I decided to replace the rear bumper on a truck I bought last year after unsuccessfully trying to repair rust spots on the bumper myself. I chose A.U.T.O. Collision after getting an estimate from them on Yelp, and reading their reviews. They let me bring my own part, and just charged me the labor to install it. The final price was less than the higher end of the estimate I was given. I was impressed by the communication on the day I brought my truck in to have the new bumper installed, with email updates on the process and also phone calls to notify me of some minor damage they noticed on the new bumper and asking me if I still wanted to proceed, and then a phone call to let me know when the job was finished. I wish I could get that type of service from some mechanics I've gone to!

I’m so impressed by them. They got my headlight fixed without the coupon price I had AND sent me a thank-you card for trusting them with my car. The receptionist was very welcoming, and they even gave names of auto shop places in Arizona for I was about to move!
Danny helped me out with an estimate and he is the man! Ask for him and you won’t be disappointed. He even bolted down the broken bumper of my car so it would be safer to drive it before it got fixed.

Brought car in to repair back window that was broke out. Some small paint issues on bumper.
Returned a weak later came back, paint wasnt fixed, back hatch dosent work now....and they broke the front windshield.
Complained and had to show before pics because they didn't want to replace windshield, they claimed it was brought in broken. PICTURES CLEARLY SHOWED IT WAS NOT.

These guys were top notch. Very communicative through the whole process of putting my vehicle back together. They did an Awesome job and my vehicle looks better now than before the accident. Plus I loved seeing all their cute shop dogs! Thank you Chris!

From 5 stars to 2 stars. I’m being generous with 2 stars because we generally like to support small businesses.
Long story short. We got our car the first time after it being in the shop for a whole MONTH. After seeing the work (it seemed amazing), it made us overlook the time it took to get the car back.
We had the car for a week and then the check engine light came on. We called and took it back and they blamed it on us and a previous side swipe accident we had three years prior… the check engine light was the Shutter in the head of the bumper where the most recent accident was. But they said it was missing when they took it off but we never had the check engine light on previously EVEN AFTER the accident that took us to the shop.
Somehow even after explaining that, they stated it was still from the first accident. Our insurance couldn’t cover it because the shop denied it was from the most recent accident which was a fender bender and we had hit the car in front of us head on at 25 mph…
We ended up paying out of pocket $170 and some change, which they waived the cost of labor which we should be grateful for but realistically felt like it should have been waived completely.
We got the car back today and the cover under the car came loose. We’re even hesitant to take it back in a second time to wait another week and a half and maybe get blamed for that too.
I’m sure Chris and his guys mean well. But it started not to feel like that after taking the car back. We came to them because of the great reviews and customer service. I also appreciated the fact that it was a small business and wanted to support. But didn’t get the experience that a lot of people had, unfortunately.
Great service at competitive prices! Chris was helpful from the first call I made to A.U.T.O. Collision, from providing a couple of different options for taking care of my car to offering me a ride back to my house after dropping off my car. The work was done well and within the estimated time frame. The price was better than the other shops from which I obtained estimates as well.
I hope that I don't have any body work to do anytime soon, but if I do, I'll come back to this shop.

This place was not only the cheapest option but also the most professional and knowledgeable. They worked closely with our insurance company despite not being an approved provider. The owner and workers take great pride in their work and have very upbeat inviting and positive attitude. Danny even took the time to cross examine another vehicle of ours after fixing our current one. Thank you guys!
I was referred to AUTO Collision of Sandy from a good friend. I drove over and was pleasantly surprised how quick we got an estimate from our accident. I was advised what we would do next to get the process going. Everything I was told was exactly what was delivered. Brought my truck in that the front end was taken out by a snow plow. A.U.T.O collision was awesome. They dealt with the insurance to make sure my truck was fixed. Chris was great to work with, also a shout out to one of the employees that answered the phone while Chris was away. He was very respectful and knew exactly what was going on with my truck. After a terrible day I reversed into a pickup truck and damaged my 2023 land rover defender. I got 3 quotes. One from Land Rover (who I hate dealing with) for $600, then MACO $525 and AUTO Collision $340. Not only was their quote the lowest- they were communicative, kind, and not sketchy feeling at all. They did an amazing job repairing my defender, it looks brand new and the paint comes with a lifetime warranty.
In early 2020, I took a '96 Ford Explorer XLT to A.U.T.O. Collision with the idea that I would restore this SUV to near mint condition. I wasn't sure it could be done, or how it might be done. Chris and Shelby took the reins for every aspect of restoration and after market improvements to make this SUV what it is today, which is AMAZING! Everything from body work, to paint, to electrical, and more, they knew what to do. There were some challenges for sure, but they always found good options and solutions that fulfilled my expectations.
And, lest I forget, a shout out to Travis who played a big role in getting my sound system up and running perfectly.
This review has been a long time coming and I can't thank A.U.T.O. Collision enough for the great work they did.

A.U.T.O. Collusion is super friendly and very knowledgeable about all aspect of auto collusion repair. I know this because I have owned 4-5 vehicles simultaneously since 2008, and collisions happen (some were not our fault, others were). A.U.T.O. Collision has been respectful toward me about the collisions. I wouldn’t go anywhere else even though there are now other collusion repair shops closer to me.
I had a headlight restoration service and some minor touch-up body work and was very pleased with the results and the overall experience. Chris and Shelby were great to deal with. Shelby thoroughly explained different options and really accommodated my tight budget to get the final work order right on my target cost. She made sure I was satisfied throughout the process. Great friendly, professional crew that does quality work and really cares about customer satisfaction.

I've had to bring my car in a couple times in the past two years, myself! The same, consistent, quality, and dedicated customer service continues to exist!! I love how they communicate everything with me and bring it to my understanding.
