The details of your company need to be further refined. The hours of operation do not reflect your holding lot hours. This is very discouraging especially when I wasn't given the option of calling my own towing company. So the $300 charge can be overlooked but the forced till Monday stay even though it shows 24/7 activity is absolutely absurd. Please do something that reflects your stores actual hours and not just the 24/7 towing service. Thanks.
My truck blew the head gasket while traveling in the area. This was in the middle of the night around 2am. John came out and helped us get to where we needed to go! He is very knowledgeable and friendly! Excellent service!
When I picked up my car, they had blocked out in with other cars and so it took 30-50 minutes just to get my car and then it had a flat, and they claimed that it couldn't have been from their yard even though it definitely was. They're probably great if you just need a tow, but they'll definitely lie and take advantage.
