Great location, always seemed to have what I needed, they also work on vehicles and sell tires. Friendly staff and they get you in and out quickly. I had an issue with a hitch one time, I had forgotten the key to my hitch lock and I needed to install a different size ball, they helped me out by cutting the hitch lock off and sold me another ball so I could haul a U-Haul trailer. Got me back on the road.

Very helpful for when I had a flat tire. They called a local to get me help after hours.

Our battery died while in town and drove over to pick up a new battery. We pulled into a spot around the back to park. We pulled too close to the door and as we were moving forward to give more space for the door to open, a worker threw open the door acting like we were idiots while waving his arms at us to keep moving. He stared at us with total disgust as we fixed our parking and he made sure to gesture his dissatisfaction. We were apologizing to him as we got out of the car and he made no response and went back inside. Of course he was also at the register for us to buy our battery and he continued to be very condescending our whole interaction even though we apologized again for pulling too close. I never leave reviews on any place but the way we were treated was uncalled for for such a minor mistake.

Ryan was very helpful today, after breaking a tacoma brake line in the woods. Excellent selection of parts, and i met Paul from fab tats in the parking lot

There was a guy that was great & helped me & my mother put on the item we had purchased.

I needed wiper blades on my Toyota Sienna and was very impressed with the service that Cash Hershey gave me. He put them on for me while explaining it to me all with a smile. Thank you

Excellent staff and service. Got two new batteries for an SUV. They also got me a new nut free of charge to tighten them in after I lost the other one. And one of the Ramsay guys walking by offered to help me tighten the other hard to reach nut

It is not recommended. The customer service is of poor quality, the attendants make a point of not helping you. The ill will is clear. If you need a car service, don't go to this mechanic. Worst experience ever.

Don’t trust what you see on Google, they close before 4pm on Saturday. Got here 10 minutes till after needing break lines from breaking down on a trail and they weren’t open…. Not reliable at all….i tried to call to let them know I’m on my way but no one answered the phone.

Ryne literally went the extra mile to help me get the parts/coolant I needed to get my family back on the road home after I had a coolant fitting fail. On a Saturday at closing time no less. Awesome experience

I wish we had better service than those who have commented. We were from out of town with three kids and asked to borrow a wrench. After seeing other customers leave the store with borrowed tools, we were frustrated. Customer Service goes a long ways, especially if you do not live in Kanab.

So happy we found this place. The team working there took very good care of our flat tire in a very timely fashion and had us back on the road safety .

Thanks to the entire staff for their absolutely amazing help today. They were able to help me rig up a new remote oil filter mount for my RV generator. They did a perfect job and it is back up and running! Thank you again.

I had a great experience at this NAPA Auto Parts last week. I am from Arizona and I was driving through town and it began to rain. My windshield wipers were in terrible condition and the young gentleman who helped me was great. He asked me about my wipers and my expectations, I asked a few questions and he was incredibly knowledgeable. I purchased them and he offered to put them on for me. It had just started to sprinkle again, so I was very appreciative. It would have taken me much longer to figure out how to put them on. I would recommend this place of business to anyone local or driving through. It really gave me peace of mind to continue on my travels around Utah. And boy, did I need them. You have a beautiful State. Thanks again.

Went to go get a new battery for my car and happened to run into the owner about to go get lunch. He stoped what he was doing and brought me into the store and made sure I was taken care of by his workers. They not only took care of my problem but also gave me tips on how to prolong my batteries life. 10/10 service, they are professional, nice and efficient

Amazing service, very helpful. Went out of their way to help when our rotor needed to be changed and realized we also needed brakes and they brought them out to us.

Saved my bacon. We had all 5 wheel studs on our boat trailer break off 40 miles out of town. AAA sent their guys out and saved me from a painful roadside repair. Super nice and I made it home safely. Thanks guys!

At 6PM on July 3rd as Kanab was celebrating the 4th, we thought my father's battery went bad. Ryan came back to the store and opened up for us. After installing the battery and finding out it was the starter I stead. Ryan again opened up for us to get the starter and loaned us the tools to replace it. The helpful service we received on a holiday turned what could have been days stranded away from home into an evening repair. Thank you Ryan and NAPA

These guys were SO amazing!! I came to Kanab for a softball game and had car troubles. They were so nice and willing to help me figure out the problem! I couldn’t have asked for better service! Thanks again guys! You were great!

Darren was terrific. We broke down in Mt Carmel Junction with just enough battery to make it into town. Sunday so everything was closed, but Darren came to the rescue. He opened up TWICE 3 hours apart to get us the right part. Friendly and great service. He also recommended a mechanic who could fix it on Sunday. Thanks again Darren!

Didn't have what I needed but they ordered it for me and will have it next day they always get what I'm looking for quickly always very helpful and they stock alot of trailer parts in stock which is nice

These guys have no customer service. We pulled in as a group to change a fuel filter and the guy came out 3 times telling us to move. They have a large parking lot. When the guy finally told us to get the hell out we asked if that was how he treated all his customers his reply was. We only sold you parts. Not going there unless we have an emergency

I think the help there is great. But the prices on parts are outrageous. Every since the other store closed down.. The owner of Napa is money hungry. He wont even give locals a little break He knows he has got us by the you know whats. If its something I don't need that day I will wait until I go to Saint George or even Hurricane .if its a big part i need right away i can drive to Saint George and buy gas and lunch and still save money . Its just the point you no your getting screwed . There is no reason he can't give locals a break . But only place to go so he knows that and he use's that..
