Horrible experience iv been coming here for at least a year and I will not be back I don't know how else to say that there was really inappropriate behavior in the front desk area when I was waiting to check out.... couples should not be working together if they can not be professional.

I used to bring all of my recyclables here in the past, but I don't think I will be anymore. I spent a lot of time cleaning my aluminum and keeping it separate from the dirty. But then because 1 or 2 pieces had some paint on them I was only given the price for dirty. Instead of allowing me to take out the few pieces with paint. Every penny counts and I felt like the worker found it funny to do that to me. I'm sure my business won't be missed.
700 pounds of scrap and only get $150??? Not just the junk scrap either, copper and aluminum, stripped and cleaned. I don't think you guys know what you're doing. We will never be coming back and everyone we talk to will know to never go to you. We will go to Salt Lake City from now on. That was not even worth the time or trip costs!! RIP OFF!
Called with one question, laughed and calmed me names. This place is a joke! Pass this place up and save yourself the embarasement, hassel, and frustration.
Rocky mountain recycling, just up the street, would have given me more for my aluminium than thomas metals. 20% more for clean, and 200% more for the dirty (which had a couple of screws and a couple of rivets that were not aluminum).
