Not a great experience! They offered a whole $200 for 2015 Santa Fe after towing it from the dealership and said to bring in the title once I received it from the bank. I called to let them know I had the title and they said they wouldn't pay us anything. They apparently already took it over from the state. I would NOT do business with them if you want to be treated fairly.
I ordered a fender from this company and the very next morning it was at my door and packed on a pallet and very carefullly shiped . Mike was so professional and made sure that I was taken care of . In my many years of doing business I have never been treated so good by any company. I thank these guys and as far as stars. There should be 100 + great job guys !!

The people at Dixie are really honest people. I ordered at transmission from them and was having them ship it to me. They pulled it out and it was defective. They called immediately and didn’t hesitate to refund me the cost. Will definitely do business with them in the future
Based solely on cost estimate. Website stated one price, guy on phone quoted the same price as the Website and was charged a different price when picking it up. Hope it was worth the bad review. I'm sure a place like that, they could careless about reviews but at least I feel a little better.
Look man, I get it, I’m a female. But hear me out, & don’t get me wrong, they have the parts you need but they give you a trash $100 for a car worth more than that. I’m talking, I bought new tires less than 2 months old (the tread looks great without even zooming in on the photo ) and had a sub in my car, filled it with premium & kept up with maintenance. So if you’re looking for parts, definitely go here, but if you’re looking for them to pick up something for a good amount,
look elsewhere.
Called around looking for a part to my F150. Dixie was the only salvage yard to answer questions professionally. They were extremely helpful when I stopped in and I was able to get the part I needed!
First time going to Dixie Auto Salvage. I had a great experience. Friendly helpful staff. It was east to find the vehicle to extract the part I needed. I recommend if you are a first timer here to bring your own tools, but they were kind enough to lend me what I needed. I will definitely be back. Thanks for all the help. My project was a success.

This is a great place to find whatever your looking for. Got some bars for my jeep that I've been wanting for awhile now but I've been unable to find elsewhere. Edwin is super knowledgeable, helpful and friendly which is more then can be said for a lot of places. I highly recommend checking this place out!!

I came in today to pick up my check for my car I had hauled in and Edwin was super awesome and helpful to the point I felt comfortable enough to ask about a part for my truck that's obsolete. He directed me perfectly to the truck in the yard and was super helpful getting it off fast and me on my way! Definitely recommended these guys!
These guys are great! Awesome customer service on the phone and in person. Yard is well organized and they provide a map and video to help you find the vehicles you are looking go for. Great selection. Allow you to self pull small pieces and will pull more complex parts for you.
Edwin was very helpful in helping me find the parts I needed for my 4Runner. I called in at around 3:30 he let me know that they don’t allow people in the yard after 4 so I went back the next day and he helped me find the location of all the 4Runners that were the same generation. Would highly recommend working with Edwin to find what you need.
Not only was Dixie Auto Salvage super friendly, but they were fast and beyond fair as well. I had called looking for a specific, small piece and Edwin asked me 1 question and BAM, he knew exactly what I needed. Went and physically checked and sure enough he had the part. And then he gave me an offer that beat all of the prices I found it for online. Overall I had a VERY pleasant experience and will be using them for any needs in the future.
I had the good fortune to have Edwin help me with several purchases. He is friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. Not only did he steer me away from purchasing the wrong part for my car but instead put me in track to find the right part. Each time I come in, I hope to find Edwin available. I've done business here a couple times these guys are AWESOME!! I've actually waited to do service here, I've waited to get parts knowning knowing I'd be passing through Saint George from Colorado to do business there. They always have what I've needed and very reasonable very Friendly's so kind!!! They went and pulled the seatbelt without me having to prepay & had it ready for me! I highly recommend these guys in the future! And I'll definitely be back for future service!
Used their website to confirm they had a vehicle I needed parts from on property.
When I arrived I walked into the office, talked with the kind gentleman up front, told him what vehicle I needed and he printed me out a map of the yard with the locations of all the vehicles that matched written on it.
They also have an easy to see list of rules as well as them being verbally explained so make sure you pay attention!
I went out to the yard to see if they had the parts, I made my list and returned back to the office to get prices.
They retrieved my parts, removed without damage and at a price much better than the online/ebay yards I called.
The yard is set up nicely with enough room between vehicles to get inside, around and look under them along with a wide selection.
Overall excellent experience.
I called and checked availability over the phone first. The gentleman on the phone was very courteous and informative and when I got there he had on site what he mentioned. They were very flexible and simple to work with and their prices were more than fair. After I got what I needed I had a couple of a squirrel moments and it made me ask a bunch more questions and Edwin was very patient and professional.
Christina was also kind and ready to help as she was in between projects. Nevertheless she greeted me and made me feel like I mattered. I put Edwin to work as I spoke with him from the beginning and I was totally satisfied. I will be back and recommend them for anyone wanting to save $ and not get a run around.
