Syed was our person of contact and he was amazing—he made the process very smooth and was easy to contact with any questions we had. Syed was very friendly and kind and so was the tow truck driver who came to collect our vehicle. We had an awesome experience and the great payout for our car was just the cherry on top.   Had a great experience with this company. Felt like it was a fair price for both sides. I looked into other places and they were all $250-$300 less than Cash for cars. Took one day to get it all setup and car picked up. After my experience with it I would 100% recommend them to anyone.

The whole experience was great, they picked up the car and gave me a check on the spot. I would recommend them for anyone who is selling their car.

  Don’t even contact them. I spoke to a lady named Beatrice who offered me a couple hundred on a working vehicle with under 200k miles. I said it was a lowball and she kept me on the phone after I tried to hang up several times, and eventually offered me less than a hundred more. More beating around the bush and I finally get away from her and she texts me to offer me four hundred. I told her not to contact me again. Several days later I receive another text and call offering me a couple hundred! I told her not to contact me again. A couple days later I got another text with a 300 dollar offer. Again I told her not to contact me! Don’t even reach out to these people! They won’t offer anything close to what your car is, play games, and continuously harass you after you tell them no. The other review had the exact same experience. Don’t contact them at all.
