An additional gate fee will be applied to after hours vehicle releases. State and Federal observed holidays may effect these hours. Entrance to the office is located on the east end of the building. Vehicle was towed. (I was HEATED, filed dispute & everything) I was @ fault, even though it wasn’t the best experience - company is just a 3rd party & doing their job. Employees are AMAZING considering they get yelled @ by almost everybody, lol. They manage to stay professional & positive.
