Amazing service. They were there to pick me up as soon as was possible, no long wait time whatsoever. This was the second time I've used this company and the price was the same both times, very reasonable. To top it off, the driver asked if we needed a ride to our hotel after dropping off our car in the shop, which was wonderful because I had a broken toe, and drove us there at no extra cost. If you need a towing company, I can't recommend this one highly enough. They're very quick, kind, and reasonable people and out of everyone I talked to the first time I needed a tow, they were the only genuinely helpful people.

My 4runner's front CV axel decided it was time to fail 40 mins down a BLM road w no cell service. I was utterly stranded in the middle of nowhere off a really rough BLM road at the end of a weeklong camping trip / field study. Tim went the literal extra mile to make sure he made it me and towed me another 1.5 hrs to Moab. (had I known Tim's brother had a shop in Green River prior to pickup I would've hired his shop for the repair!) Tim even gave me a lift to where I was staying in Moab and offered to run me by a grocery store after undergoing such a rough day. Tim and his wife LuRey are kind and honest salt of the earth people who just want to do right by folks and have that paid forward! What it used to mean to be neighborly, they still practice. Grateful for Tim's above and beyond assistance. They're on my Xmas card list for life!

Its was late at night and I was in the middle of nowhere and no gas in my tank I called and y was back on thec road in less than 30 minutes! Amazing and friendly services. Tim is a life saver!

I was stuck in mud in the BLM land just South of Crescent Junction. Called for a tow. The dispatcher was a very nice lady, professional (asked all the right questions) but still friendly and kind. The driver called me back and I told him where I was. He knew the area, so that’s a big. Plus. He was about 40 miles away, but arrived very quickly. No filly dallying about for this guy. He was also friendly and knowledgeable about the history of the area, I enjoyed that. He had me unstuck within about 10 minutes. Then he even offered to drive me around to help find a good camping spot. Very happy to be unstuck and for a lot less than I’ve been charged before.

Tim and his wife went above and beyond to help me when I was in a jam. Tim was fast to get to me and get me towed to town. He was professional and friendly. When the mechanic in town gave me bad news, Tim’s wife helped me get to Moab to pick up the towing equipment I needed to get me and my car the rest of my way to Denver. Tim helped me get my Jeep loaded and made sure I was safe to drive. I can’t say enough good things about them. I highly recommend!

We called Desert Hill on a busy Labor Day weekend, in a bit of a desperate situation needing a long-distance tow from Lake Powell to Green River. The operator (whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch) was incredibly helpful and understanding of our circumstances. They communicated promptly and kept us updated as the driver was on his way. Tim picked up our vehicle in Bullfrog, and we met him in Green River for the drop off. He was respectful, efficient, and professional. We couldn’t have been more grateful for his help. My wife and I haven’t stopped raving about our experience with Desert Hill. They were friendly, caring, and truly pulled us out of a tough situation with the utmost professionalism. I can’t recommend their assistance enough!

Stranded 50 miles from home, Timmy came to save my day. He was fast and had my car home within a short time!!! what a Blessing they are..recommend using them in a time of need. Humble affordable and efficient!!!

The gentlemen who helped was was an angel, literally. We had popped our tire and we were driving on a spare. No one 8n town had our size tire. We thought we would have to drive to Price, then we saw him open his garadge door. He was technically closed for the day but decided to help us anyway. He truely saved us. I wish I could thank him again.

This service was a god send. We were stuck in lose dirt in our 31foot RV and AAA and another company refused to help us or said it would take hours. Tim and his beautiful granddaughter were to us in ten minutes helping us and reassuring is they were going to get us out and on our way. The situation was not an easy one but they did not give up nor make us feel it was hopeless. Because of their tenacity and grace we were on our way home and made it safely that night. All I can say is totally amazing this company is. We were on vacation and traveling, ran out of gas at night and was on the side of interstate 70. From our phone call to them to the service was beyond normal these days. The concern, both the lady on the phone and the man that came out to help us, for our safety and the rush to make it to us, give us gas, follow us to the gas station and check the oil. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Thank you to these angels among us ❤️

If you need a tow, be sure to call Tim first! He rescued me when I was stranded about 45 minutes from Green River, UT. I was alone and scared out in the desert, but he immediately put me at ease when he arrived. Tim was very polite and professional, and his wife was also courteous and professional. Plus, his prices were very reasonable. I 100% recommend him if you need a tow around the Green River, UT, area!

We got stranded about a half hour outside of green River and had no cellphone service. We got ahold of a 911 texting platform and they sent out Tim with desert hill towing to save us. He has been generous to us as we tried to get our car fixed. He even came out with a crew to help load our car onto a Uhaul later in the evening. Highly recommend their services!

CALL THIS COMPANY FIRST!!!! I was on a road trip and stopped for lunch in Green River. When I came out my truck would not start. Tim from Desert Hill Towing arrived literally 2 minutes after I called and jumped my vehicle. He followed me to the nearest open mechanic (that was open on a Sunday!!!) where I received a new battery. I was able to continue my trip. He was amazingly kind during a stressful moment for me. I cannot thank him enough.

Warning - You should not use Desert Hill Towing. I had an awful experience with them. I called to get my camper van towed as I got stuck in a soft gravel road. Someone came an hour later to assess the situation and gave me a price of $150\hr, and said it would cost me $300 (travel time) plus the time to get the van out, so roughly $375-400 as it was an easy tow. He came back with a tow truck and someone else that seemed to be his boss. After not even 30min, the van was out and I then got told that it would cost me $800! After explaining to his boss the deal his colleague and I had made during its first visit, he wouldn't listen to me. We ended up calling the police who spent an hour trying to solve the issue. The police did confirm to me that this price was way off for a 2.5 hr service and that such practices have been seen before. I ended up paying $520. Desert Hill Towing can not be trusted and I strongly recommend not using them. There are other good companies out there.

Desert Hill towing personnel were very kind and helpful. Tim answered the initial call for a tow and even came to the hotel to check out our situation. We had a flat tire on a trailer, Desert Hill Towing arrived quickly he brought replacement tire fixed it on the spot! Fast and friendly! We now have their number on speed dial. Anytime we have issues traveling this way, they will be our first call. Recommend 100%

This review is beyond late, but well deserved. After an excursion off the freeway, we ended up with a flat tire about 10 miles from Green River. After calling multiple places, we were struck with luck after speaking with Desert Hill Towing. While they didn’t have my tire in stock, they drove an hour to the next town and back and met us on the freeway to change the tire. They were so helpful, and genuinely nice people to work with in such a stressful situation. I can’t thank them enough for helping us get back on the road.

We had a flat tire on 191 and couldn’t have been blessed with quicker and better service. Tim carried us to Price, UT with no issues at all. He and his wife LaRay made our difficult situation so much easier. Definitely recommend!

Our rental car broke down on vacation in remote section of Utah late at night. Desert Hill Towing came all the way to near Arches National Park from Green River , UT to tow our car and make sure we safely got to our hotel. Great customer service, caring, capable tow truck driver. Thanks for keeping us from spending the night in a rental car that wouldn't start!

We were down in Moab and got a flat tire on our truck while towing our camper, the service from this group was a God send. It was a holiday weekend with minimal help available. They helped us source a replacement tire from over an hour away, went and picked it up, then picked us up from a back road down by canyonlands, along with our camper! Serviced our truck back in Green River, and got us safely on our way back home. Plus the melons they sell are delicious. It was great to know there are still honest, hardworking, reliable people out there! Don't know what we would have done without this business and all their help.

Tim and Ray went above and beyond…we were broke down at Hanksville exit when they showed up with 2 vehicles (Rays personal truck with a 5th wheel hitch) and a flatbed tow truck. Loaded our truck onto the flatbed and hooked our camp trailer with UTV in tow onto Rays personal truck.. they drove us all the way into Moab. (Approx 50 + miles) Ray dropped our trailer and UtV at a friends house in Castle Valley. While Tim took our truck into town, 1st stop at Napa auto parts then onto Mechanics Now auto repair to finish the job. Desert Hill Towing Co. Is the company to call.. very friendly, very helpful and very wiling go the extra mile to get you out of harms way and in a location to get you repaired. Tim was the nicest guy! He was able to pick us up timely manner. He gave my husband, me and our dog a ride with our truck from Thompson Springs to Green River not only to the shop but to the hotel as my husband has a very hard time walking long distances. We've never had to be towed before so I'm not sure how the rate compares to the rest of the country.

My experience with Tim and his colleagues at Desert Hill has been among the best of any business interaction I have ever encountered. Myself and 3 friends were riding home when we had a breakdown on I-70, and were stuck in Green River for nearly 36 hours. These guys went above and beyond, multiple times. The part we needed was in Salt Lake City (3 hours away) and Tim dropped what he was doing on a Saturday morning to get it back to us that same day. Shaun, another employee, returned well after hours in his personal vehicle to get the part installed for us. Unfortunately, the part only got us a little further down the road, but when we needed help, desert hill was there. Tim got us another tow, a discounted rate on a small hotel room, and helped us weigh out our options for getting out of dodge. The next morning, our greyhound cancelled 30 minutes after it's scheduled departure time. Ray, another member of this fine establishment, offered us a ride in his personal vehicle to Grand Junction Colorado, easily an hour and a half away, on a SUNDAY MORNING! Over the last few weeks, while figuring out how I was going get my vehicle back home to Kansas, Tim has been incredibly patient and pleasant. To put it shortly, these guys are the real deal. And quite frankly, their kindness and generosity while we were down-and-out has left me nothing short of inspired. If there were 10 stars, I'd give it to 'em. And as far as I'm concerned, there isn't a better group of guys in the country. So if you find yourself needing it, Desert Hill is the place to call.

We called desert hill towing after we got our truck stuck in a ditch trying to off-road. The driver was super friendly and pulled us out of an impossible looking spot. He made it out to us in the middle of the night down a dirt road. He even checked over our car and made sure nothing was damaged. Great service from great people.

Had a tire on my U-Haul truck lose its tread on I-70 and was connected with Desert Hill Towing through U-Haul's roadside assistance service. They arrived quickly, removed the wheels, and came back soon after with a new set of tires installed on them. Their service was quick, professional, and got me back on the road. I hope I never require their services again, but if luck has it that I do, I would reach out to Desert Hill Towing without question.
