Driver Caleb was extremely professional and courteous. After breaking down on the side of the freeway late at night with a family of 5 (baby included), he responded extremely fast and got the vehicle secured even faster....plus drove us all home. I almost never leave reviews, but Caleb and Freedom Towing more than earned a 5 star.
We called Freedom after hours of talking to absolute ignoramus humans while broken down in the gorge. They were super prompt and knowledgeable about our situation and the auto shops in st george. We had a pretty tricky situation, and Caleb handled it amazingly. We were so grateful for his help. The tow price was comparable to other places that were, let's be honest, janky. We had a luxurious ride in Caleb's truck to our hotel. Thanks so much Freedom and specifically Caleb with a c and not with a K.
Kaleb did a wonderful job helping us out of our predicament! He was able to lift my extremely low car off of a speed bump in our apartment complex after the axel failed and let the ball joint loose. It was an extremely long process and I feel really bad that he had to take care of such a difficult call in the middle of the night. He even helped us to slowly push the car into the garage because the parking lot was too tight to accommodate the tow truck. I truly feel bad that he had to put all of that extra effort into this job.

It’s never a good day when you need a tow but Kaleb did make it better! He was very friendly and personable. Kaleb is THE GUY you want showing up on your bad day, he’ll definitely put a smile on your face!
Now as a former deck truck operator and the owner of the vehicle being towed you can’t help but scrutinize the operator loading, tying down and transporting your vehicle. Kaleb was very adept and took extra care not to damage anything. 10/10 knows his job and does it well!

Roland was excellent I had a very difficult car to tow due to its low stance and splitter that sticks out a great deal, Roland came out got there shortly after we called and took his time was very kind and professional took a great deal of care and time to ensure minimal damage was done during the lift up and he did a phenomenal job couldn’t be happier with his service and professionalism

I had a crisis. As I was heading back home to Las Vegas, my lug bolts snapped, and the tire flew off, going 75 MPH on I-15. Freedom Towing safely and securely loaded my trailer onto a flatbed. The trip went well. Despite the inconvenience for me, they were able to resolve my problem. I appreciate their professionalism and down-to-earth nature.

They towed our Tesla from St. George to the dealership in Las Vegas. I like that they do this for the dealership and were very knowledgeable about how to do it since someone could ruin the car towing it improperly. The car wouldn’t even turn on to put it in tow mode.

I use them a while ago and I completely forgot about it until I got a storage unit at extra space and I put it together and I'm like oh wow this is where they're at. Have a great location and great drivers and the most beautiful sunsets outside of there buildings :-) In any event they have a lot of trucks coming and going but they're very respectful of all the regular traffic around them very much appreciated

Excellent heavy duty wrecker service. The ETA was accurate and on time, and the price was very reasonable. I would recommend freedom towing if you need your semi truck or tractor-trailer towed.
It sucks having to call for a tow. But freedom towing was amazing. My lower control arm broke on me and the tow truck driver took his time so he didn’t damage anything else on my Camaro and recommended the best route to make sure my car get home safely. I had the pleasure of meeting Will when my car was totaled after being hit by a drunk driver. I showed up at freedom towing the morning after that horrible event, feeling lower than low...and let me tell ya, as possible as it were to do so, Will sure lifted my spirits. The first good thing to happen to us in a very bad situation was Freedom towing. Our transmission blew up at mile marker 23 in the middle of the canyon… it was 32 degrees, 1 am, and Caleb showed up and got my family into the warm headed cabin of a brand new 2023 truck. He was patient, kind, and very attentive. He got our family to the nearest hotel in St. George and made sure everyone was safe before he left.
The next day our vehicle’s warranty was confirmed and part of the package was supposed to include towing… they wasted 3 hours of our day, called me back and told me they were refunding my money and I would have to find a tow myself.
I called Freedom and Kayel had a truck dispatched to me in 40mins.
Joe arrived on the scene got our vehicle loaded and we began our 100 mile journey to the dealership. Joe made a nearly 2 hr journey feel like 40 mins. Safe driving the whole way, professional, and an absolute master of his craft.
Freedom took care of my family as if we were their family.
