Mr. Jeff White (store Owner) opened the store on a Sunday evening (,on his day off!!) to personally assist us travelers in providing parts and his own personal time to get us back on the road. Thank you Jeff White... you're an amazing person!!!

Website says they are open. We managed to limp our car to the store, only to find they were closed.

Hadley was a young gentleman who did excellent customer service. We had an issue on a boat trailer we were hauling and the customer service he did was beyond exceptional. Great job!

Small town store, run by an owner operator. He's great to work with and I always leave their happy that I went there to get whatever I needed. They seem to have everything. Even a new chain for my four wheeler.

If they don't have it, they can order it pretty quick. Prices are competitive with Salt Lake parts stores, so it saves the drive. Friendly, helpful service.

Raised in the south where I was taught "If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything!". That being said, I'll leave it at that. Out of town tourist that needed some small rivits and walked out of this place to NEVER return.

This is one of the best auto parts places I have ever been to. The owner was super helpful and very friendly. He ordered some unique parts for me and had them first thing the next morning. He even gave me tips on some of the issues I was having with my vehicle to help me troubleshoot. It's good old fashioned customer service at it's finest. Great place!

I will never go back. I ordered a part. Just one because I only needed one. Jeff ordered two. When I went to pick it up he put two on the counter. I said I only ordered one. I asked if he would sell me the one. He got all belligerent and said I ordered two..i paid the additional $80.00 and left with two parts. One of which I'll never use except to justify this review.. Need a part. Drive to SLC, Ogden. Evanston or order from the web. Learn from his error and my experience. Go someplace else.

Not many Auto parts stores out there that offer the quality of customer service that the coalville NAPA offers. Specifically, the owner Jeff is one of the most outstanding selfless guys left that you will run into these days. After a long day of boating on the lake i was about to get on the freeway and head home and in noticed i had a funny looking trailer tire. The wheel bearing was completely shot and the wheel was barely hanging on to the axle. I stopped by the only tire shop in town and they were completely useless, telling me they didn't do wheel bearings there and to look at towing it home. Feeling rather helpless with a sleeping 2 year old and my wife in the truck i was afraid i would have to leave my boat there and have it towed home. I figured i would see the if Napa down the road might happen to have the bearing i needed, assuming i could fix it there on the side of the road/had the right tools with me, but knowing i would likely have to pay for towing plus the fix when I got back home. I went into the store and asked if they had trailer wheel bearings and Jeff showed me one that he said would likely fit my trailer. I hesitated to buy the part not knowing if i was up for a giant project one the side of the road that i may or may not be able to finish. Jeff noticed my hesitation to buy the part and asked where my trailer was. I told him it was just out side and he told me he would come take a look too see of he thought the bearing would work. He came out and imminently got on his back on the side of the road and crawled under my trailer to have a look. He said he needed to pull the tire off to have a better look. He then came out with a impact gun and jack and not long later he had the trailer jacked up and tire off and immediately starting taking the old wheel bearing off the axle. Keep in mind i never asked for any help, he just noticed how crappy my situation was and it was just in his nature to help out. He had to go in and out of the store a few different times to help customers and grab different tools he need. He had a few other workers in there as well making sure all was running smoothly. Once the bearing was off, there was some serious surface damage to the axle and the threads and he commenced to bring out a variety of specialty tools to refinish the surface of the axle and to clean up the threads that were jacked up. The whole time he was doing this he never asked for any help or told me he was going to charge me for anything other than the part. He got a brand new hub and wheel bearing installed and the tire was mounted back on the trailer in right about an hour exactly. He then told me the part was 66 bucks and just expected me to pay for the part and be on my way. I of course thanked him for helping me, and gave him some extra cash that he reluctantly took. I've never seen customer service like this in my life, to date. People just dont do stuff like this these days, not to mention the owner of the store that certainly didn't have to lift a finger. It was just in Jeffs nature to help and not only that, he had the awareness to notice how helpless the situation was for me. He could have very easily just sold me the part and sent me on his way or given me the number to a tow truck company like tire shop did before i stopped at NAPA. This is a 5 star review for the Store, but more so for the owner that actually cares about his customers and true customer service. I dont think Jeff knows how big of a difference this made for me and the lesson it taught me. Thanks again Jeff!

Traveling through UTAH and notice my belts were squaling. I stop by NAPA Auto PARTS in Coalisvlle,UT. The owner of the shop provided great costumer service by suggestng to take off the Serpentine belt and check the belt pulleys. Sure enough two belt pulleys were failing .(to much play) . I installed those those belt pulleys and the belt squelling stop and i had peace of mind and confindence before entering Wyoming .
