hours to replace the tire over $2000. Do not waste your time with this company. It will not be fair with you.
I agreed with the owner in advance about buying a bumper, asked for photos of the damage, did not take them, promised that everything was fine, drove 6,000 miles in vain, had to buy it because there was no other choice. Very bad people deceive anyone, I do not recommend this Shap
Very friendly people in office. They got my windshield and helped me carrying outside to my truck.
100$ for each side of glass and they are original glass.
You can't beat that prise. Aftermarket would cost me at least 700 more.

This is the second time here in the last few months. The service shop guys are quick on the diagnosis and repair. The service manager Noall is very fair and hold a good conversation. Bought a fuel rail price was very fair. highly recommend RMP for parts as well as service Great group
STAY AWAY for this salvage yard (probably the most expensive used parts, 75% - 80% by dealer price), it's a waste of time, a plastic battery cover $175, dealer price it's $220, a spare tire Bridgestone 40% $225 and be aware at the final bill because they charged me $25 more from the initial price for one part already overpriced. UNPROFESSIONAL and EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE. FIRST TIME HERE AND THE LAST ONE
Good friendly environment with knowledgeable staff in every aspect of the used truck industry. From trucks and trailers to parts and service. They don't always have exactly what you need but they will try there hardest to help you out
I just don’t understand why people are such jerks don’t go there if you are going to talk bad about them I bought so many parts from them never had a problem I got a brand new moose bumper for $2k at the dealer cost $6,447. So thanks guy and I am getting a transmission with them too.
There customer service was so quick and done with excellence.

NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. SAVE YOUR SELF SOME HEADACHE AND MONEY. SOLD ME ISHIFT TRANSMISSION FOR $5,000 THAT IS NOT WORKING AND REFUSING TO EXCHANGE IT OR RETURN IT. AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE GAVE 90 DAY WARRANTY BUT NEVER HONORED IT. AVOID AT ALL COST

Some prices are good, some fair, and some poor, but they've usually got what you're looking for.
Purchased a wiring harness that is not the correct one for my truck. I have tried to get someone to work with me on getting the correct one and they will not even allow me to return this one for the correct one. They told me it is my problem. This was an $800.00 part. They said they verified the VIN which they did not. Very bad business and I would not recommend this company to anyone
Needed a part while on an oversize load just up the road from them. They had the part at a more than fair price and one of their guys ran it to me on his way home. Saved my bacon as I was heading into the port of entry in the morning!! Hands down I will become much more acquainted with them in the future. Super cool folks!!!
I ordered and paid parts. They promise to ship the nxt day.Wait for almost 2wks! No parts arrived. I Followed it up a guy name Justin told me that the parts was no good that’s why they cancelled my order without giving any notice. They are un-professional!
The people here are very nice but when it says truck they mean semi trucks. Not your normal pickup trucks. I asked if they hade any parts for a pickup that I own and they were said that they don't have any car parts... You can tell that they know their stuff about semi trucks but are not going to be as helpful for other vehicles. But they were all nice and tactful.
These guys are about as good as your going to find in the area. Their used parts are slightly higher than I would like to see. And would like to see a little more price negotiation on used parts. We have dealt with Rocky mountain alot. They are great guys to work with. There have been times they stayed after hours to get us down the road. Thanks Rocky mountain.
Wonderful family run place! Jerry, Noell & everyone else are very helpful & super nice. Ive been using them for nearly 2 years now for mostly all of my repair needs & for parts. Very reasonable labor rates & they have just about any part you might need. I come all the way from Florida to use them, that should say something! A++++
Shan and the crew are very helpful... we run a 96 freight linger, 98' peterbuilt, and a 03 Volvo we actually bought from them... we've never had something wear out that they couldn't replace! I'm extremely satisfied with my repeated visits, the ain't let me down once :)
These guys just helped me out so much they were great and I would recommend them to anyone! Shan saved my bucket I had a trailer I needed moved asap in a emergency situation and he came to my rescue.
I've had a lot of experience with experience with the people at rocky mountain. They do great work in the shop and have great prices on truck parts. The staff is fast and efficient too, it'd definitely be worth stopping by because they have everything!
People are friendly, but they charge more for used parts than they cost new. If you want to buy parts from them go to a dealer and get a parts list and prices. They claim they charge 50% of new cost. Make them prove it.
