My car got impounded on a sunday night, Monday was holiday to only show up the next day. Upon receiving my car back, My entire glovebox and center console had been rummaged through to find all of my loose change/dollars along with some precious gems had been taken. I could tell it was so oversized employee as my seats had been pushed back to the max while finding debris from my glovebox and console littered onto the floor.
The attendent made up a lie about the police would have taken an inventory of what was in my car and i should contact them. He was a chubby incompetent dark hair male. These Non-professional attendents and tow men will steal anything of value out of your car and deny it. If i could give no stars i would.
One star because 0 is not an option. I told him my apartment keys were in my purse and I had no where to go! And he said that he doesn’t know what to tell me and I have to talk to management on Monday. This was on Saturday night. I had to sleep OUTSIDE Afor two days because of him!!!
Horrible to deal with very unprofessional. My friend got hit and had to walk home. Then later that day wasn’t allowed back into his own car to grab his personal belongings. And while asking about how to get back into the car they want him to get a notarized letter before he can grab his things. Extremely ridiculous and they try to make it harder then it needs to be! They made it feel like he is at fault for getting hit and punishing him for getting hit!!
Tow driver won’t give me a ride while towing my car . He said he can tow the car to their tow yard and is $40 daily.
Went to pick up my car and ended up paying $365.
Why would I pay that amount when you could have towed it to my desired location. I don’t post reviews but is not fair taking advantage of anyone in distress situations
