My F350 started leaking coolant when I was in Torrey, UT. We were towing our 5th wheel and overheating. I had an idea what the problem was, but I didn't have the parts or patience to fix it. I called Brian's Auto when they opened at 8am and they were able to get me in that day and fixed my truck. We were dead in the water, otherwise. I appreciate their good work, and reasonable price. Brian’s Auto Towing saved the day! I accidentally locked my keys in my truck while hiking in Capitol Reef National Park. We had no cell coverage and were stuck. I was able to connect to the campground WiFi nearby and call Brian’s. He said he would be there in 40 minutes due to the long drive. He get there in 39. He was able to professionally unlock my truck in a few short minutes. Not only was he incredibly helpful and competent, after a long day of hiking, he led us to an outstanding pizza restaurant. He knew our family was hungry and tired and he called ahead to make sure they could feed us, since it was getting close to closing time. Can’t say enough nice things about Gary. I hope you’re never in the predicament that I put myself in; but if you are, call Brian’s Auto Towing!
We had electrical problems with our vehicle in boulder, ut. Brian Towing was dispatched through AAA. They were fantastic. Gary called us to figure out exactly where we were stuck and let us know it would take a few hours to get there (understandable since he was coming from Loa). He arrived on time, got us loaded up and we made the drive to a shop. He has incredible knowledge of the area and the roads. Gary made a several hour drive with weary travelers comfortable and pleasant. If you find yourself in need of a tow in this part of Utah this is the place to call.
The guys at Brian’s are fantastic! Our car broke down at Capitol Reef National Park on Memorial Day and my husband called AAA, who told us they were calling someone to come for us. AAA didn’t actually talk to someone, they just pressed a button sending a request that the tow company may or may not see, especially in an area with very spotty cell coverage. However, when we called Brian’s ourselves, we spoke to the owner, Gary, and he was able to check the requests and confirmed to us they did have a request from AAA. He got someone out to us as fast as he could. Our driver was courteous and professional. He took us all the way into Richfield, dropped our car off, and then took us to our hotel. Not that I recommend breaking down, but if you do, these guys will come to your rescue.
My car broke down in front of the Capitol Reef National Park visitor center. I had no cell service, but was able to call AAA on the visitor center Wi-Fi. The call with AAA was pretty ridiculous (they claimed three times to have assigned a driver, but never did), but when they told me they were reaching out Brian's Auto, things improved. I called Brian's directly and they agreed to come get me (AAA hadn't called them, but had simply sent them electric notice in website queue that doesn't notify anyone). They came out quickly and towed the car all the way to Richfield, UT. The driver was polite and professional and all in all it was as good of an experience as one can expect when a car breaks down in the middle of nowhere and needs a tow. :-)
Connected with Brian Auto Towing through AAA roadside service for car lockout. We were inside Capital Reef National Park - Panorama Point Overlook and were lucky to have cell reception for the call. Arrived promptly on time, and got our door open in less than 10 min. Saved our life!
These guys are legit good dudes. We got stuck in Fishlake and they made the haul to come winch us out (early into the morning). What’s more, they made sure we got out of the park and back to town safely.
