Following a breakdown of our Class A RV in Mesquite, NV, we scheduled an appointment to be towed for repairs in nearby St George, Utah on Wednesday following the Memorial Day weekend when we broke down. James and Spencer from Andrus trucking arrived at their scheduled time and completed a flawless tow on the top of a flatbed truck the forty or so miles we needed to be moved. Both James and Spencer were awesome to work with and very professional. We could not have been happier with this service.
When I asked for their insurance information to file a claim, the gal that answered the phone was rude about it and wouldn’t provide it to me. They caused thousands of dollars of damage to my brand new car and were unwilling to make it right.
Well definitely worst, driver hooks up to the rim to drag when there's clearly 2 eye hook up points on front. Then breaks door handle and won't pay for it. Then the bill was so ridiculous for not even being there for 24hrs and just couple miles away. (Main st. to industrial area)
These guys are the best. I thought I needed a tow so I called them and they were there within five minutes. Turns out a bunch of people helped me get unstuck right as the tow truck got there. Not only were they fast in their response, but they didn’t charge me for the service call even though they made the trip out there. Thanks for being willing to help!
My big rig motorhome locked a wheel and caused the tire to explode. Andrus Towing arrived quickly and was so incredibly friendly. He pulled the wheel off and followed me to the repair shop. Thank you for the incredible service!
Early this morning I was needing a tow 26 miles outside of ivins! The most incredible person came and helped me. He had a bright smile when he showed up at 2:30am and just got right to work! He literally rescued me and my E450 in the middle of the night. I am SO INCREDIBLY grateful!!! I would give 10,000 stars if I could!
This company went above and beyond to help when we were stranded with a 44' 5th wheel. I would recommend them to anyone, very fair price as well. I don't know what we would have done without them.
We had a bulging sidewall of our tire at a campground 40 miles away and Andrus Towing came to the rescue to change our tire for the spare. They came to us through Coachnet roadside service. Excellent service with a smile. Highly recommend.

Super unsafe driver on the 15, almost causing accidents cutting in and out of traffic going way over the speed limit and making people slam on their brakes. I guess causing accidents gets them more business.
My semi truck broke down near by from Andrus Towing, called to see how much it would cost , explained my issue and was given advice to call repair shop that can help on the spot. Not many businesses are willing to help with no incentive anymore so well deserved feedback is due. Thank you!
I suggest this company for at least 2 very good reasons. One, they're accommodating. I had no way of bringing them my car keys and the guy stopped by my house on the way and picked them up. Two, before he picked up my key, there were people that got into an accident and he stopped to help. That's class A in my book. Oh, reason number three, good prices!!
Rental car broke down in Utah (used Turo and not a real car rental company, story for another time) and I had to get back to Las Vegas. James picked up the car and drove me all the way to Vegas. I was talking to him the whole time and he fed me fresh pine nuts. All around great guy and amazing service, surprisingly one of the highlights of my trip.

I don't know how I can possibly write a review that could do justice to the explaining the level of service and gratitude I have for the driver who rescued me from the side of the road after my transmission went out while towing a boat home from Lake Mead. He not only responded quickly, was more than knowledgeable and professional but showed a great deal of care and compassion for not only myself but the rest of my passengers who had chosen to go a different route in an effort to save money. I recommend, endorce and will refer ANYONE who has a need to use the Company and I am forever indebted to the driver who was hands done the best example of what true customer service and professionalism I've ever seen. Drive was very knowledgeable and efficient. Even knew to drop my drive shaft to prevent damage to my truck. Super Happy my roadside assistance hooked me up with this company. Hope I never have problems but if I do I will use Andrus Towing.
Did a great job towing my crashed car off of Bluff St, but that's where the good news ends. I was still in shock trying to get what I needed out of my car, and the guy was really rude (I understand he needed to get it off the road asap, but he could have asked the shaking girl who had just been a crash to wait until after he got it off the road NICELY) then after taking my car he released it to be takin by the insurance company without so much as calling me first. Luckily I got to it just before it and all my stuff inside was sent of to Vegas to be scrapped. My insurance USAA is a blessing and they told me to make sure to give these guys permission to release my car, because they should have needed it before giving away my property!
We'd been on a long motorhome journey and heard that our Houston home had been flooded with over 3ft of water in Hurricane Harvey. We turned around and headed for home but after about 125 miles the motorhome's engine over heated, black smoke belched intermittently from the tailpipe and every now and then a monster knocking was heard. We stopped driving immediately, finding ourselves stuck in the isolated town of Ely, Nevada. The nearest repair facility was in Hurricane, Utah 220 miles away. Our insurance provider CoachNet, sent out Andrus Towing of St. George, Utah. Our tow driver was James, a great and friendly guy. He got us safely to (the aptly named) Hurricane, Utah in record time, the trip was about 3.5 hrs each way. Anyway, vehicle was repaired 3 days later. I suppose that when rains, it sometimes pours, Well, it seems it has for us. We drove approx 80 miles east, pulling over after the bus overheated again. Looking over the motorhome we found oil was leaking all over the engine, the mudflap, even spraying our tow car. I guess that repairs don't always work out as expected. Needless to say, we requested that CoachNet send us James from Andrus Towing again and later that day he dropped us off at the same said repair facility. Errors happen, nothing in life is perfect, it wouldn't be called life otherwise.
Anyway, at this time, we rate James, his employer Andrus Towing and CoachNet as being pretty damn close to perfect. A VERY BIG THANKYOU GUYS!
Hopefully we'll soon be back in Houston for a bit of flood salvage and repair, could be way worse.
