They towed our Tesla from St. George to the dealership in Las Vegas. I like that they do this for the dealership and were very knowledgeable about how to do it since someone could ruin the car towing it improperly. The car wouldn’t even turn on to put it in tow mode.

We had a gooseneck trailer that needed to lifted up as our landing gears broke on us. We were 13.7 miles down the road from there headquarters and we were quoted $600 for the job. We ended up hiring Andrus Towing that took care of us for $350.

My wife and I broke down in our Class A RV a few miles short of Mesquite, NV on Saturday afternoon of Memorial Day weekend.. I worked through my Coach Net service to find a tow truck. The first company they assigned would not move us to where we needed to stay for the long Memorial Day weekend (no services expected until Tuesday). Freedom accepted the tow and moved us to a nearby RV park. Kale, from Freedom, was a total pleasure to work with. He was professional, polite, easy-going, and meticulous about his work. He completed the tow and we could not have thanked him more.
They saved my bacon. They were fast, professional and more importantly personable. He took a pretty crappy day and made it a better one. The driver and I spoke about life, trucks, and everything in between. He recommended a hotel and even gave me a ride. Can't recommend enough.
He was also right about the shop we took it to.
These guys are phenomenal. Excellent communication. Timing was great considering the breakdown. Fast courteous and professional. They got us loaded up and dropped off and made it simple and easy. As a veteran in the automotive industry these guys know what they are doing and do it extremely well.
I highly recommend them they will help the hassle of being broke down just a little easier. They handle the situation great and take care of the vehicle with care.

I use them a while ago and I completely forgot about it until I got a storage unit at extra space and I put it together and I'm like oh wow this is where they're at. Have a great location and great drivers and the most beautiful sunsets outside of there buildings :-) In any event they have a lot of trucks coming and going but they're very respectful of all the regular traffic around them very much appreciated

Excellent heavy duty wrecker service. The ETA was accurate and on time, and the price was very reasonable. I would recommend freedom towing if you need your semi truck or tractor-trailer towed.
It sucks having to call for a tow. But freedom towing was amazing. My lower control arm broke on me and the tow truck driver took his time so he didn’t damage anything else on my Camaro and recommended the best route to make sure my car get home safely. Best experience I ever had with having a towing company HIGHLY RECOMMEND
I had the pleasure of meeting Will when my car was totaled after being hit by a drunk driver. I showed up at freedom towing the morning after that horrible event, feeling lower than low...and let me tell ya, as possible as it were to do so, Will sure lifted my spirits. The first good thing to happen to us in a very bad situation was Freedom towing. Our transmission blew up at mile marker 23 in the middle of the canyon… it was 32 degrees, 1 am, and Caleb showed up and got my family into the warm headed cabin of a brand new 2023 truck. He was patient, kind, and very attentive. He got our family to the nearest hotel in St. George and made sure everyone was safe before he left.
The next day our vehicle’s warranty was confirmed and part of the package was supposed to include towing… they wasted 3 hours of our day, called me back and told me they were refunding my money and I would have to find a tow myself.
I called Freedom and Kayel had a truck dispatched to me in 40mins.
Joe arrived on the scene got our vehicle loaded and we began our 100 mile journey to the dealership. Joe made a nearly 2 hr journey feel like 40 mins. Safe driving the whole way, professional, and an absolute master of his craft.
Freedom took care of my family as if we were their family.
As for price:

Got stuck infront of the Arizona sign. I could of backed it out but had a chance of tipping over... Called Freedom Towing and Joe came by and got my out in a timely matter! Excellent service and reasonable cost!
I wish I could remember the gentleman's name but let me tell you about my experience I was stuck out in the middle of nowhere for two days Progressive Roadside Assistance kept calling towing places and they all refused to come out there. Freedom Towing was the only one they drove two and a half hours from St George all the way out to where I was in Nevada grabbed me took me all the way back to Las Vegas carefully unloaded my RV was polite courteous kind and made the two-and-a-half-hour ride seem like it was only 20 minutes so very grateful 100% recommend this company!!!!
