I went to another auto parts store (different company) down the street and received very poor help and service When walking in Jesus, the assistant manager was friendly, helpful, and got me in and out in five minutes. I will always choose O’Reillys over AutoZone from here on out Thank you again, Jesus!

Jon is so polite! Very helpful and knowledgeable and gave me some great advice to help take care of my car and avoid a lot of headaches. Go here!!! Ignore the autozone across the street, the employees there are no where near as friendly and look just miserable. The employees at oreilys always show amazing customer service!

Jay and Jesus were amazing. My car battery was dead, and we needed a new one STAT. But my car is a 2020 Nissan, and they make them hard to repair so that you have to spend lots at the dealership. Very frustrating. But Jay and Jesus went 10 extra miles and, with my husband’s help, installed the new battery. They spent over 90 mins helping us. I was beyond impressed. We WILL be back in the future for any car needs that may arise!

Quick, knowledgeable, friendly service! As a girl in my 20’s that knows nothing about cars, I’m always scared to go to places like this. Jesus identified I need a new battery, put a new one in for me, and also saw I needed a new lightbulb and fixed it there for me on the spot. Came in on a Saturday afternoon and got all my needs taken care of and was in and out super fast. Highly recommend if you need parts or even if you just need some help!

JAY is knowledgeable and desires to be exceptionally helpful. I asked some specific questions about fuel additives that contain PEA... Chevron tech, Redline, and Royal Purple. Jay gave me some great pointers. Thank you, Jay‼️

Jon was absolutely amazing. I came in to get the codes checked on my car and he was able to get them checked and diagnosed and even drew me a diagram of what the issue is explaining exactly whats wrong and how it could be fixed. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING SERVICE.

I never give 5 star reviews on Google. But there is a very special employee/ambassador that O'Reilly has that went out of his way to truly make this a 5 star experience. I came in with serious battery issues. Jay not only tested my battery, but showed me what the problem was and spent quite a while helping me fix the problem. He got me back on the road with minimal costs. I can't thank him enough. O'Reilly, you need to give that man a raise 🙌 👏 🙏.

My boyfriend and I came into this location after 9pm hoping that we could get the parts we needed before they closed and before I had work the next morning. We called ahead and Jesus (de la Cruz) said that he had the parts, but upon arrival said he made a mistake and he didn’t have the parts but that the Orem location did. This man told us that he would drive all the way to the Orem location and back to get us the parts we needed. He could’ve just told us that it’s not his problem but he didn’t. Amazing customer service, he needs to be top dollar.

I bought some new wiper blades at the Lehi O’Reilly store and brought them home for my husband to put on and he said they usually do that for you so we went to the PG store and Jay was so nice. He came outside and put them on for us and he was so friendly. I highly recommend the PG store for the nice employees.

Dianna, answered and hung up. After I asked a question. I called back she answered again, I asked the same question as before. about a part I need. She put me on hold and someone else got on the phone after a few minutes of waiting. and said she passed the phone off to help another customer. I hope they figure something else out for her to do. I'll be taking my business elsewhere, for the meantime.

They had the headlight correct part at the counter before I walked in. I guess they saw me fiddling with the headlight knew they male and model and yeat and had it ready for me as I entered. Remarkable service and Eben gave me a rubber glove to install it as not to ruin the new bulb. Thanks everyone! John

Staff was super helpful pointing me in the right direction for headlight replacements. They pretty much have everything you will need for parts. I have gone here for wiper replacements as well and they had what I needed. If you need a part for a truck or car go here.

I needed to get lug nuts for my jeep. Had to replace all twenty of them. I encountered Jay at the AF store. He was friendly and courteous. Helped me find the lug nuts. He said they only had 9 in-stock. He helped me find the other 11 at the Pleasant Grove Store. Went to the PG store. Talked with Laurel. And she helped me finalize this purchase. Very Friendly and courteous. But this is not the end. I took the lug-nuts and my car to my mechanic to have them replace these. It was found that I had purchased the wrong lugs. My fault. I went back to the AF store to make an exchange. Brandon helped me sort this out. But like before, they didn't have the total number of lugs I needed. But did call the PG store. And I was able to get the remainder lug nuts I needed. Both stores were clean and neat. Very customer oriented. I would recommend taking your business to them. Great.

I came in last night with a bad alternator Abe was awesome and helped me remove the pulley and put it on the new one. Super cool just jumped on it to help great service!

It is so hard to find great customer service now a days. Jess and Jeremy at this location understand great customer service and going above and beyond to make sure their customers are taken care of. I really appreciate them and they have created a customer for life.

Jay was super helpful during a very stressful time. When he saw that he didn't have what I needed, he recommended other shops I could go to, and helped me find another O'Reilly's that had it in stock and made sure I had them visually confirm it was there before I drove all the way over there.

I arrived to the store at 9: 30, no other customers were there at the time and no customer service Representatives we're visible. When another O'Reilly's service person arrived a gal with colored hair, pink or purple came out to help him while I stood there waiting. They went to the back, and didn't come back out in the meantime another customer came in the door and a gentleman came from the parts area and assisted him while I still stood there. After 10 minutes I left the store and went to AutoZone down the street. I was helped immediately, was in and out of the store within 3 minutes with my parts. I am not very happy with the lack of service this morning!!!!

My car would randomly not start. I came in to have my battery cells checked and they were fine but Rick figured out what the problem was, grabbed the parts and fixed it. I thought I'd have to drop my car off at a repair shop for the day. PG O'Reilly has always been super helpful! I wont go anywhere else!

Wonderful employees! Needed help putting in headlights and they had no problem helping. American Fork O'Reilly said they couldn't help which has never been the case at any O'Reilly store I'd been to in any state I've been to.

I needed a new part for my Nissan Xterra. Billy was helping me. He took the time to help me find the correct part for my Xterra and was very helpful with assisting me with tools and information. If more companies had customer service like I received from Billy, I would be a customer for life. Thanks again for you help Billy.

When particular employee is truly excellent at his job, someone should say so. I've always had a fantastic experience with the representative named Kaegan. He is very intuitive about what you need, makes a great effort to look up additional content, and is quick to set things aside in order to make your shopping experience even faster when you come in. Management found a great representative for their company. My family doesn't use auto zone at all since we know Kaegan will find (or order) our items.

I went in to grab an air filter on a Saturday morning and I had my son with me, who is autistic and very difficult to manage. I stood in line for 10 minutes holding my son, waiting for the guy to check out the person in front of me. While he was checking the guy out, he answered the phone three separate times to assist the callers with their orders. He helped those customers from start to finish. By then two more customers had come in and we all were sharing looks as the guy answered the fourth phone call. At that point my son was screaming and I just left in frustration. 👎

I recently moved to Lindon from NC. During our first snow storm, I could not get up the mountain with my two-wheel drive Highlander. From the minute I walked into purchase chains, Justin was extremely helpful and even went out in the snow and cold to teach me how to put the chains on...twice! Thank you so much Justin. Your service to me was invaluable, and your smile put me at ease.
