Well, they didn't have what I needed, but Amber worked very hard to get me something that I could use. I couldn't have finished the project without her help.
Chuck Chuck Chuck man I tell you what he was friendly on the phone knew exactly what I needed and was very polite when I sent my wife to go pick up the part while I was broke down in cove fort and even gave great instructions on the return of a part. Tinks all together has always been great no matter what store I call. We normally just deal with Panguitch and always had outstanding service from them and to know that Tinks operates at every location with a small town environment but with a big city inventory is comforting on so many levels. Thank you Tinks Delta (Chuck) and Tinks Panguitch (Oakley and Kamrie) you all are awesome.
This used to be Delta auto and at the time they would get you anything you wanted from anybody and talk to the customer like they actually cared that you were their customer. I went in there twice this week once looking for tire, plug patches and once looking for Bondo. The customer service rep argued with me that the packaging claimed it had items that weren’t in it. Forget about the fact that he was wrong. He argued with me for two or three minutes that even though the packaging said it contained it that he knew better. After all was said and done he’s continued to defend his position that the computer indicated something different.
This NAPA store was our saving grace today! Traveling through town we realized a broken leaf spring on our camper trailer. Glen hooked us up, checked on us frequently as we installed both leaf springs behind the store. All employees helped us out in a friendly, helpful manner, but Glen showed his best today! Thank you, NAPA and thank you, Glen!!!
This place is really what makes small town living, If you need something Chuck and Stephon will go above and beyond, Chuck has gone in on a Sunday several times to get parts for me and if he doesn't have it in stock he will get the next day guaranteed best customer service ever.
Just had an awesome experience with Chuck over at Napa in Delta. He went above and beyond in every way to make sure I was taken care of. I was in a super pinch, my radiator had cracked clear out in Baker NV and once I finally found the radiator chuck was very helplfuk in making sure I had everything I needed! He even stayed a few minutes late because I couldn’t get there before they closed!! Thanks man! Thanks Napa!
I used to never use Napa . I didn’t agree with the quality of the parts. I would go to every other store to find what I needed . Then they got a new manager and I started to give them a try
That was years ago! They have really steps up there game on quality parts that are In stock . No one stocks as many parts as they do in town . They stand behind there warranty and every counter help always says hi when I go in to buy something ! They are awesome ! They go way beyond what autozone and the other national parts stores do ! Plus the owners of Tinks are local ! Support local economy!!!
I highly suggest giving them a try !!
Had the boat out for the day and it started running rough, ran into town to get a condenser, (older boat with points) and these guys spent the time and effort to find the parts I needed to get it running great! Ended up having a great day on the water because these guys didn't give up. Thanks for finding the parts I needed, Dennis Harvey
