Walked into Watts for my first truck buying experience in 18 years. Hunter is a genuine guy and made the entire experience feel like I was buying a vehicle from an old friend. We purchased an F-150 and chose to have all our service work done at Watts. The buying process was smooth, and having the ability to call Dustin, the service manager, with questions has been incredibly helpful. He has saved us thousands by recommending only the necessary work—unlike another dealership that insisted our brakes required immediate replacement. We’ve continued driving for over six months without any issues. The only downside is that there’s only one Watts location, and it’s a bit of a drive for us when service is needed—but it’s absolutely worth it.
Most wonderful experience buying a truck! The salesman was very helpful and upfront about the vehicle. Answered questions and took care of any concerns I had. Did not feel like they were trying to pressure me or hide anything. Would highly recommend them.

My experience with Watts was fantastic! I’ll admit I wasn’t sure what to expect at first, but I was pleasantly surprised from start to finish. From the initial call to signing the papers, Blain was friendly, helpful, and made the whole process easy. There was absolutely no pressure at any point, which I really appreciated. I had a great experience buying. The guy was super helpful, patient, and got everything worked out so I could buy this beautiful truck from them. No issues there. My issues have been the truck itself. The first 50 miles we drove it, the check engine light came on. Watts was great about helping my with that. BUT now every month the light is on with some issue. I bought it the end of April 2025. And so far have done nothing but dump money into it. Beautiful truck shitty experience.

This was my first time buying from Watts. I worked with Hunter and he was was great to work with. There was no pressure to buy and he was really receptive to our needs. Bought a beautiful truck and overall happy with the purchase. However, the final price ended up being $5K over what was listed in their ad. They did help a bit on the trade, which was appreciated, but I still feel they should have honored the advertised price. Transparency matters.

Easiest and best truck purchase I’ve ever went through. AC compressor went out a week after I got the truck and they took care of it for me and also services and emission tested it. Colby & watts will get my business for every vehicle need for the foreseeable future!
