Not but a few days ago, a gosh darn miracle occured. I was saved by "my little angel". That little angel came in the form of Dallin from Judd's towing and recovery service. I know, we may all have those mixed feelings about towing companies, getting booted or towed during a jazz game, but remember that day will come. It comes for us all when we're going to be grateful for a good tow, and today was that day, and 8 pounds 6 oz baby Jesus sent from his legion of angels my little angel ,Dylan from Judd's towing and recovery service. Here's the story. Fortunately, and unfortunately, there was a major wreck on i15 in Provo that made me slow down to a stop. And then when I finally crept forward when traffic was moving, there was a huge kerthunk, my Van dropped, and my front tire fell off and rolled away. There I was in the middle lane of the freeway. Semis flying by, I'm on 3 tires. I'm in a kerfuffle. So I say, a quick little prayer to 8 pound 6 oz baby Jesus, and I shittle you not , but 15 seconds hasn't gone by, and I look in my rear view mirror as I'm fumbling through my work Van, trying to find tools to see if I can get a tire back on and they're behind me, are a bunch of angelic twinkling lights. Is it an angel by Golly? Yes, it is that angel has come down from Judds towing and recovery service. He pops out there on that freeway semis swirving around us runs up to my door looks at my front tire, he sees the problem. He's no dummy. This boy knows how to get shittle done. He's like, let's get you off this freeway right now. And with his angelic, wings and magical hands, my dead work van was on the tow truck and dropped off at tire shop and less than a half hour. And then after I paid him for the tow, I asked him for his Venmo. So that I could give him a tip, and my little angel wouldn't even take a tip, but I promise you this as sure as there's an 8 pound 6 oz baby Jesus. I will find some way to say my prayers and count my blessings. So andy dont be a deusch and give your little towing angels a hug and a atta boy. My son’s jeep got stuck off road and we had it towed from Hobble Creek Canyon to Mapleton. We paid over 600.00. Yes-they had the keys and it was drivable. It was great service, but I feel like we got overcharged. If the price wasn’t so high I would have given it 5 stars.

Judd's towing, and more specifically Dallon, have towed two vehicles for us this month. Dallon is friendly and professional. Both times were stressful, as you can imagine, and Dallon's friendliness helped ease the situations. Then, when we needed to get additional photo's of one vehicle for insurance, the owner met us after hours and let us in to take the photo's needed. I highly recommend Judd's. I am hopeful that we will not need their services again in the near future, but if we do, they will be our first call.
My daughter was in a car accident yesterday. Her truck bumper was pushed down to where it was rubbing on the tire, so we couldn't drive it. When Dallin/Dylan came to tow the vehicle, he saw that the bumper just needed to be pulled away from the tire. Rather than towing it anyway, he used his equipment to pull the bumper to the point where we could drive the truck without it impeding the tire. He was so kind and would only accept a drink for the gas station as payment.

Friendly, timely and took great care of my car for a very reasonable price. Dropped it off at a mechanic when I couldn't drive it there myself and made sure my keys were safely passed along to the shop staff. If you're within their service area and for whatever unfortunate reason you need a tow, I highly recommend them.

Judds towing is amazing. They responded immediately and also worked with the mechanics schedule to drop the tuck off at the time that worked with the mechanics schedule to put it right on his lift. Great service and very impressed with their service. Highly recommend them and price was very fair.
They were amazing and so knowledgeable! We thought we blew are transmission but he knew exactly what was wrong with our truck helped us fix the problem. Very honest and reputable!! 100% recommend them.

We operate a storage facility in Utah county. Dallon has been to our site several times to drop off or pick up vehicles for some of our customers. Man he's good! He is always very professional, efficient, and personable. I would recommend Judd's towing anytime!
When a ball joint failed on my wife’s car, the passenger-side wheel turned sharply inward and locked up. Of course I called the highest-rated tower in town, Judd’s. Dillon (or Dallon?) was gracious enough to give me a firm quote of $200 "with no surprises". About 1–2 hours later he arrived and got to work. As I came out to meet him, he had already removed the wheel to minimize further damage. Ang the first thing he informed me was that they are not responsible for further damage.
OK… fair… enough? What choice do I have… I guess?
I admit I was that annoying, hovering customer watching to make sure nothing went awry. Dallon was friendly and patient with my hovering… but friendliness doesn’t always mean professionalism—as I was about to learn.
With the brake rotor supporting the weight of the car, and our brand-new catalytic converter just inches from the pavement, he began winching the car toward his truck. The car moved, but the rotor did not, causing the upright/steering knuckle to drift farther and farther from its proper location. I tried to trust. But before too long, I couldn’t. I shouted for him to stop, and we re-assessed what was happening. He seemed mildly concerned about scraping the cat, but resigned to the idea that “some further damage just has to happen” in situations like this. “It’s a lose-lose situation, unfortunately.”
That didn’t feel right. I said, “Look, I’m kind of stupid, so what do I know… but isn’t there maybe some kind of wheels we can attach to support the rotor so it moves WITH the car?” He assured me there was not, and that he’s been doing this for 10 years.
He shifted some wooden blocks and jacked the car up again so the upright could become upright again. But as he started the winch, the same thing happened.
I asked, “OK, so maybe we keep jacking and moving—say one foot at a time—so the front bumper doesn’t rip off and the brake line doesn’t snap.” He told me that would take too long and he’d have to charge more for the extra time. He did not pursue that course.
He started dragging the car again. As the bumper began to separate and the brake line was reaching its limit, I (annoyingly, I’m sure) yelled again, “STOP!” Something about all this just felt wrong. Unacceptable.
I asked, “Maybe we can tie the rotor to the control arm to keep it in place, so we only scrape the rotor, and nothing else gets damaged?”
“I suppose we can,” he said. “Have you got some rope?”
I was a little taken aback that a tow truck doesn’t have straps, ropes, chains… something for unusual cases.
I found my rope, and Dallon—bless his heart—tried several different ways to tie it. Finally secure, he dragged the car onto the truck, leaving a huge gash in the pavement. He informed me it would now be $50 more than agreed (for extra time). Over a barrel I paid, thanked him, and he was on his way.
Later that evening I got to thinking, “DANG! If nothing exists to help in these situations, I’ll invent a little wheel dolly and save thousands of people millions of dollars of unnecessary repair work!” A quick conversation with ChatGPT and a Google search showed not one but several standard tools for this exact problem—wheel dollies, GoJaks, suspension slings—that keep the car lifted or stabilized so you don’t drag the rotor or shove weight into the bumper.
Look, I can see that Judd’s has the best reputation in town, but if Dallon has been doing this for 10 years, Judd’s might consider training their drivers to have proper equipment and use it. I’m miffed that he either didn’t know, didn’t have them on his truck, or simply wanted to move quickly to the next paycheck—shielded by the “we’re not responsible” warning delivered on arrival.
I can't imagine how much more the repair work would have cost if I wasn't there the entire time advocating for the car.
If I could give more stars I would.. The communication, service and respect for us and our truck was incredible! The tech Dallin was awesome to work with us and make sure we felt comfortable with everything going on. Will definitely recommend him and the Judd's/Cleggs team for anything else I need.
I recently had the pleasure of receiving outstanding service from Judge Towing when my work truck ball bearing went out in Salem ,ut Despite the short notice and holiday weekend, Dylan promptly arrived on the scene, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction. His willingness to exceed expectations and excellent attitude earned him a well-deserved five-star rating in my book.
My 1939 Ford deluxe coupe had quit on me on Spanish Fork Main Street once I got it off the road my cousin that runs Earl’s Customs shop told me to call Judd’s. Had to wait for a little bit as they were busy, which I understand once they showed up they got a call and had to respond to that call, which I totally understand so the driver knew of my cousin knew where his shop was. I handed him the keys in a couple hours later they gave me a call said it was delivered paid for over the phone Not a scratch on the car. What a wonderful job I will continue using them in the future.
Dallon at Judd's has bailed me out twice now. Yesterday, I idiotically got my van stuck and high centered trying to get off a paved pedestrian trail after a bit of a "I was following Google Maps" adventure. After completely blowing away everything under the tires, there was no hope of getting out without damaging the thing worse than we already did, even with 3 strapping men pushing and hauling up on the back.
To add insult to injury, the first tow company I tried to call because it was right down the road and I assumed could arrive quickly, bailed on the job after an hour of waffling and requesting a crazy amount of pictures and information. I won't name them, but I don't think it should take an hour to decide that you aren't going to do a job.
So after that debacle, I decided to do what I SHOULD have done from the beginning, and call Judd's. I knew I should have, and it turns out I was right. Dallon got the details, and was able to head right over (as he did the previous time I have used their services).
He navigated the difficult path to where we were. The whole scenario had me worried, as I couldn't see how it was all going to work. Well, Dallon made a quick assessment with an expert's eye, and masterfully used the ramp and winch to lift the front of the van and pull it up onto the bed, and then safely deposited it in front of our house, with very little damage other than to my pride.
The price of service has been quite fair both times we called. Service has been fast, and Dallon is a wrecker gigachad. On top of that, he is really nice. Next time, I'm just going to make sure to call them first, no question.
Dallon was amazing! Great communication and pricing! Absolute best customer service I've received.. he helped tow my broken can am defender with no trouble. Even with a broken tire rod he got it up in the truck and down into my garage with no trouble. Highly recommend Dallon for an side by side needs and auto needs.
Judd's Towing did an absolutely fantastic job towing my husband's truck on Thursday when he hit black ice after merging from Highway-6 onto I-15 in Spanish Fork at about 6:15am. There were 4 cars total (including my husband's truck) that all hit black ice and spun out in that exact same spot on I-15.
I called Judd's and they arrived within 30-45 minutes, on what had to be one massively busy morning for them in Spanish Fork! The driver had only been with the company for a couple of weeks but was able to load my husband's truck faster than the 2 other vehicles that had to be towed, and their tow trucks showed up before the Judd's driver. The Judd's driver was also able to load my husband's truck without damaging it any further. Once we reached their storage lot the driver gave us very clear and concise directions on what our next steps were to keep moving through the process of getting my husband's truck repaired. He also gave my husband as much time as he wanted/needed to clean out the belongings that he'd need immediately and told us that we would be given access to our truck to retrieve any other belongings we may decide we need at any time during business hours. I would definitely recommend Judd's Towing to anyone that may find themselves in need of a tow! Way to go Judd's!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I do however believe that @UDOT should have done more work on that stretch of I-15 that they know freezes like that at least once every season!!! I know they are trying their best, but according to other drivers that my husband works with and who also drove through that area, the roads everywhere else were just fine, but that spot was a solid sheet of black ice all the way from the right (slow lane) to the left (fast lane).
Judd’s towing is THE BEST! Dallon saved me. Snow stuck car, up a canyon, little to no service, getting dark.
I contacted other 5 closer local tow companies before calling Judd’s. Other companies were nice but couldn’t do 4 wheel rescue, not enough tow trucks, couldn’t come in evening, need to wait til tomorrow, but not Dallon @ Judd’s.
He was friendly, understanding and efficient. He had me send a pin of where I was stuck and a photo to know how to best rescue me. Responded quickly and the actual tow was gentle on my vehicle. Two huge thumbs up. Make your first call Judd’s and ask for Dallon.
Hi Everyone, so my trucks engine went out of it clear down near Hanksville UT. I am in the Salt Lake area, so this is a good 4 hours away. I reached out to like 4 or 5 tow truck places and all of them were super pricey, like 1400 bucks to go get this mammoth truck of mine. I called Judd, he was super friendly, very nice, ultra honest and he had my truck back to my house at noon the next day, Meaning he must have left his place at 430 am or so. Anyway, the service was awesome, he saved us a ton of money and most of all tons of headache.
Use this guy, he is honest as Abe Lincoln. SERIOUSLY The pics are from pick up to drop off right in my drive way.
