Called them and asked if they had a thermostat housing gasket for the truck I was working on. They said they had it in stock so I asked to make sure the gasket needed was 2.260 inches in diameter. They said it was so I drove out to their store only to find out, it was in fact not the right size and they lied about verifying the size so I had to drive to SLC to get the correct one from O'Reilly auto parts who did verify its size before I drove in.
These guys are pretty incompetent. The manager lady took apart an old lady's headlight for no reason and couldn't put it back together. All they had to do was turn the light bulb out and put the new one in. Instead they took apart the bracket that holds the bulb and then told the old lady "oh well, we don't know what we're doing". Then they sent her to grease monkey and expect her to pay to get it fixed. Don't let these guys touch your vehicle, they have no idea what they are doing. The fact the manager doesn't even know how to change a light bulb says a lot about this place.
Had a great experience at this location. The manager Bobby was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I needed new bulbs for my headlights and had no idea how to install them he installed them for me! Great customer service
Ordered on line waited 1 hour nothing saying anything was ready. Went in. Lady got upset I came in without it being ready (filter, cap, and oil). Told her sorry thought this would be faster but apparently not. Was getting helped by the rude lady who then took a phone call from someone she knew and left for 10 minutes came back said sorry employee needed quick p/a. So unprofessional. Get better employees auto zone.
Usually I don’t write bad reviews and am pretty generous when it comes to reviews as well. But the fact that my wife stopped by to grab wiper blades for one of our other cars and they “had to have the car here” was rather interesting to me as wiper blades are rather easy to look at and know which adapters if any you need. I even sent this photo to my wife to help the associate out. Is this just me, or does this seem unnecessary to drive every single vehicle to the store just for wiper blades?
I first went to Grease Monkey where I’ve gone since living here and was treated with disrespect, unresponsiveness, and excuses. Yes it was 7 minutes prior to them closing but still cars being worked on in the dock area. I remembered there was a new Auto Zone pretty much less than a minute away so drove over. Jocelyne was more than fabulous she was calm, knowledgeable, helpful, and understanding. Hayden was also working & was super nice. I want Auto Zone Management to know how much I appreciate Jocelyne and that if she’s not a manager she needs a raise. She came out, looked at it went back in grabbed some tools & it literally took her 1 minute to fix it.( would have taken her less time but she needed some tools) so I give her more credit for that. All it needed was the screw tightened which I had told her I had watched a YouTube video that the Gentleman had the same problem. She tightened the screw and my wipers are working like a charm. I asked if I could pay she said no, Hayden said they couldn’t take tips because I wanted to thank them both some way so he said a review would be amazing. Before I left the parking lot this review was written because they went above and beyond, especially being my first time at that location. They were both so friendly & Jocelyne your working in a man’s area( which I love) and I’m pretty sure knows more than most men & is kind to another woman. I can’t thank her enough. I had one thing after another happen today so to end my day with Jocelyne helped change it around for the better. She is so professional, kind, caring and I will come back here now for all my needs with my car that Auto Zone can assist with. Jocelyne keep be amazing because you are who I will ask for the next time I’m in. Hayden thanks for holding down the inside while Jocelyne helped me. You both truly showed kindness today and I truly needed it. Thank you SO much!! I’ll be telling everyone I know about your great customer service! Thank you again SO MUCH!

This location was perfect for us to be able get our truck back on the highway to finish our trip. Not only because they had the parts in stock and at a great price, but because Brooklynn totally saved the day! She was super helpful and went way above and beyond to make sure we were good to go! 🤘 10/10 recommend this location!
We stopped at AutoZone to just see if we could get the refrigerant levels looked at. Hayden came out to help and even though the refrigerant was fine he also looked at a few other things trying to help us find our issue. It was nice to have friendly service going beyond our original question!
Hayden at the store was great. I came in for a small hardware issues on the front of my truck and I didn't have the correct tools to get it fixed out in the parking lot. He came out and went through the trunk of his car and helped me out with what he could. I was able to get everything fixed before I left. For only a $10 purchase, outstanding customer service!
Hayden S. From Autozone in Standsberry went up and out of his way by bringing me a oil filter cause gaven wrong one ar first. Found out system told him wrong one. Went back store and found out the system was not correct. Found a mistake might have saved people in future a lot if problems. Because of him never shop any were else but Autozone.
Mark was wonderful in assisting us with our battery and fuse issues. The staff here has always been friendly and helpful. We are delighted they opened this store in Stansbury Park. Thank you!
I’ve been a loyal customer to autozone for the past 5 years, never differing, soon as I walked in they told me they couldn’t help me with a receipt less return, I’ve done it plenty of times before, but for some reason they refused, questioned my integrity, I was really hoping after moving out here I’d have some good autozones to go to, but I guess I’ll have to go to oreillys

Great help! I didn’t know what was wrong with my car so I brought it in and Mark helped me with the whole process. We tested the battery and found it was the problem and he replaced the whole thing for me. I would definitely recommend coming here if you need help and good advice for your car.
I had two gentlemen at this AutoZone help me out quite a bit yesterday I was stranded on my way to work and they did everything they could to get my battery in my alternator and I really appreciate them. I recommend these guys to anyone .
Went to go get a battery right before they were about to close and the associate and manager helped me install it. even though they were past their closing time. Rare to find service like this nowadays. Above and beyond service. Will be going back if I need anything in the future.
