Horrible to deal with very unprofessional. My friend got hit and had to walk home. Then later that day wasn’t allowed back into his own car to grab his personal belongings. And while asking about how to get back into the car they want him to get a notarized letter before he can grab his things. Extremely ridiculous and they try to make it harder then it needs to be! They made it feel like he is at fault for getting hit and punishing him for getting hit!!
Tow driver won’t give me a ride while towing my car . He said he can tow the car to their tow yard and is $40 daily. Went to pick up my car and ended up paying $365. Why would I pay that amount when you could have towed it to my desired location. I don’t post reviews but is not fair taking advantage of anyone in distress situations
The guy is very degrading, unprofessional lack of respect and overcharges fees.
