Auto Tech Towing is awesome! We were traveling from Cedar City to St. George for a medical appointment. As we got off at the Boulvard exit a car rolled down her window to tell us we had a flat. We hadn't felt it at all. We pulled into the closest tire shop with few minutes to spare before our appointment. We were stressed but trying not to take it out on anyone. Because our car is all wheel drive, we needed four new tires, which is not a pleasant unexpected bill. We asked them to only do the one tire so we could get home again and then deal with it there. He told us he couldn't do that, but that he was able to find us some less expensive tires. When we came back later to pick up our car, the owner was gone, but the person who checked us out told us that he sold us the tires at cost. What amazing humans! They have no idea how much we needed their generosity and how much we appreciate it! Thank you! Auto Tech Towing restored my faith in humanity today!
Amazing! Tesla ran out of battery they quoted us a good price but ended up charging us less because the car was easy to load easy to get a hold of and quick to come pick us up!
I don’t normally write reviews, but after today, I couldn’t not recognize the incredible help I received from Aundrea at Auto One. I came in feeling stressed and stuck — AAA had made things unnecessarily difficult regarding a dead battery, and I was completely frustrated. Then Aundrea stepped in.
From the moment she greeted me, Aundrea was kind, patient, and incredibly professional. She didn’t rush me or treat me like just another problem to solve — she listened, explained things clearly, and did everything she could to help me figure out if the battery was under warranty. Even without a receipt or paperwork, she put in the extra effort to check every possible option.
What really stood out was her genuine compassion. In a situation where I felt ignored and dismissed, Aundrea made me feel heard, respected, and cared for. Her calm presence and thorough assistance turned my day around completely.

On a road trip from northern Utah to California and the tire pressure light turns on. We found a gas station to check the air pressure and found that we had a flat tire. Wondering where the nearest tire shop was, I just had to look across the street. The staff was understanding and quickly got us in and out and on our way. They were all very friendly, helpful, efficient, and didn’t try to upsell anything. Thank you so much!
This business is simply incredible! We had to be towed there coming down the mountain from Kolob Reservoir (truck and trailer). They knew we were from out of town and they took such amazing care of us! They are the most honest and dependable people we have ever worked with in the mechanic/towing industry. We were back on the road the following morning. If you are in St. George...we highly recommend them!
We had Greg come help us out all the way out in Enterprise, Utah in a remote area! He was so patient and helpful as we spend 2 hours working with a another friend’s truck to get us unstuck and get onto the actual road where we could actually get it onto the tow. He was also so friendly as he drove the 5 of us back to St. George. Highly recommend their services if you ever find yourself in need of a tow!
We had a difficult time damaging our vehicle while simply pulling out of a gas station but the greatest help was from Auto Tech Towing who came quickly enough to reverse the vehicle out of the drain along Utah State Route 34. It was a discouraging situation but the literal lift from Auto Tech so helped me beyond measure. Thank you!!
AAA Member. I had a small accident with the rental car while on vacation in St. George. In order to get a replacement vehicle with the rental company, we had to have our car towed back to Las Vegas (130 miles). We were incredibly stressed but AAA put out a call to Auto Tech Towing and Ben showed up within 20 min. He was kind, polite, explained our options and was on time to tow our car the following morning and let us sit in the back seat. We couldn't be more thankful, and we were even able to salvage what was left of our vacation. Thank you!

My Van broke down on a sunday night just outside of St. George. AAA dispatched Auto Tech Towing and they were quick and communicated well. They even allowed me to store my Van at their yard because I had to continue traveling up north to Ogden that night. 10/10 Would recommend. Very nice and helpful, they reduced my stress level a ton by being there when needed!
I just wanted to make a review and give a shout out to Travis and Connor because silly me drove through a curb and landed on top of a rock(I’ll add a photo). So, these two guys made sure to really take the time to figure out the best way to get my car unstuck with no damage. It was definitely worth the 95$ service!

Ben was excellent! He towed us on a Saturday night while he was on call. He was prompt, polite and went over and above in several ways. Nice clean truck with great service. Honestly, a lifesaver at that point.
I am an AAA member, so Auto Tech is the local towing company that gets the calls. I think the shifter cable broke on my 2004 Corvette, and Eric took extraordinary care of my car, using specialized equipment and even good old 2x4s to make sure he could get it on the flatbed without any damage. I am very impressed with Auto Tech--Eric tells me his father started the business 40 years ago, and professionalism is definitely an inherited trait. I see other reviewers have been happy with Auto Tech, and that’s not the least bit surprising. I’ve been in Southern Utah for less than a year, and I’m always happy to find local companies who get it. Thanks again, Eric!
OMG!! Zayne is an absolute tow master!! He came to service my car 2x and I thought the 1st experience was great! The 2nd was just now and I couldn't wait to post my praise for him! This was a tight squeeze in between a big van and a towing rack... not much room in front either! I was worried how he was going to get it into such tight squeeze.... by the way... it's 100+ heat right now! Still with a big smile, he says... "no problem!" And I believed him! The way he maneuvered that huge towing truck was masterful.... and when he set my car up in an angle so that it will ROLL and GLIDE into that tight squueze?? My jaws just dropped when he was done!! Wow! Just wow!!! Never leave Zayne!! NEVER LEAVE!!
Tow driver Ben was the best! He not only gave me a tow through AAA, he also diagnosed my truck's problem. A loose screw had fallen from the transmission linkage under the dash. He found the right tool and fixed it on the spot. Can't thank him enough!
