I WISH I COULD GIVE THIS COMPANY A -5 STARS. THEY WRONGFUL TOOK MY CAR OUT OF IT'S ASSIGNED PARKING SPOT ON A SATURDAY. CHARGING ME ALMOST 400.00 TO GET IT BACK. MAKING ME LATE FOR MY JOB AT THE HOSPITAL. JEOPARDIZING PATIENTS SAFETY AND MY LICENSE. I HAVE CALLED AND EMAILED MULTIPLE TIMES WITH NO RESPONSE BACK. THEY ARE NOT TRUST WORTHY AT ALL. THEY HAVE ALSO TOWED VEHICLES FOR BACKING INTO THEIR ASSIGNED PARKING SPOTS. I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM.
Illegal towing. They towed my car straight out of my stall. They claim my plates are expired. When in fact my registration is up to date! I am waiting to receive my stickers. They refused to release my car without payment. My car had no reason to be towed! I shouldn’t have to pay. This is illegal towing.

Sh!ty... my brother called 4 times and no one picked up... now we have to go in the next Monday because they closed early on us...that would add an extra $120 to the total cost
I've had several brief visits with this company and have always felt that they were fair and quick with the work needed. That steep drive way is a pain however..
It was great working with St. George Towing, they were able to come and help me out in littlefield/beaver dam. They arrived within 15 minutes of when i called, even though i could tell they were busy. Loaded up my car quickly, safely, without causing any damage to my car, highly recommend. This towing company is unethical, my daughter's car broke down in AZ. Left car off the exit and Az had it towed by these individuals, when they called for two days were unable to get location of the vehicle. Well needless to say the cost is way up there by the time they were able to get the location of the vehicle. So they decided it was just not worth paying all the fees to get the car out. The lady that answers the phone is very unethical when my granddaughter whom is disabled called her to find out when she could come get the items out of the car, she told my granddaughter that she could not get the items out of the automobile, my granddaughter was very upset. I took it upon myself to contact an atty and the atty assured me that she was breaking the law. The law in every state in America indicates that ' no towing company and or impound yard may keep your personal belongings from you and may not request money before allowing you to retrieve your personal belongings! Maybe someone better inform her of state laws before allowing her to answer such questions. As you know this could become ugly and cause such law suits.
This was the most ignorant egotistical self-centered predatory shop I have ever seen!!! that hag makes her living off of other people's pain and suffering she will pawn all the stuff in your car.... she'll sell it to her Friends for ten cents on the dollar and still not give you your car back stay away at all costs let's help them find another line of work... Greedy, need some customer service training and not very ethical. They charged $40 a day to store a motorcycle and was closed Saturday morning when we contacted them. They said we would have to come back Monday which we did and they still charged us $40 a day for both Saturday, Sunday and Monday although we picked it up early. Just because you can do something by law does not make it right. Don't use them.
We broke down south of St George and a nice DOT man called St George Towing. Glen came to our rescue and was very proficient with his service and most helpful in finding a repair shop who could get us up and running again in jig time. The cost was reasonable, and the service was quick and friendly. We would call St George Towing again in a heartbeat with any emergency road rescue.
