I would not suggest trusting this outfit. I paid for an engine from here, they said it had only around 25000 miles on it. It lasted 5 months. I believe I was lied to.
I walked into the store and and was greeted by James and he asked what I needed and he got on it right away! I asked for an Alternator for an 2002 Ford F150 after I had gotten the wrong one at a different location and was not able to return it and James had one in stock and brought it right out! The process was very quick and easy and he was very happy to help me! I would 100% recommend James and Southwest Auto Recycling, ask for James!

Just a side note - Stpehen Wade failed to tell me at point of sale that Dodge Chargers do not come with a spare; imagine my surprise when I had a flat in the gorge on I-15 just south of town at night and I opened the trunk and found NO SPARE!!! I never thought to verify as all vehicles I have purchased in my 62 years on earth had a spare come with the vehicle!
Outstanding customer service, shipment packing, and overall experience! I purchased a fender and a door for one of my vehicles rather than having a body shop replace them and paint them, which is very expensive. For a fraction of the cost, I got good quality parts delivered right to my door! They were easy to deal with and ultimately saved me a ton of money. Highly recommend!
Do not buy engines from here!! They don't store them properly and the will come up with any excuse to void a warranty. Classic clowns.. don't even deserve a star Bought an engine 30 days later boom. They will look for any reason not to honor a warranty.

The staff is super helpful, friendly and knowledgable. They were able to locate the exact parts I need and provide a quote quickly. They were fast in pulling the parts and calling me for pickup. The pickup day was earlier than stated. I am extremely happy with the service and will do business with them again as needed. I would recommend this company to my friends and family.

I called Southwest for a specific VW rim for my daughters car. It was the only one within 1,000 miles. It was on my doorstep in 2 days. I was very impressed. Excellent price and excellent service. I’ll keep you in mind in the future should I need pull parts.
Southwest has been a great company to do business with. Their prices are reasonable the frame I ordered was in awesome condition and was stripped and deliver to me in two days other companies should use Southwest on how to take care off their customers.
Having the details (including pics) of the vehicle from which I was getting vital parts (entire rear axle, in this case) was critical in my selection. The part and parent vehicle was described with care and professionalism. The person I dealt with knew his stuff (must be a professional mechanic). He walked me through the process, confirming what I was ordering was truly the exact replacement to my broken part. He also did the leg work to accommodate some specialized shipping requests. The part ended up being perfect and in better condition than described. The price was better than rival and more localized salvage/used part dealers. I would not hesitate to go to Southwest Auto Recycling for any used auto part I need (if available at their location).
I called with a pretty specific need, an ECU and a pigtail, staff was happy to assist and shipped the part out same day. Super friendly and actually exceeded my expectations for the amount of wire. Everything was quick, easy, and professional.

I went there to get a replacement side view mirror for my vehicle because I needed to renew my registration by the end of the week and everywhere else I called was little to no help, Not only did they have the part I needed but they helped me install it free of Charge! The guy behind the desk was pleasant and made the whole process quick and easy. Talk about going above and beyond with customer service. I'll be going here in the future if i need spare parts for a good price.
I went in to look for rims. I said I wanted the "stock rims" for my pickup and told them the make, model and year. They gave me the option of 16 or 17 inch rims and I said if the 16s will fit than that is what I wanted. It turned out the 16 s did not fit so I came back the next day to see if they had 17s. I said it was a mistake and I would like to look for 17s. According to them, the 17s they had were double the price of the 16s I just bought. I checked at discount tire the price for 17s of a brand new rim. The rim they were selling was supposed to be a 2010 stock rim so it was 6 years old and only 20 dollars cheaper than a brand New one. They said they would not give me my money back for the 16s that I could not use because it "wasn't our mistake" but I could use it toward the old 17s they were trying to sell me.
If someone takes my money and knows they didn't sell me what I needed and refuse to give my money back, even if I did make a mistake they are stealing. I will never go there again and will always warn my friends not to go there
In regards to the owners response:
We did discus make and model year. I did not imply that because they had seen my truck they should know if they should fit. Apparently I was wrong to assume that by telling them what vehicle I have, they should be able to type it in and know if the 16s fit or not. I do agree that I got a good deal on "the rims I can't use". However, I did not talk the price down, that is not like me to do. I just said I'm looking for whatever is cheapest. I was only given one option for the $75 rims when I came back which are the ones I was referring to when I said $20 more will get a brand new stock rim at discount tire. Tho it may have been a cheaper made rim, I just wanted stock rims. Its my word against his and they are twisting the truth. I don't like making complaints. I don't like winey people. I just want them to be honest. Fair price or not, give my money back and I will bring you the rims...that is what any honest business would do
