I went in to get rotors for my vehicle. When we walked in, one person noticed and asked how we were. The other didn't even look up. We walked around for a minute looking around and nobody ever asked if we needed any help. Walked up to the desk to have them look up the rotors and they got vehicle information then walked away to go find parts. I didn't get any explanation or details on price, or options. It was very impersonal. AutoZone was much friendlier, and MUCH more helpful.
Called for parts which they did not have in stock. The person was very polite and friendly. They could get the part in the next day, but I went with a cheaper price if a few dollars elsewhere.
Take a battery that was still under warranty back into them and they still said I had paid 4250 I shouldn't have to pay anything where it's still under the full manufacturer warranty they will not get my business I hope everybody sees us and goes from there and says no we do not want to deal with the place like this
