These guys are awesome! Helped me out in a bind. Trevor gave me such a good price to tow my fifth wheel. I had to get to a new park but had recently been in an accident and didn't have my truck to tow my RV. Did a great job, their driver was on time and super nice. I have been waiting nearly 2 hours for an update. Only to find out they will not be assisting me roadside.
I would NEVER willfully use this company. No feedback, and now I've got to continue to wait, unassisted.
Submitted roadside assistance request through insurance for a tow. I called the company and they said someone would be there between 25 and 45 minutes. An hour and a half later nobody had showed and I had not received an update. I canceled the request and went with a different company. They were there in 20 minutes and gave me updates the whole way.
If I could give 0 stars I would.
Originally, they gave me a 2 hour ETA, I ended up waiting 3 hours past that ETA for a total of a 5 hour wait. I called the company multiple times only for them to say they were 15 minutes away every time. Eventually, I canceled the pickup and called a different company. 30 minutes later, Turner showed up in a rage about me canceling. I would not recommend them! Extremely unprofessional with no customer service. Not to mention that the tow truck they pulled up in had completely bald tires. I would have never let them tow my car away with a truck in that condition.
Dishonest, Rude, and Unprofessional.
Charged me for two FULL days when my car was there less than 24 hours — pure dishonesty. At 9:30 AM they weren’t even open; I had to call for someone to show up. When he did, he was condescending, rude, and completely insensitive toward clients. This is exactly the kind of business that gives towing companies their bad reputation. Avoid at all costs.
My van ran out of gas in our driveway. I called Good Sam's roadside rescue and they insisted upon pay $9 for the gas on a card to them. Dave showed up and told me that they can't carry gas cans and that they would tell me to the gas station I explained I had already paid for the gas. He told me to the gas station and paid for the gas. Professional wonderful in coincidentally they share my last name no relation LOL
Had my vintage vehicle towed by Chris from Turner’s this afternoon, and was very impressed by the professional nature and friendly service he gave throughout the tow.
He was diligent to make sure my Skylark arrived safely and he unloaded it in my driveway, no fuss no hassle no problem.

I submitted through insurance. They put a 75 minute estimate on the arrival. About 90 minutes in, the app that they would be arriving shortly. It said that for about 30min. After no one had still arrived, and there was no icon on the map showing where the driver is located like it had usually done in previous towing experiences. I called to see what was up. The dispatch said she’d have the driver call. Instead of having the driver call I got a notification that the driver was 20 minutes out, but the location was now showing on the map showing them at least 45 minutes away. Three hours in total. I cancelled and found my own tow that got here before they would have arrived.
Horrible tow and interlock company would never do business with these individuals. I paid early every time and the day I go to pay on my appt day the owner torn it out and damaged my vehicle
They were amazing! They called right after I submitted my insurance claim.the driver Richard was very nice and mad a not fun situation positive.(legit review -no bribery needed for this one):-)
The control arm on our 2018 4runner gave out on the Razzle dazzle trail at sand hollow state park. Turner got us off the mountain and to our airbnb. Early next morning he did an on trail repair and we were back on the road. They're awesome!

My family and I were stranded on the side of the freeway for over 4hrs. We were in constant communication trying to stay in the loop to get help, so we could get to the only place open on a Sunday to fix our tire. After hours and hours our insurance called and said they couldn’t get a hold of the driver and they were going to call someone else.
I will make it a point to warn anyone I know in the St. George area or passing through to make sure they don’t ever attempt to get “help” from this terrible company.
Service was great, but dealing with the owner to resolve an issue with reimbursement for a damaged tire the driver popped was unprofessional, tried to justify by saying my vehicle was a piece of crap (?).
All I can say is this Towing Company doesn’t deserve any stars not one and they are a very dishonest company and don’t deserve any customers at all! I waited for 3 hours for this company to come help me unlock my car and they NEVER came during the 3 hours they straight up lied to me multiple times on the phone! NEVER WILL EVER USE THEIR SERVICES EVER!! Mark my words they won’t have anyone using their services ever they will be losing customers before they know it!!
They left me stranded on I-15 in Salt Lake City for 3 hours with bad communication and had to get another tow company to get my vehicle.
That's interesting because the other towing company found my vehicle no more than 30 minutes without any problems, and I told you guys over the phone of the location. Not being able to pay the difference through my auto insurance? What? That is a bold-faced lie.
