This place is awful. The receptionist was rude and condescending. I tried to have a civil conversation with her and she kept cutting me off and refused to listen to anything I had to say. I would never recommend this company. Unfortunately this was a stalled vehicle and the police called them without our knowledge.
Dump, outside and inside. Horrible customer service, if you have your car impounded, make sure you check with the DMV on the details of Utah laws. Better yet, don’t do business with this company.
Scheduled an overnight tow through insurance- their team there kept me updated despite the early hour. Wade who did my tow was amazing working in the dark and snow to help me get my car to a mechanic! As much I don’t want to tow my car again I would do it with them!
My roadside insurance coverage contracted with them to tow my car. The estimated time of arrival passed, so we tried to call Noorda's, but no one answered. The roadside insurance agent assured us that they were still on their way, so we continued to wait. After another hour of waiting in a winter storm, we called Noorda's. Luckily, they answered, but they were extremely rude, told us they cancelled the service, and hung up. They did not notify me or my insurance company.

Buried my motorcycle behind several vehicles. Was on the street for under 24 hours in a neighborhood when Sandy City had it towed. They did let me install the part to get it running in the parking lot which was nice.

Wouldnt tell me where my vehicles were. After i managed to track my vehicles down using another towing companys help. There wasnt anyone at work during normal business hours. When i called dispatch she was yelling at me telling me im not letting her do her job. When i asked her not to yell at me she hung up on me. We then waited an hour for someone to show up. And on top of all of this their building was infested with bug's
Called my insurance to set up a tow to the shop. They set me up with Noorda. I let the insurance guy know that I had to meet them at a specific time which he said no problem. I then get a text that they will be there in a hour. So I call Noordas and let them know i will not be there in a hour. They were very nice and let me know the text went out before the time was specified. I got to the car about 10 min early and 5 mins later here is Noordas. Driver was very professional and friendly. Would definitely use again and refer.
worst management i’ve ever dealt with. no customer service skills - the manger would talk over me and didn’t dare listen to what i had to say about my vehicle needing to be towed and had no problem to hang up on me and not fix my situation. don’t do business with this company.
When I called, I was answered promptly and professionally. Taylor gave me a thirty minute time frame for one of his guys to arrive to my place. When he figured that his guy was not going to make it on time, he drove himself to get my car. It took him fifteen minutes. The service was fast and at a very competitive price; better than many in the area. Taylor was very personable and they handle the car with lots of care. I'm very satisfied with the service.
