Was looking for a pigtail for my Jeep for 4 months. Couldn't even get it from the dealer. They had it for me in 20 minutes and it worked perfect! Everyone so friendly and helpful. I also needed an air conditioner compressor for my other vehicle, and they had that. Prices great too!
They didn't have what i wanted, but i walked in and was immediately greeted and asked what i needed. I explained my truck and request and the guy running the desk asked me to look at the pictures of the product I'm having a severe issue getting. Amazing how hard it is to find in a 19-year-old truck. Fact of the matter is i didn't get what i wanted but i felt heard and like the guy operating at the front cared about making sure i got the right item.
They have great communication and prices. They were very careful in not damaging any of the parts I ordered.
