I called to schedule a tow truck to move a classic car 3.2 miles and google says 9 minutes. 1st they want to charge me 235.00 and pre-pay. What a joke. They wouldn't even answer the phone just wanted to do business via text. Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere !

The moments you find yourself stuck and in need of a tow, is a moment you feel embarrassed and helpless. Sitting on the side of the road tonight, was the last thing I wanted to be doing. I have a family to get home to! So when I started calling around, 4-5 of the first companies DIDN’T EVEN PICK UP. Service Towing picked up right away, and proceeded to assist me in the most professional manner. They were a a ways away from me when I called, so they were able to assist by having me leave the car there, I was able to get a ride home, and they delivered the car shortly after. Thank you for getting me taken care of tonight guys!

I can’t say enough about this company and the man who stopped to help. Roadside assistance sent another tow company to help me get my car off of a rock and Service Towing Utah passed by, could tell the other tow guy needed help and stopped out of the GOODNESS OF HIS HEART to help us! He was so knowledgeable and helped THE OTHER TOW COMPANY GUY step by step. He spent over an hour with the other guy helping him and telling him what to do and stayed until my car was safely off of the rock. He did a phenomenal job! He got nothing for this! It wasn’t his job but he knew we needed help and stopped to help! He has years of experience and it showed! I’m sure he had a million other things he needed to do but stopped anyway! Not many people would do what he did. I did Venmo him, but guys he didn’t expect anything. Just an amazing human being! Honest, knowledgeable, years of experience. Would trust any car with him and this company (I hope it’s his). It’s people like this and companies like this that you want to succeed!! Don’t hesitate to call!!
Had my new engine build 68 Camaro not wanting to start while leaving work. I had to get it to the shop by 5 PM. I found Service Towing Utah, and I'm grateful. They were available immediately and had a truck on the way as soon as I made my payment. Great service I waited for almost five hours for two different companies that never showed finally called Service towing and they were there in a half an hour and were very accommodating. The driver did a great job and was great to work with.

There hasn't been one towing company that is worth rating more than one star they're all very bad they take your car ask you to pay money to get it back it's just bad news unless you call for a tow for a flat tire or something

Fabio was amazing not only did he communicate with us well he was there on time. Then after he towed our van back to our home he cleaned off the battery terminal and got it started for us! Fabio was fantastic. I have a lifted truck which I neglected to mention to them prior to them arriving... he worked his butt off for me. Then after replacing the tire on my vehicle it didn’t fit because of the lift... so at midnight.... by the way... left and went and picked up a tow truck and dropped It off at my desired location.

I called for a tow and they said they would send someone but it would take about an hour. We did a little digging and found out it was a blown fuse replaced it and got back on the road. This is all within 10 minutes of me calling for the tow. I called back and canceled the tow, letting them know id got my vehicle running. They said it was canceled but I still got charged for a tow that i didnt get.
I thought it would be a hassle to have my vehicle towed but I was wrong it was painless. This company is very professional. They answered the phone right away, called me before arrival, and texted me confirmation of delivery. Charged me the quoted price (good price, very fair). Before we loaded up my SUV he even offered to try a jump one last time. He was very helpful and knowledgeable, great service. My vehicle was in good hands.
