After a little scrape with a pole, we were referred to Dixie Auto Body by our insurance company. Dixie Auto Body was great to work with. They did a great job with the repair keeping us well informed and updated along the way. I would hope to never use them again, but If needed, I will return.

We picked up my wife's 2025 4Runner today after a repair from being hit in a parking lot. The body work looks spectacular, but whomever they have "detailing" the vehicle needs a talking to. Not only did they use some type of oily interior cleaner that is all over everything including the infotainment screen and windows, but they did a horrible job of wiping things down the spots they sprayed with it. They also missed several spots completely leaving behind sanding dust in the cracks and texture on the interior panels. On top of that, they applied the nastiest tire shine I've ever seen, and it's going to be a pain to get off. We were excited it get this thing back so quickly, but now we'll be spending hours cleaning the interior. Again, the body work looks great, but they should make more effort to keep the interior protected from dust, and if they do detail the interior, take more time in doing so and co aider that people may not want slime, oily stuff all over the I side of their brand new car. Maybe ask the customer if they want that treatment in the first place, as I would have absolutely said no.
Service was great. Employees were great. Work done made the car look like it was brand new and driven right off the lot. We received daily updates on the progress of the car. Would recommend Dixie Auto Body over any other shop in town.

We needed our van repaired due to an accident. Scheduling was made with dixie autobody through our insurance company. Our repair was scheduled for 8 days and was completed two days early which was great! The repair looks really good and you can't tell it was involved in a collision. With a life time guarantee what is there to complain about. Overall great experience.
Dixie Auto Body is and always will be my "go to" auto body and repair shop. From the first minute you walk in the door, the employees greet you with a smile, listen to what you need, set up an appointment and from there it is a go! They finished my car even earlier than promised and it looks fantastic! This is not the first time they have fixed my car, (gotta love Walmart parking lot)! Every time they do a superior job. 5 stars for sure, for the business and their employees!

1 star for the condition that they left the interior. Smelt like a paint shop for days and THICK dust throughout the interior. I had to prematurely change my cabin filter, and do an odor treatment and detail. I wish they would have taken a couple minutes to tape and tarp the cab.

It’s obvious that this is a 3rd generation body shop and that’s why I took my car there. Dixie Auto Body did an amazing job on my car. They also took care of any insurance matters that came up and my car was cleaned before I picked it up. They are true professionals in every aspect.
Kept me informed throughout the process. My car looks as good as new. Made returning my rental a very easy process. The only complaint I do have is that they left my car sitting outside all weekend and it was covered with dirt. I couldn’t even see out of the windshield until I cleaned it. Other than that, I will use them again if needed.
We have not used their towing services, but Dixie Auto Body & Towing has done outstanding body work on our car. They are very good and are the go-to body shop for our insurance company (and several others). Their work is done well and on time.
I had a minor accident with my vehicle and needed some repairs done to the front end. State Farm insurance gave me the name of Dixie auto body. I dropped my vehicle off on Tuesday morning. It was supposed to be completed by that Friday. They were courteous and friendly. They emailed me letting me know the progress. Thursday morning I got a call saying that my vehicle was ready to go. It looked beautiful. They did a great job and completed fast. Highly recommend them!!

I have an older corvette that someone backed into the front driver’s side fender (which is the hood). The bumper was also damaged. The guys at Dixie Auto body repaired the crunched fiberglass to perfection and matched to paint.

Ron and his staff were great to work with ! From the start we stopped by for the an estimate they were fast ,friendly and made us feel like they wanted our business .We made an appointment to drop our car off, they sent us an email reminder . Then once we dropped our vehicle off they updated us every day till it was ready and on the date they said it would be finished .The front end repair looks GREAT we want to give them a big shout out for a job well done
