Seems like they are always changing staff so service is very spotty. Sometimes you get someone who knows what they are talking about, but it's been rare. Nice people though

Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with the Utah Carvana location. They do not respect customers’ time or schedules. Whether you are coming from another state, a business owner, or just a regular buyer, they do not seem to value your time at all. This is my honest opinion and experience: the customer service here is extremely disappointing. If you’re looking to purchase a car, remember that you have many other options. Search on Google, explore online auctions, and check dealers with positive reviews—there are plenty of better choices out there. Thank you so much who read this review.

Worst customer service of any business ever!!!! Make you wait for 30-60 min to even talk to someone. 5 desks for customer service and I have never seen more that 1 being utilized, even during the busiest times. When you finally do get to talk to someone (process never takes more than 5ish minutes per person but oh how they can waste time here.) the person loading the vehicles takes another hour even to get the cars brought out!!!! What a joke!!!!!

You must tip the loaders in order to get loaded a this location. The branch knows but wont do anything about it. Average waiting time is 3 hours if you dont pay them at front

I was in an auto accident after someone ran a red light and hit me. Insurance wanted to call my car a total loss due to the age and mileage, but I opted to buy back and repair. I should have known that once it went to Copart it would not be in good hands. It was returned to my mechanic shop with more scratches and damage than it had before, on opposite side of vehicle from where the crash occurred.

Do NOT buy your vehicles from Copart. My first experience I had was with one of their tow truck drivers. He dropped off a vehicle to my house and smacked into my mailbox. After initially taking accountability and asking me if he could pay me off to not get anyone involved, his manager stepped in and denied running into my mailbox. The police were then called and the “driver” was summoned back to the scene. When they had arrived it was a completely different person claiming they were driving. The police have since handled it and they will be getting fined. My second experience was when I had purchased a vehicle through the online auction. Which I understand to be as-is sales. The pictures of the vehicle were extremely clean and I was excited. Then the tow service dropped off the vehicle and broke the entire exhaust pipe. After putting in a support ticket I was told that since I never came in person to check the car out that there was nothing they can do for me. I will leave the original photo attached and then the photo of how the car came. This company has 0 accountability and I will not be coming back. There’s a reason guys that this company has 1.7 stars on google reviews. The manager is terrible and I’m sure I’m not the only one who has been scammed like this in the past. Thanks for reading ! Worst customer service i have experienced Rude people working inside clearly don't care about there work inside restrooms are restricted to use for buyers outside porter potty is all they have to offer that hasn't been serviced for months. Don't buy from this branch

I would give it zero stars because I feel so violated by the fact they went through all my stuff. Thankfully I didn’t have anything of value or I know it would have been stolen. They went through bags that I always keep closed and threw my stuff all over the car (beyond what would have been feasible to explain from a collision - think things taken out of zippered pockets and cubby’s and thrown about). The only thing they took that I know they took so far is an iPhone charger. I just can’t believe they aren’t investigated or shut down after so many reports of theft and misconduct of business. This is more upsetting to me than my fairly new totaled car.

This is the worst Copart I’ve ever been to. I had an appointment at 3:00 PM to pick up a vehicle, and they made me wait for 1 hour and 30 minutes. The yard drivers are rude and uncommunicative — they don’t even want to talk to you. You MUST go into the office and file a complaint. I honestly believe some drivers are paying them off, because transporters who arrived after me were loaded way before I was. That’s not fair, and it’s completely unprofessional. My rate is -.00000000

I bought a car from them and found a transporter with a fair price from Utah to Texas. The guys went to this Copart location with an appointment and everything in order. But when they asked the forklift operator to place the car on the upper deck because it was inoperable, he categorically refused and said he would only load it as the last car. It’s complete madness because they even sent me photos and videos — the car was the first to be picked up and they still had 5 more to load, so it was impossible to take the rest if this one was placed last on the bottom. Totally arrogant and disrespectful behavior. Just unbelievable. P.S. The driver even tried to give him a tip to load it on the upper deck, but the forklift guy clearly wasn’t in the mood to work.

I was told that this company would reimburse me for new license plates that I had to buy because they threw my original one away. However after three trips out to their location and two phone calls, it is clear they don’t want to reimburse me even though the amount is ridiculously low.

This place’s customer service is ridiculous. They make it very difficult to preview cars ahead of sale by limiting it to only a few hours the morning of the sale day and then not having enough staff to help more than a few people. Also waiting several hours to pick up one vehicle presumably because they don’t pay their loader operators enough is just without excuse. Or maybe it’s that the loader operators get so many relaxing breaks. Sometimes it has appeared that way. And sometimes having no available slot for picking up a vehicle for a couple days out…

My car was in an accident and towed to thier magna yard for inspection because it was assumed totaled due to the amount of damage. Which it was , but I decided to keep the car. So my insurance company had Copart tow it back to me . And when I got to where they dropped it off, I found many more things damaged . They had broken both inner tie rods one in 2 places they bent the push bar on my front bumper down which messed my bumper cover up , and they some how knocked the drivers window off track as well as destroyed 3 tires and damaged the rims. Like I get it was totaled but how can these thing even happen? (Update)!!! After I mad multiple attempts to get someone who works for them to help me. They did nothing to try and help the situation. Couldn't even get an apology. Nor would they even try to find out how it happened to prevent it from happening again. Honestly I never expected this kind of treatment from such a big company. I suppose they didn't get so big by admitting fault. I would have filed a lawsuit had it been possible.

Less than a one. Went down to pick up belongings that were in my car after an auto crash and everything was gone. Even asked the towing company that towed my car away and they said they didn’t touch anything and never do. I had sentimental belongings in there and stuff that was MINE. Absolutely insane to go through someone’s personal belongings and just get rid of it all. Don’t let your car go here, seriously. So frustrating and disgusting.

Terrible Terrible service. If you have them try to co-sign your vehicle (sell through their auction) they are NOT careful with your vehicle. They will smash your front and rear bumpers with their forklifts and make you use your own insurance to cover the damages. I had their manager tell me they would pay for the damages. They then called back and said "we never offered that, we only offered to purchase your vehicle for 4k" which they did NOT offer and my car is worth 18k.... Yes i suggest using them to buy from, but not particularly to sell from. Just be careful, they also sold me a car that had a bad motor WITHOUT listing it had mechanical damage. They told me they would NOT reimburse me for the vehicle because it is an AS AS sale. Again, Terrible terrible customer service, also they take months to responds to serious inquiries.

After our car was towed here due to an auto wreck, we went to pick up our belongings valuable belongings such as an old wallet with a social security card, business issued credit card and other personal cards were stolen. Along with chairs and other items out of our truck. After reading the reviews I’m stunned and disgusted that this “business” is still operating! I have filed a police report and filed a complaint with Bear River Mutual insurance to never work with this company again! Absolutely horrible service, no accountability and depressing that the owners allow this behavior to continue!

Id give it less than 1 star if possible. They are thieves and liars. My car was totaled out and so I went to get mine and my kids stuff out. However my daughters entire duck collection and my brand new cooler were no where to be found They first said it wasn't there when the car came. They showed the pictures and you see my daughters ducks on the dash!!! Those were her entire world and they just took my stuff. Ridiculous.

Absolutely outrageous experience with Copart. I paid full price for a "Run & Drive" car that was listed as having "normal wear" and no engine lights indicated. When the car arrived, it had a rattling, broken engine—far from what was advertised. I reached out to their manager to address the blatant misrepresentation, and he gave me the most absurd excuse, claiming the engine lights weren’t showing because the car wasn’t turned on in the photos. I checked the dashboard photo, and it was clearly framed to exclude the RPM gauge, intentionally making it impossible to tell if the car was even on. Check the picture attached to see the deception for yourself. The manager was utterly useless, telling me there was nothing he could do and instead suggesting I call other numbers to try selling the car. When I asked if I should advertise it with the same misleading "normal wear" label they used, he smugly replied, "I can't advise you on what to say." The lack of responsibility and integrity here is shocking. Copart, do better. Stop deceiving and failing your customers.

I had a terrible experience with this company. They "cleaned out" my car before it had been released to them. When I asked where all my things were they said "in the trunk, and if it was important we have it in an envelope." When the finally found my envelope there was only the registration and license plate. I lost over $500 in items and some irreplaceable personal items. When I asked about the missing items they told me the other tow company must have taken them. Um - no! The images Copart sent my insurance company upon arrival showed all the items still in the car! They stole my stuff and all they had to say for it was - make a claim for the items with your insurance company. This is just a thing to say to get me out of their office... most basic car insurance plans do not cover personal items that are in the car, its covered under a different type of plan and that deductible is typically high. They were dishonest on many accounts. The receptionist was rude and very unhelpful. I have never been treated so rudely. When I emailed a GM they were slow to respond and needed a bunch of info from me before they could help me and by that time my items were gone - either in the thief's pocket or trash. I was very disappointed a the lack of effort made to remedy the situation and make it right.

This place is a Joke. They keep raising and adding new fees and their service just keeps getting worse. Been sitting here in the yard for over an hour and they haven’t loaded a single car. What’s the point of making an appointment on my end if Copart can’t fulfill the commitment on their end. I dread coming to this place. Clown Show! JC.

I spoke to the office manager Amanda. She was crass at first. You can tell she is overwhelmed and under staffed. You will waite a hour or more doing anything here. The staff are often rude, probably because they are over worked and under paid. Corporate is the problem as far as I can see. I guess just try to be understanding with staff.

If you buy a car the loader driver will probably damage it... or parts will be missing from what is shown on the pictures... They SERIOUSLY need more staff! If you come here pkan on waiting for AT LEAST a hour before they talk to you. The staff are always looking busy but seemingly doing nothing. The parking area can be totally empty but you will still wait a hour. Plan for it. I've never seen more than one staff helping people.
