Our car tire blew out on our way to the airport for a family vacation. We hid the keys on the vehicle and got an Uber to the airport. After arriving to our destination, I found these guys to have them tow our car to the tire shop. It was late in the evening and didn't have any opening until the next day in the afternoon. After I told her the details and that the keys were with the vehicle, she sent one of their guys that night and dropped off the vehicle at the tire shop. And, if that weren't enough, because it was raining so hard, the driver kept the keys and dropped them off at the tire shop in the morning. I was very happy with the service they provided and it cost exactly what was originally quoted. If I am ever in need of a tow in the Bountiful area, I will definitely use them again.
They were very prompt and service was great. Customer service (person answering phone) was very helpful. Customer service is clearly lacking since covid in most industries. Intermountain tow had HELPFUL people on the phone helping with all the details. They also gave me a very accurate quote on the phone prior to service.
Intermountain has the best service I’ve ever had with a towing company, they came on short notice when I couldn’t get another company, they were fast and efficient and the woman that helped us was amazing! GIRL POWER!
