Great "old school" with a modern twist wrecking yard customer service. Instead of just asking for what part I need and confirming or denying inventory this guy listened to my unique problem and helped me solve it. He went to the vehicle I needed parts from and used his camera to verify what I was looking for. I called 10 yards from Ogden to Hurricane and this dude offered the best junk yard services have had in 20 plus years. From now on I will start my search at Ballards.
Says they open at 0800, finally found a door and it was locked, when on their website tells you to fill out paperwork regardless what part you need. Very disappointing

The help you get here is awesome, quick, and efficient. If you don't get to someone right away, be patient, and it will be worth the wait. Keep calling if need be, but usually, you will get an answer. Their prices are unbeatable, and if they don't have what you need, Makay will find it for you. If they had 10 stars to give, I'd definitely give them 10 out of 10.
I was looking for a part for my truck and no one around had what I was looking for. This guy found it in his yard and the price was surprisingly low. The part was in very good condition considering the age. Definitely will go back here if I need something else.
Honest people, hard-working people. I would definitely recommend going to them if you're looking for a part for your car. They're really busy, so sometimes you have to call a few times to reach them.

Unbelievable customer service. Macay stayed after hours to diagnose a problem on my vehicle and ended up not charging me anything for his time. I will never go anywhere else if I need a part for my vehicle. This is by far the best business of its kind. Parts are significantly cheaper than any comparable business around and the customer service is by far the best I've ever experienced. I highly recommend this business.

Ballards is a great place to go when you need parts for your car or truck. The employees are always nice and respectful, if they don't have the parts you need they'll suggest another yard that may have what you need.

When I needed a mirror for my junky car they gave me a good price and then helped me call around to SEE IF THERE WAS A CHEAPER ONE ELSEWHERE!! There wasn't one, they are the best. Then when they gave me the mirror I asked him "how do I put this on" and the guy just did it for me. No charge. They're the best. I told them I would give them a good review literally a year ago and I forgot to until today. I was looking up their business hours because I need their help again. And remembered my promise.
