Always love how everything just seems to flow, everyone at the counter is always happy to answer my questions and are always polite . Just love how organized the lot is. And LOVE THEY PUT VINS ON THE WEBSITE, so I can look ahead before going in.

Very helpful staff. They have a very clean yard. Easy to get around and find what you are looking for. Ethan was very polite and helpful. Thank you.

Clean junkyard. Cars, and trucks are accurately listed in their computers. Good variety.

Springville location was rude disingenuous and angry over the phone when asked a simple question the lady hung up one before I was even done inquiring as to if It was worth driving 26 miles for the part unperfesional rude I'll get my parts elsewhere thank you

10/10, staff was super nice and facilities were clean, easy equipment, made easy quick and simple!!!

Not sure what happened to this place. Somehow they will find a way to drastically run up your costs to the point where new makes sense. Staff at the front don’t know their own rules, make things up on the spot, and would rather see business walk out the door forever than to admit they were wrong. Takes a little longer, but Orem and SLC yards are still good in Utah. Bring back LKQ!

One of the best yards I've been to! They are fast, helpful and their yard has a great turn over and clean pathways!

Great place! Had two limited cars that I needed. People were very helpful!
Sep 07, 2025 -
Be careful !! They charge the entrance and a 45 days guarantee on top of their prices. Some items are more expensive than the new parts on Amazon

Absolutely fantastic, everyone working up front was very professional and friendly!

They recycle all the tire rims. The website search only listed rims in Riverside CA, but doesn’t to mention they don’t have any at this location. It would have been nice to not make the drive out

This is a great option to get parts off of disabled vehicles to replace discontinued parts for your vehicle if they have a similar vehicle for YOU to pull the parts off of. YOU have to disassemble the parts you need before you buy them.

Sold my Fiat 500 to them that had some repairs required that made it not worth keeping the car. Nice to have an option close by that I can use to retire older vehicles when they aren't worth repairing. Hopefully it can give to someone else that is looking for parts to repair their Fiat 500.

I want to share my experience about this place. First of all, the people who take payments here have no idea about their own rules. One person lets you in with certain tools, another doesn’t. Second, they go through your backpack without asking, putting their filthy hands in there. They should at least ask before touching someone’s personal belongings. A backpack is private. The maximum I can do is open it and show the pockets myself, but they have no right to dig inside. Third, they don’t even know what they have in stock. When you come in and ask for a transmission for a specific car, they say they have it, but in reality they don’t, and you end up paying the stupid $3 entrance fee and leaving with nothing. I will not come back to this ridiculous place and I do not recommend it to anyone.

Great place to take your money running vehicle and sell.... I got almost $500 for my Cadillac a few yrs ago and the last vehicle I brought there paid me $380 about a month ago... Also a great place to find parts for other vehicles you might be working on.... Just don't forget to bring your own tools to get the parts you need... So you can pull them off and save money just like their store name says.... Definatly a good place to go and I will definitely be back!

I was looking for a window regulator. I called pick and pull looking for the part. I was told it was 30 dollars. Then I drove to the place 20 miles and I took it apart from the vehicle at 100 degrees weather, when I fished I went to the register and I was told the part was 62 plus core and 3 dollars I paid to get in . What that heck??!!. After all traveling and work??!! Part brand new was 73 dollar. Someone explained this to me please for my own mental well-being.

Went in and grabbed and fender and some doors. Really easy to gain access and there's helpful staff to help with any questions you might have!

Looked at their website at prices for the parts we needed. Parts we have bought elsewhere prior. The cost on their website was high but we really needed them. So we went to get them. Just wanted to warn the public that this place is a scam. They nickle and dime you until you can't see straight. They tack on a fee for this, and a fee for that so you, the person who pulled the parts out, are paying almost the price for new parts. They pull the scam artist trick of "there's a charge for all these things", but don't disclose that they are optional fees. They pick and choose what tools you are allowed to use. This was a whole different experience than anywhere else. I don't recommend this place.

If you are ever trying to sell a car to them try and avoid a guy named Fredy, I understand it’s a business but offering $100 for a car is ridiculous, a lot of your parts are priced higher than new which makes no sense to low ball people when buying cars

Everyone here was very helpful and I found so much of what I need. I love coming here for the convenience of location, organization, and prices of everything. Good junkyard if you'e got a common car. The list of where all the vehicles I asked for was great.

It's good ,organized and easy to find the vehicle you're searching for ,but just like any other salvage yard it's hit and miss if the parts you are looking for are on the vehicle

A lot that isn't overwhelmingly large, but has a variety. I have a Volvo and they had two of my cars there, plus I was able to get my obscure parts while at it! Good front desk staff as well!

They have quite a large selection of vehicles. This was the 2nd place I went to looking for parts for my car. I would have to say their prices are higher than other places. Their trade-in prices are a bit low IMO too. It is well organized and easy to find the car you are looking for. They do offer a warranty for an extra fee in case the part doesn’t work or to return it. FYI, there is a $2 entrance fee.

I hadn’t investigated the Springville yard for last couple years since opened because I was just visiting my usual places. But this past week on my first trip I bought tons of later model parts for all my cars and my kids’ cars (10-25 year old cars instead of 20+ at other pick your own). I also bought one of their running vehicles that first week for a kid but fell in love with it so it’s now become my own little project car. I also sold them the one I was replacing with it and feel like I got a great price. And the best thing is how clean and how organized they really are. On a 50% off sales day we just whipped right through paying for parts and every step of yard scrounging. I love going scrounging junk yards regularly and have forced my kids and a couple times my wife to go with me. But this Springville yard is actually super fun and we’ll organized. One of my sons came with me on this past Saturday sales trip and he was grinning when we were done and told my wife that I had found all kinds of “shiny” things that I was so excited about.

Well organized and well kept yard, plenty of room to work. Friendly staff. It is quick to be able to kind the cars that match to see if the part you need is there which is great for convenience. Only negative is pricing and pricing is a big factor with used parts. Hence they are not my favorite yard but probably number 2 which still is not bad. If you are going for major items like engine or transmission honesty their pricing if fair but beware they have 2 prices for everything, with or with out a warranty and by default they will quote you a price with a warranty. And nearly everything has a "core charge" Personally I don't need a warranty, if it's wrong part etc the labor and time is the biggest loss. Wish they did there 50% off days more. Also good place for tires. Over all I'm sure glad they are there.

Not bad at all. We use most of the yards in salt lake but since we were near this yard we decided to give it a go. As much as we love the west valley location, this one is much more clean and organized. Then again, it is new. I found a few things I needed. Checkout was breezy. I can’t make this my go to yard but for sure will come with a list of things needed if I ever have to drive out this far.
