Brian was absolutely fantastic today! We were stranded on the side of the road in the summer heat with 2 babies and a pregnant wife. He call ahead, showed up way quicker than expected, and overall just did an awesome job.
After dropping the car off, he totally made our 4 year-old autistic son’s day maybe his whole month when he let him (under close supervision) climb up into his big rig and honk the horn a couple times. Totally loved it and went to bed ranting and raving about how great his day was because of it.
Thanks for saving the day guys. Oh and by the way, it didn’t break the bank either.
Beehive towing did whatever they had to do to get my Jag F-type out of my garage and over to my mechanic. Something strange was happening with my electric system that made it nearly impossible to move the vehicle, but they came twice with two different trucks until they figured out a way. Both drivers were friendly and personable. Thanks, Beehive!
I tried to call to pick up my car. I called 7 times They didn’t answer when it went to voicemail and it was full. I wasn’t able to get my car and had to Uber to work and on top of it they charged me 90$ for not picking it up. I have been in contact with the manager for 4 months now and she will not do anything to help me. If anyone has similar experience let me know.
When we called, they said they would have someone meet us and they chose to say we needed to meet at 1:30 pm so we could get our vehicle (that shouldn’t have been towed in the first place); we arrived a few minutes early and the driver didn’t arrive until just before 2 pm. No apology for being late, unprofessional, horrible company.

Josh was very helpful and amazing! We called around 1 AM after our car broke down on the freeway!
I went down the list of google maps locations and after calling several 24/7 locations, Josh was the first and only person to pick up. He was finishing up another job but drove over right after and was able to take us to an auto repair shop close to our home.
Josh was very friendly and helpful, we’d never broken down like this before and didn’t know what to do so having someone walk us through where to take the car was really great.
Price was excellent, better than we were quoted online by AAA and other websites plus Josh was the first to respond.

They answered my call right off. I had tried 2 others and they were remote schedulers and difficult to deal with. I was given a quote and scheduled the tow. They were able to back the car into the carport so we can work on it. The price was just what they quoted. Both the dispatcher and the driver were very pleasant to deal with. Thank you Beehive!
Josh came out and was extremely helpful. He was professional, clean, fast, efficient, friendly, helpful and communicated very well. The price was given upfront, was very reasonable and the price quoted on the phone was the price paid. He was more than helpful to even allow me to spray off the dirty car (he was towing) before before dropping it off at our destination point. Now that's customer service. Absolutely great!! I called several different tow company and beehive was absolutely willing to respond and they didn’t ask any reduction questions! They give me an ETA! On when they could do the pick. And the called before they dropped off to ask details on where they’d like us have the vehicle put. They even give as a quote over the phone and stuck to their price!! I have used them once before and I can say from here on out they have my business for any towing needs

Austin was very patient with me as I tried to figure out the best option for my car. I called back twice before I confirmed his service. He arrived exactly when he said he would. The price for towing was very reasonable. Would definitely call them again.
The Beehive Towing team was able to get to my disabled vehicle blocking traffic quickly (30 mins after calling) when no other company or police officer were able to for hours. The driver Jesse made quick work with getting the vehicle hooked and off the road. If I’m in need in the service area again I’ll definitely be calling them again.
I can't remember the driver's name but his customer service was excellent. A misunderstanding happened on pickup time and he was nice enough to wait for a half hour for me to arrive to pay for the car I was having transported. He was very courteous and did a great job. I highly recommend Beehive Towing!

Josh is awesome! First, he called me about 5 minutes after I hung up with the main office to let me know: A. Who to expect, B. Verify the address and directions, C. To let me know what he was currently doing and when to expect him!
Then when he arrived he was polite as we went through with what I needed. Very quick and thorough! Love this company so much that I even saved their number in my contacts from 4 years ago; the first time I called!

I called really early at like 7:05 am.. I requested a tow truck at my home at 9:00 am to take my car to the dealership to get service on which I scheduled at 9:45 am.. the guy on the phone had stated he would be sending a guy at exactly 9:00am.. well.. he never came at 9.. I called and called the company they would not answer me. I had to call from another phone number and immediately they answered. I then asked if the guy was coming or not? The guy who had answered the phone in the morning was the same guy who was avoiding my phone calls.. all he said was "uggh he is still not there?" Then said he would call him and he hung up on me. VERYY UNPROFESSIONAL! The guy with the tow truck came at 9:30... so obviously I was late I did not arrive on time at all. Luckily, my dealership understood and said they would still squeeze me in even after arriving super late. The guy who came to tow my truck was rude and his truck was so so so messy. I will definitely NOT be using there services again.

super kind and helpful people. had my car break down on me in south salt lake and in less than two hours on a saturday afternoon they had my car out to my shop safe and sound. i’m still pretty young and don’t know a lot about this kind of stuff and they were so helpful and patient. 100% will be using these guys again if god forbid anything happens to my car. jeremy (the driver) was amazing. so thank you jeremy

I called Beehive Towing initially asking for a tow. The man who answered the phone was very professional, personable and friendly. I had called two other tow companies prior to calling them and never got that level of service! They were also fairly quick (within the hour) considering what time of night it was with rush hour traffic. The driver who showed up was very nice and considerate, as well as very knowledgeable! He ended up suggesting to charge the battery to see if that would help with anything and to get my car into neutral to load it up to tow since my car is newer, and “smart” technology wise, it wouldn’t let us shift it into gear, but he knew all the tricks to make that happen! Once he charged the battery, the car stopped malfunctioning as it had before he showed up and he was able to put it into drive. He checked on even more components in the car and suggested a few things it could possibly be, but if I wanted to, I could drive it home (which is about 52 miles from where I was at), or I could have him tow it to the dealership. He gave me the pricing for the jump fee as well as the tow fee. I felt he was very trustworthy, so I ended up just paying him the jump fee and was on my way. I would definitely recommend Beehive Towing to anyone, as well as use them in the future if I ever needed to!
My daughters car died and I just found these guys on google. Called them and the guy (owner?) who answered was very professional and pleasant. I asked him about how long it would take for the driver to get there and he said about 30 minutes. Well I wanted to stay with the car so I just told him I would wait.
Not 5 minutes later the driver called me and let me know that he was tied up on another call. I get it, the world doesn’t revolve around me. But he could have just let me sit there waiting for him. But instead he called and apologized (multiple times). Long story short, I left the keys and left.
When he showed up he was very professional and polite (he appologized again). I was just happy that he kept me in the loop.
Would highly recommend this company and will be using them again for my fleet.
Had a great experience with Beehive Towing. They were prompt to help me and showed up fast and took care of towing my vehicle. Very professional even early in the morning. If I ever need towing again i will be sure to use this company again.
My car broke down over the weekend at 1am, I called a tow truck through my insurance but they estimated the time of arrival to be 2-3 hours long (i was stuck on the side of the road alone). I decided to call around to a bunch of 24hr towing companies to see if anyone could get to me quicker and either no one answered the phone or told me that they could not help me. After 8-9 calls the last place i tried was Beehive. They were so helpful and got to me in 20 minutes. The price was reasonable and i was so grateful they were able to help me out on such short notice!! Will be using them again in the future!!

Called needing a car towed from my house to a shop down the street. Austin was very professional from the get go, and actually called to let me know he would be able to show up earlier than planned. He had no issues getting my car loaded up and dropped off, and I was able to pay with card. I would absolutely recommend these guys for your towing needs.
