Blake & Lynnele are top-notch. They’re fair, they’re honest, they’re personable. My first call for used/new parts is always UAW. They have quality parts, and when something is wrong they get it fixed the right way and are quick with it too.
The folks here are fabulous they were very helpful and made sure that I had exactly what I needed before they let me walk out the door wonderful place to go give them a call, give them a try they're the best
Place is a joke said they'd call me back in 30 minutes, waited 4 hours and called them back...... offered me $300 for a truck everywhere else was willing to pay $2,000 to $3,000!!!! LMAO
Don't waste your time dealing with them call Dixie salvage there a real business!!
Super helpful. I called around to all of the salvage yards here in town and nobody had the part I needed including Utah Auto Wrecking, but they were the only ones happy to order it for me.
This is my second experience working with Blake from Utah Auto wrecking of Saint George. My son drives an older model car and sometimes parts are hard to find. Both times I've been here from the initial phone call to getting the part I needed, I was treated kindly. He was able to look up the parts, find them quickly, and save me money both times. If you're in need of a business like this, I would highly recommend them based on the good level of customer service I experienced here.
The best salvage yard in southern utah. Don't waste your time going to some of those other ones that the service is lousy and the parts are not what they tell you they are.....
I almost didn't leave a review, but I decided to in the end. My advice: do not do business with these guys.
I ordered an A/C condenser for my classic monte carlo on Ebay from these guys. The price was great. The ad assured it was compatible. However, I was unsure. Just to make certain, I called them and spoke to someone in the shop. They assured me it was a compatible part. So I ordered it...even though the ad said they would not be responsible for return charges in the event the part didn't work. However, I trusted their ad and the guy in the shop to tell the truth.
And, of course, it was the wrong size. It was smaller and thinner than the OEM condenser. It was the very definition of "incompatible." I sent it back, and I asked them to pay the return charges of $24.88. It took them several weeks and three Ebay messages from me to get a response. They said the return policy was clear in the ad and they had decided not to charge me a 20% restocking fee to be nice. They valued $24.88 more than having a satisfied customer.
This is what happened to me. I almost didn't leave a review. However, as I said earlier, I decided I wanted to give an honest review so that people can decide for themselves.
My opinion the best prices , I got a head light for 25 bucks and a center cap for my rims at 10 bucks . I have no complaints about the service the got what I needed in minutes.
