We stopped here for our 5 year who loves Matt's YouTube & we had the BEST experience! The moment we walked into the store we were greeted by the nicest, most welcoming, and warm attitude I've ever experienced. I ended up having a really great conversation with the younger girl behind the desk (I honestly forgot to ask her name!) for what was probably 45 mins minimum. We were able to do a yard tour (completely free, fyi!) and that was such a fun experience. The crew was not in as it was Saturday, but we got to see Ed! I highly recommend stopping by and getting to experience the yard and the fantastic customer service. We will definitely be back to support Matt and his very obviously great heart, attitude, and mission.
We just stopped by to visit the gift store and we're pleasantly surprised to have a yard visit after our purchase!
The shop was closed (we only wanted to meet Peanut who was sleeping inside) but we saw most of the current vehicles (and a few future rig possibilities)!
The staff in the gift store were very nice.
This was a great stop. Store front a little small. The gals behind the counter were super and very helpfull and answered all our questions. They gave us a tour of the yard where they kept all their towing rigs. We got to meet Matt and Peanut. Hope Matt feels better soon. Will stop next time in the area.
Here from Maine and got to do a tour of the yard. Allie showed us around and was very knowledgeable and friendly. Recommend anyone who is a fan to stop by and visit and by some merch.
Never have used him but his videos are awesome and he is literally some people's last line of help and always pulls through! Hope i dont have to call you guys but if I do i won't have to worry!!
What a trip! Had a chance to tour the yard, was like meeting celebrities! Lady and Peanut coming out to see what’s going on was one of the highlights of my entire trip. E and P were a great vibe, excellent atmosphere from those gals.
Some Matt’s gear and a Dr.P Dirty Soda is all you need! Cheers E
Its not clear on the website but they are open to visitors at the gift shop Monday-Saturday 8-5pm. The gift shop is a small shack with a few items. If you sign a waiver you can go in the yard to see the vehicles. Note: don't be that guy who bothers them. This is their workplace.
The young lady in the store was very helpful. I think her name was Ashley? She took us through the gate to see the Wrecker, Morrvair,and the Banana. Wish we could have met Matt or even Peanut lol. Long time subscribers. We enjoy keeping up with you and your awesome family and team. Bought 2 t-shirts one for me and one for another fan!
Very cool tours provided here of the shop and the yard. Got to see all the rigs in the flesh. Staff are super friendly and welcoming! Such humble individuals! Got to see all the rigs and talk more about new up and comings! Well worth the check in!
Good visit. We got to see Matt, Ed, Rudy and others. Of course you can't talk to them, they're working. But Ally gave is a yard tour, and she was friendly and informative. Big fan!

This was a last minute stop and it was fun. We got to look at the rigs and catch a peek at Ed, Rudy, and Matt. The shop is cool and got to purchase a few things for my office.
I used to do the same thing full time, now it's part time. I like doing this kind of work more then any other job in my life. Matt's is a wonderful towing service, hopefully some day to meet you and all your crew.

While on vacation from northern Wisconsin with the family to visit Zion, Bryce and a few state parks, we took the opportunity to stop in for couple shirts and a hat for my father in law. I believe Michelle offered to give a tour of the yard, she was quite friendly & welcoming. While the team was understandably busy with their necessary daily work, Greg took a few minutes to walk over & chat with us. That was unexpected and really nice. Thank you for providing clean family-friendly entertainment! And thanks for the education you share that helps us all to be safer when we face our own recovery situations.
Was able to get a quick yard tour and see the Banana, wrecker, bombi, eds golden nugget and some other rides in the yard.
The crew was busy filming so not available which is completely understandable.
We picked up a t-shirt and had a quick chat with the host.
Stopped in to see Matt's Off Road Recovery and pick up a t-shirt and some stickers. Michelle was great when we got there...such a nice person! She took us into the tow yard to see the tow vehicles. While we were there, the entire crew came out to grab one of the vehicles and roll it into the shop. Matt came over to ask where everyone was from and shook everyone's hand. Such a down to earth man! It was a great start to the day! If you are ever in town and love Matt's Off Road Recovery, do yourself a favor and stop in... you won't be sorry!
awesome! my only complaint was that it was a little hard to find the guest area/gift shop. however that wasn't really their fault, that was on Google. we got a tour and got to see all the cars! neat experience :)
Very nice visit. Got to see Jeffe and all the vehicles. Were we allowed a tour of the lot. They were recording a video on the Banana in the shop so we didn’t get to meet most of the crew.

Jefe answered any questions we had. We were able to take photos with the Morr-vair and Banana.
Maxx, Lady, and Peanut were super sweet. Peanut even licked me.
Ed was very kind and gave the boys fist bumps.
If you follow the Matt's Off-road Recovery channel then you know the people are awesome. I didn't get to go inside because they were filming but I got to see all of the iconic vehicles. I got a lot tour from Greg, good guy, even if he is an old soldier. Take the time to drop in and say Hi. Show your support and grab a t-shirt, a Matt's Recovery Rope, a hat or anything of the other cool stuff available.
Big Fans so we had to stop on the way through! We were greeted at the merch shop by a young guy who then took us for a tour of the place. It was great! We met Ed and had a chat with him for a bit while everyone else was working on loading out their old trailer. If you watch the YouTube videos then you have to stop in!
Went to visit the shop got to meet Ed. Ed greeted us at the gate and invited us in. He was so friendly. There was a teenager working there too very nice kid.
We bought some swag and had a good time.
Haven't needed their services yet but I'm sure someday we will in our jeep lol
